Incredible experience- thoughtful, delicious, inviting in gorgeous surroundings. Dennis is as delightful, informed and nuanced as the wine he purveys. And we got gifted giant organic zucchinis from the garden! A connection, an experience, with all the notes and depth of a life well loved and lived.

Boutique winery in Fallbrook.The owner and wine maker is a fantastic host with some great stories and some terrific wine.Well worth the visit.Quick edit. We brought home a couple of bottles, in particular the Petite Sirah to have with the lamb we were planning for dinner. Perfect paring. Thanks again Dennis for a wonderful tasting.

Wow, what a fantastic little winery and property. Dennis and his wife, Gina, are the owners and winemakers and he poured for us during our visit last weekend. They have a small tasting room, with a bar and wine related merchandise for sale. Theres a decent sized patio with tables/umbrellas and a killer view of the vineyard and surrounding countryside. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and Dennis was the most cordial and informative host.

Dennis was a great host and the whole experience was fantastic. Great tasting wines, and hes very knowledgeable and willing to share. You can tell he really has a passion for what he does and an eye for excellence. Great view across the Fallbrook area from where the main patio is perched. Definitely a hidden gem.

My friends and I had reservations for a wine tasting while we were skiing in Park City. We stopped in on the afternoon and he had a table setup for the 6 of us ready for our tasting. The owner helped us out and told us about his winery. He was a great host and gave us really great information about the wine. He suggested a flight of their signature wines, which we loved. The paintings on the wall are actually the labels on their bottles, which I thought was very cool. The space was really neat and had a great vibe in the snowy town. We even tried his mulled wine at the end, which was fantastic. Apparently they sell it to local restaurants but only have so many of barrels a year. We were lucky to grab a couple glasses after the tasting as well. Also, the cheese board was great!!

Highly recommend their wines, very good selection of some very good wines. The food is fantastic. Their marinara sauce is a perfect balance of spices and tomato sauce, you can actually taste the food flavor. I never order marinara anything, every other sauce I have had has always been overpowering, and results in heartburn. My wife ordered the meatballs, and I was amazed when I tasted them. Will be back for more.The service was impeccable. Wait staff is very accommodating and attentive. Cognition has great ambiance both inside and outside, as well as live music events. Dennis is a hands on owner! Great person and wonderful host.

Dennis, the winemaker, is a great host. Their local vines are still young, but hes sourcing some awesome grapes from the Paso area. The Petit Syrah is top notch!

Best meatballs in Park City! Great wine also with a great atmosphere. The menu offerings are always wonderful from appetizers and wine to a full dinner out. Will be returning!!!

Dennis, the owner, talked at length with us. The guy loves his work, thats obvious. The food was outstanding, the wines, wonderful. This is a spot you cant overlook when in Park City.

These guys overcharged me. Wine priced at $39 a bottle they charge $43 for. When I asked about it they claimed $39 was carry out price when they gave me the memo while I was eating in. A great evening was ruined by arguing over $8 on a $350 tab. I wont waste my hard earned dollars on thieves. Stay clear.
