It was my first time doing business with auto glass and first I like to say he is a nice person but his office was a mess no where to sit down so I sat on the curbside. Second he had my inside of my car left panel by my passenger side where he had to take the front window is now detached. I dont care for anyone who does a fast job and wants to own there own business appreciate what you have and take your business seriously because most of us would love to own our own business. Be professional and definitely have a clean environment . It definitely gives you points especially dealing with customers.

Outstanding price, work, and customer service. I had some issues arise for my scheduled appointment, completely on my end, and they still were friendly and understanding. They did the work quickly (even though they were swamped it felt like I was their only customer) and it looks amazing. The price was also the best price I could find, including glass companies in Reno. I hope it doesnt happen, but if I ever need glass on my vehicle again, Ill be scheduling an appointment with Auto Glass and More.

My windshield cracked last weekend and went to fast glass to fix it, my insurance paid.. they fixed my windshield but as I was driving home after didnt notice but my clips were not pushed in flew away going down the highway. The rubber was tucked under the bracket. Felt like they only did half the work. Went to auto glass and more, Shane fixed it, and replaced my clips for free! Thanks Shane. Will be going to fast glass and auto from now on!

In June 2019, I was on a trip in Fallon, Nevada. I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma to Auto Glass and More . I had a 5 crack in the windshield, which they told me could not be repaired.They replaced the windshield and charged me $182.60. A month later, I discovered that the crack could have been fixed for about $50.00. As I was driving, I started to hear wind noise coming from the upper drivers side of the windshield. I had the windshield looked at by another auto glass company, who confirmed that there were 6 places around the windshield where there was no adhesive. Auto Glass and More had not installed the gaskets and adhesive properly. It cost me another $80.00 to have that repaired. Do yourself a favor...find another place to work on your auto glass.

So happy with the work done here. Fixed the passenger window on my truck at a lower cost than anyone in the area. Quality service, Quality staff . I will definitely recommend .

Auto Glass and More is the only glass replacement and repair that I will call. Unfortunately we had two windshields hit by rocks (big ones) within a couple of weeks of each other. We didnt know where to go or who to call. On the advice of several friends we called Auto Glass and More and spoke with Shane Krogg. He helped us through the red tape with our insurance company and set up an appointment to come to our home and fix both vehicles. He was on time (10 minutes early) and his work was timely and professional. He was great in explaining how we should keep it dry for a couple of days and to call him with any questions. Work is professional as I stated and it was nice to have such a gentleman at our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Shane was very accommodating.He had is workers come out to my work to replace my windshield and only charged me 200.00 but when I opened the front passenger door the worked had left the inside of my car dirty my husband and I worked all day to clean the inside and outside of my car my husband and I are not to happy with who ever Shane sent out
