Terrible communication, definitely want not do business again

I had great experience with this auction house and they went above and beyond to make sure my items were received by me perfectly (I’m cross country online buyer)

Fun entertainment. Get great deals on lots of items. Always something different. Household items, collectibles, furniture, jewelry, you never know what they will have. Its hard not to get caught up in the action. Beware it is addicting.But fun.

As a veteran of many hundreds of auctions I must say that this was a very positive experience. The Weathervane auction team was easy to deal withAnd I will definitely be purchasing with them again. They seemed honest and there was a general good vibe at the auction. I havent been to an actual auction in a while and I forgot how fun it is, although the convenience of online bidding cant be overstated Im glad they have a mix of both.

This seller was a scattered mess from the beginning and has zero communication skills. First off, she never sent me an invoice for items won, she just charged my card. I had to call her to find out what Id won and she couldnt even tell me that without me coaching her. Finally she charged my card for the original purchase (went through just fine) and said they would ship on Thursday or Friday. Well, I waited all weekend for the charge to show up and it never did. I called her on Monday to figure out why it hadnt shipped (she never emailed or called me at any point in our transaction until it went south, and then her emails were unprofessional and rude), she had a million excuses including her computers were down and they were busy. I told her to cancel the sale at this point and hung up the phone. So she hurries up and puts charges on my card for postage within the next 5 minutes! So thats what it takes to get an item shipped with her, you have to threaten to cancel the sale, and it still didnt go out for four more days after that! Its a shame it was such a hassle because they were nice items once they arrived, but I dont think it was worth the time wasted and wear and tear on my nerves. I hope she gets her act together and grows up a bit, for now I wouldnt recommend her.

Pretty good deals--just dealt with them on rock blvd not fallon---did buy a watch that was suppose to work but does not even with a new battery, also bought some computer monitors but got no cords with them.....they do not watch the items well going out the door and they should so that nothing is forgotten....nice people will probably deal with them again when I feel like driving that far out

Came to my house gave a quote of a $1000 but would take 40% for there fees. Charged for loading and packing up the items. For the most part the stuff was packed up. The way they loaded the truck, there wasnt room for everything. Said they would come back for the rest. Husband called to see when they were coming back and they didnt know. They never came back. Guess they got what would be of value and didnt want the rest. Out of a house and garage of stuff we got $600. No communication what so ever. Not even a call that they were going to be late. Sammy was late for the initial appointment. The movers were late the day they came to load everything up. Not even a phone call to say they werent coming back for the remainder of the stuff.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read their rules....several times! There is no way to prove that no one bid against you, (or your item went for less than your maximum amount); unless you go and sit through the live auction. The whole thing feels very shady. Ive never seen an auction house run this way. I recommend saving your money and going across the street to Lightning Auctions. Ive been going to that house since I was a kid and have never felt ripped off the way I did trying out this place.

Fun place to spend a Friday night and get nifty stuff. Beats the hell out of donating to a casino and youll have something to take home. 5 smileys 😁😁😁😁😁

I love the Friday night auction--I am there every week and when I leave early the invoice is emailed to me by the next day so I know what I won and what I owe on my bill.
