I am impressed by the level of service Miracle Ear provides, as well as the ability to adjust the hearing aids to my specific needs. I just had my 1-week appointment and appreciate the care shown about my comfort in wearing the hearing aids and interest in how they are working for me. I sure didnt get all this service when I purchased my previous hearing aid! Even more, they promise to continue to provide this service throughout the life of my new hearing aids.

I am a classical violinist, and it is very important to me that hearing aids restore the full range of frequencies without distortion. Most of the time it has taken several adjustments for the sound produced by other hearing aids to meet this standard. The Miracle Ear staff met this standard on the very first attempt. Moreover, their aids make it easier for me to hear in crowded rooms than any other brands that I’ve had experience with. In addition to providing a superior product, the staff at the new Fallbrook office is pleasant, thorough, and helpful.

Working with Jeff and Karina has been great from the first day I walked into the Fallbrook location. They were very friendly and open to my needs. Jeff has bent over backwards to make getting my hearing aids to fit comfortably. He made a house call today to get the TV streamer hooked up so I can hear the TV through my hearing aids. This is fantastic for me. Jeff is very nice and so accommodating for making this new experience of wearing hearing aids as painless as possible. If you need hearing aids, I definitely recommend Miracle-Ear Fallbrook for meeting your needs.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I didnt feel pressured into any decision at all. It is my impression that the hearing instrument specialist was very professional and knowledgeable, and was focused on my individual need, rather than just making a sale. My confidence is high in their ability to satisfy my particular hearing needs, and I feel comfortable returning for any questions or adjustments. I would recommend Miracale-Ear Fallbrook, to anyone in the area that is in need of hearing improvement.

This place is a joke. Bunch of con artists. They take advantage of seniors to make a quick buck. DO NOT GO HERE!Customer service is non - existent here.They will try and sell you things you dont need.

The owner of the Fallbrook store is awesome. They always have helped with my little emergencies. Superb service.
