Pharmacist was very rude to my husband picking up my prescriptions. Don’t fill your prescriptions here go to Safeway

I’m not sure I have words for this pharmacy… upon arriving, (I called at 10am today confirm apts) at 11:00am from Reno for 3 covid tests, I’m informed that there is a “corporate wide outage with no ETA” I called corporate at they confirmed it was an issue with that store only. . After an hour n half I went back to the store seeing the clerk hand everyone their prescriptions, upon my turn, I’m told ALL the apts were canceled… as I was speaking all the notifications showed up on my phone. Worst, worst, WORST!! will never use a CVS again.

The store employees are very nice, however the pharmacists are rude, un-informed, and inefficient. It’s pointless trying to call to get a prescription filled because no one answers the phone, and when you show up to order they have an attitude Over the fact it hasn’t been ordered yet. The last few times I’ve been there they end up calling up a “shift?” Manager to help and she has no idea what any of the medications are... not very helpful in a pharmacy. I ended up having to switch pharmacies to get my medications.

The lady at the service counter was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. She helped me pick out what i needed for pinched nerve pain...i knew what i wanted but did not know name brands. Friendly and intelligent service! Thank you.

I have been coming here for 10 years. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. I save money with extra bucks and promotions on household products.

Terrible pharmacy and pharmacist.

I go there frequently helpful and kind except one male but Im forgiving and dont often go while he is there my meds need to be ordered and are not in stock which isnt thier fault but all in all cool peeps and cool store

Understaffed. There would only be me and another co worker from 5-10 left to just about everything. Even when there are others who aren’t busy or up front by the register will call me over because there is someone at the register when I was assigned a handful of work that needs to be completed by the end of the night. Also wouldn’t work with me on work hours but helps other employees.

A few of the staff seemed like they really didnt want to be there. Which is kind of a mood killer when you are going in to find alcohol for a night out. lol.Id say overall it wasnt a terrible experience, but it could have been better.

In recent months the pharmacy staff have become rude and unmotivated. They dont want to get your meds filled. They gossip off to the side and the actual pharmacist acts like hes too good to be bothered. Ive had multiple pharmacy techs give me attitude and are just plain nasty. Dont go here if you need things explained to you. Theyll scoff and roll their eyes.

When you need something quick it is there. Not always the least expensive however.

10/10 hasnt been robbed while i was in there

Useless pharmacy. The pharmacist has no clue what he is doing. Cant give me any information about my prescription and can only fill it 3 days later. This wasnt a refill, it was the first prescription.

Sent my daughter here for her prescriptions that I called in and I work at The Drs office so when I called right away the pharmacist was rude and was also really rude to my daughter who was ill and in pain.

Refused to let us use the bathroom because they had just cleaned it and didnt want to clean it again!
