Our family is very happy with both the experience working with the Flores team and with the results of our daughters orthodontia. From the very beginning we were provided with detailed information how the course of treatment would unfold and with our options, including pricing and payment options. The treatment was specialized for our daughter, and the monthly checkups and adjustments were handled efficiently and on-time, which really is very important in the busy lives of these kids. We opted for clear braces, which allowed our daughter to select different colored bands every month. This little choice every month made a difference in her attitude about going in. Any issues (broken wire, slipped brace) were quickly addressed. And finally, and most importantly, the results are fantastic. Our daughter has wonderfully straight, appropriately spaced, healthy teeth, and a million dollar smile. Very happy with the whole Flores staff, highly recommended.

I just completed my 2 yrs of orthodontic treatment with Dr. Flores and his staff. This was my second time with braces. Once as a teen and this time as a senior. It was a much better experience the second time. The new technology is excellent. Everything went smooth, the staff is excellent, their system is set up well. I am really glad I choose Dr. Flores and his team. I am very satisfied with the results. It was a long process but well worth it.

Wow its been 6 years since my 1st visit here. My son has a smile Hollywood would be proud of. My daughter is in her 1st stage. She knows from seeing the great progress with her brother, her smile will be brilliant. Not once, has either kid complained. Even after hard days (brace tightening, etc....), Doctor Flores would call late in the evening and make sure the kids were OK. Doctor Flores and his staff really went the extra mile for us. Dr. Flores was my orthodontist growing up when I had braces. Now as an adult, I came back to him for clear aligners since I wasn’t the best at wearing my retainer (kids, wear your retainers!). I just finished my treatment and I could not be more happy with my smile. For me personally, my whole experience was easy, affordable, and enjoyable. The whole staff makes you feel like family. They are all so sweet and helpful with whatever you need or if you have any questions. Dr. Flores really cares about his patients and that they are 100% satisfied with their smile before all is said and done. If you are debating where to take your kids, or yourself for orthodontics, you seriously can’t get any better than Dr. Flores!!

Yayyy! Im finally happy with my smile. I began my orthodontic journey by shopping around and ultimately decided on this office. Im so glad I did! From the first consultation, to every office visit, and to the last consult where I was shown my before and after photos, they have always treated me with the utmost professionalism. Dr Flores and his team addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure they could do everything to provide the best experience to me as possible. I opted for the clear bracket braces because as an adult with braces I didnt want it to be too obvious that I was wearing braces. There were some people that didnt even realize I had braces on. I highly recommend the clear brackets because invisilign (I dont think) could have accomplished what is possible with regular braces. Of course a wire popped out here and there but when that happened they were able to get me in right away to make sure I was all put back together again. A really cool part about the process was that when I was done they celebrated with me and even gave me a post-braces goody bag. Theyre so sweet and obviously care about their clients!! At first I was living in Fallbrook and going to that location but since they have two locations, when I moved further south I was able finish my treatment at their Escondido location. It was very convenient. Overall such a great and life changing experience! If youre wondering where to go... go here !! They will absolutely take care of you every step of the way.
