Have been in any number of times over the past 6 months or so and Im pleased to say it is always a pleasant experience. The staff are kind, friendly folk and consistently go above and beyond. Selection is excellent, too. Just about anything one could need for a small farm.

Never disappointing, always great fun and lots of variety, Made in America options and friendly and efficient staff. Yep, well be going back!!

I work at the Big R store for almost 7 years now, I just love this place and the variety of merchandise Big R has. I also love the people that shop here in Fallon Big R! It is a great relaxing place to shop and work.

Good store. They have ranch stuff not normally found at a hardware store.

Big R is reasonably priced. A bit more expensive than Wally world, but the quality is 100 x better. Ill pay the extra for better.

Walked in looking for a pair of slacks for my son and they had exactly what we needed. Was in and out within a few minutes and the cashier was very nice. I love the people and service at Big R!

As we travel in our camper a lot, its important to know where we can resupply within a 100 mile radius. In this case we needed to refill (not exchange) our propane tanks in Fallon before heading into the desert. Google Map search brought up the usual suspects that were not what we wanted, either home supply companies or tank exchanges. We were recommended to Big R by the clerk at Speedway, and when we arrived the service was quick and friendly. Both tanks filled or topped off, at a good price, with friendly service. The second time we went I parked near the tank and someone immediately started walking my way. Inside the store the staff were equally helpful and friendly. I will definitely return when were in the neighborhood.

Go to Ace or the lumber store. These guys ripped me off.

Some of the male employees talk down to customers and other female employees. It feels like an uncomfortable place to work for some women and at times can be unpleasant for some women and people of color while shopping.

Went to big R Fallon 3-24-21 after getting my covid vaccine at the local walmart. my wife and i walked in, a man walked in right after us and wasnt wearing a mask the employee told him he had to wear a mask, he told her he didnt have to wear one and walked right passed her. i seen the large signs that indicate that masks are required to shop. I talked to an employee named DON about man not wearing mask only to have him complain about how long the pandemic has been. Wont be visting that store ever again, and probably never a Big R store again.

Big R usually has anything that you want and the workers are very friendly. They did not have the item I was looking for but they did suggest a different store. The small town vibe is balanced with professionalism.

Finally found pants that covered my butt crack when I squated down. Sales people are always friendly, helpful, and take the time make sure your shopping experience is excellent. Thank You Very Much !!

As a Northeastern kid who had no idea what good jeans were like, this place helped me to see what I was missing. Plus, its like 6 of our stores rolled into one, which is nuts. Great spot to check out!

These small but BIG nuts n bolts stores are great. Beautiful cattle hides, jewelry, Jeans, yard stuffs, barnyard feed for all living things to eat, ride or lay. Feed n water troughs, posts n wire.They have it, folks there are my kind of people. Friendly, if ya get yer self lost. Somebodys there and willing to help.If n you wanna cut it, cook it, a dress up to do it! Or something that needs fixing, Its all onsite!

Have come here and spent hundreds of dollars in the past. Now suddenly they won’t let anyone in without a mask, and they say this went into effect yesterday. Walked out telling them we hope they lose a lot more business. We won’t be back.

I just got done exchanging a horse blanket and I got no hassle what so ever. The manager Marti was awesome, very nice and helpfully. Even went to the back to make sure they didnt have any bigger sizes. I will forever love this store. So happy to come back home to my small town and still have such awesome customer service after so many years.

I visit this place often as I am working on getting my watering system up and running. Very friendly staff and always ready to share a smile and a laugh. Prices can be steep sometimes when compared to other retailers. But the convenience of being close to my property make them my first, and usually only, stop for my needs

Scams. Dont give them your business. They sold me a used chainsaw. Never got to use it.needed money for daughters birthday and gas and Thanksgiving meal so tried to return. they wouldnt do a return claiming they dont sell used products. They started it at the store it never came in a box it was a used saw, and not by me. If unpackaged and started by the store would make it a used product not new like they claim And then claim I used it when I havent even got a chance to even start it. refuse me a return then treated me like a criminal watching there doors to make sure I dont come back and that I leave and never gave me a manger that could resolve the issue . I was respectful and left. They will never again get my biussness. Please do the same not fair for my family or any others especially when your within the return policies and giving it in the same way received.

Fallon, Nv. Store gave my wife wrong info. on a particular item we drove 70 miles to purchase which turned out to be the wrong item.

If you have a medical condition they refuse you service. Discrimination.

Its a superb farm store about half the size of a Wal-Mart. Great prices and has stuff you just cant get elsewhere. Also has closeouts and amazing deals on stuff.

Helped us find the right person to fix pellet stove, and today get everything to replace outside water filter that busted. Good people work there.

Not many places you can buy a full outfit and mini lathe under the same roof. Guessing they dont need this review in fallon but the Fernley store isnt as big they offered to bring the lathe from the other store when I said they didnt have ALL the same stuff. I love wandering the isles finding things I never knew existed (city boy).

The Big R in Fernley is great but the Big R in Fallon seriously needs to work on customer service they take advantage of senior citizens they wouldnt open the new pile of railroad ties that were in great condition instead they wanted to dope an old man and sell him some rotted through junkers that are bowed for the same price way to go guys good job hope you feel good about yourself
