The market is crazy right now due to shortage and prices are not how they were a year ago. With that being said, I wanted to try to get the best bang for buck possible in this market and Luis Cachyo did a great job in working with me to find just the right vehicle for me. He was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Of all the other salesman I spoke to at other locations, Luis stood out and seemed the most genuine out of all of them. He made sure I had everything I needed during, and even after the purchase. I highly recommend him and this location.
Poor customer service in the parts department. Problems with supply and service. All I needed was a battery for my keyless remote. Called customer service to ask in advance, they said I could come in and get it replaced. Showed up and the one person working was on a call for 5 minutes while I stood there. Then when he finally got around to asking me why I was there, he said they had sold the last one of my remote batteries yesterday. Could they not have saved me a half hour of wasted time by giving a heads up when I called?
We purchased a brand new pilot in January 2021. With 2,000 miles on the car, our tire popped on 495. We were very fortunate that we were able to get to the side of the road safely as I am 7 months pregnant. Today we went in for a service appointment and we’re told the tire popped was our fault and would have to pay to replace it. We did our research ahead of time and found out the particular tire is under a recall for this exact issue just 3 months older model. We were told they could not do anything besides charge us full price for true replacement. I am extremely disappointed in how we were treated and that the service center could not do “anything” about this as it is a safety concern for me. They didn’t even check the tire to see if it was defective before claiming it was our fault. I would not recommend buying a car or visiting this service center if this is how they treat their customers.

Bill Page is the cream of the crop of Honda. No matter what I call for and no matter who answers the phone, they are always gracious and helpful and can get me pointed in the right direction with ease, even if my issue is not one they can solve directly. I could not be more pleased with their service department, even when they are extremely busy, their staff is as attentive as possible to anyone who walks in.As long as the team at Bill Page maintains their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, Ill never take my car anywhere else.
After a $420 service for my 2018 Honda Odyssey car won’t start. Apparantly a long series of errors in what has up to now been a problem-free car. Absolutely NO help from Bill Page Honda - not even advice. Last time I go there.
Originally I had a 7AM appointment to hopefully for them to fix the rattling noise on my AC. Unfortunately, a representative from Bill Page Honda Service denied me service because he wanted his staff to be safe and are unable to drive my car for testing due to wet weather conditions. He wasnt polite. The forecast for today is cloudy not rain. He wanted me to reschedule. Im just going to another service center to have my car fixed.
I have been going to this dealership since 2013 for routine maintenance and never once felt I was welcomed there. the only reason I go there is because I Live 5 minutes away from there. The service department is extremely rude they’ll treat you like a homeless person going to Chinese restaurant just to use their restroom.
I would give a 5 star review if I was able to get a loaner for the service I need done on the car I just purchased.

Saturday: i initiated a conversation about getting a new Honda Pilot 2021 with salesman Tahir and financial manager Tai.Sunday Easter: something something happened in backstage.Monday: the car I want arrived at the dealership.Tuesday: I took the car home.Pros:- Very straight forward. Yes is yes. No is no. There is no maybe. If they have capability to do it, they will serve it at its finest.- total amount of time i spend in Bill Page dealership for this purchase: less than 3 hours total (introduce the car, finance thing, and finish paperwork). I dont spend time to bargain.- Salesman Tahir gives me some good advice.- Professional customer service. No complain. Fast but not furious.- 15 minutes could save you 15% or more in car insurance. You know what can save you more than that? Bumper to bumper insurance in 10 years. Talk to salesman or financial manager about this package. Do your math and see the difference.Cons:- The coffee machine is broken. But i dont come to dealership just for coffee.- the parking is a little small but that is not my concern.Thank you for all your help!
I recently bought a 2021 Honda EX from Alfonso at Bill Page Honda. If you are looking for a compact car, I highly recommend the Civic over competitors like the Corolla or Elantra. It is higher price point, but it holds it value better over time and is definitely the better quality car from my personal experience test driving all three. Bill Page had a decent amount of selection too despite the supply shortage going on in the market right now. Additionally, they offer pretty cheap financing (1.9% APR up to 60 mos/2.9% for 72 mos) through Honda Financial for qualified borrowers.In terms of the sales process, Alfonso was the most responsive and most consistent to respond to all my inquiries of the several dealers I reached out to. My only minor gripe during the sales process is that I wouldve liked to test drive the car with the salesman so I could learn about more of the features on the car from the expert directly. While Alfonso did spend a decent amount of time with me at the dealership in the car explaining the features before I took off, I wouldve liked to be on the road with the expert in order to get the most out of the experience. A sales man at Rosenthal Honda Fairfax drove with me and you definitely get more out of a test drive when an expert is with you (in my humble opinion)... I can see how some buyers might prefer to drive alone so this was just my personal preference and one of the reasons I gave four stars in stead of five.The other negative Id point out is that the car market for buyers right now (Summer 2021) is not super friendly. Bill Page worked with me on price, but only after I got multiple quotes from other Honda dealers. This isnt just a Bill Page specific problem, but just something for buyers to keep in mind if they havent bought a car in a while... Prices across the board are super high and dealers are trying to maximize their profit on each and every car they sell because they are struggling to replenish inventory quickly due to a microchip shortage. Dealers arent going to give you their best out the door price unless you shop around for quotes a bit.Thank you to Bill Page and also good luck to future buyers!
DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE! I definitely did not and just believed it all. Wife and I recently bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey from Bill Page Honda for a solid price. While working through the negotiations we noted we did not want the extra accessories (mud guards & wheel locks) they added in the bill. They noted that the accessories was already on the car and they could give it tor 50% off. We obliged and finished the sale. While in financing we chose do register/tags our vehicle then and there. We were given a temp license plate and the finance guy said we would get the real plates in the mail.Sounds all good right? Well 2-3 days later as I was getting our new van for a trip I finally realized that there was NO Mud Guards and NO wheel locks installed. Definitely some blame on our side for not checking but disappointed by Bill Page Honda for not checking and lying during the negotiations. Accessories were never on, they did not check after to install it. We ended up calling bill page and they resolved the problem. It was pretty inconvenient as we live about 45 minutes away. Now we get a call from Bill page on the asking us to pick up our license plate as it is ready but I am just a bit furious because the finance officer said it would be mailed to us.Overall bill page Honda did give us a solid price for our car but please do your due diligence on your end and do not just blindly trust everything that they say. I gave them a 3 out of 5 for this.
Sales men were rude when I bought the car if I wasn’t in a time crunch I wouldn’t have bought it here.Also I’ve had to bring this car back twice for warranty issues and you have to fight them tooth and nail to get them to honor anything as well.DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING there’s tons of other dealerships go anywhere else !
I normally take my car to this dealership for servicing but I think after this visit Im going to be taking my business elsewhere. I took my vehicle in for a recall and of course they gave me a follow up and let me know of additional things I need to replace in the future or at that moment which I am grateful for. Unfortunately I was not grateful for the misinterpretations of other things the service advisor recommended that I needed to get done and on top of that when I got my vehicle back and when I opened the hood of my vehicle, the hood prop rod holder clip was missing or removed. This is not how you run a business or receive loyal clients! Bill Paige, if you actually read these reviews I sincerely urge you to speak with your service department team and mechanics so this doesnt happen again and for all we know they could have been taking advantage of people who were unaware of their vehicle (especially women & younger adults) I ask that you speak with your team on being more honest and not making clients overpay for an already very reliable vehicle with parts that dont need replacing. The team was very courteous and respectful but I hate being lied to, at this point Id rather deal with someone who is rude but honest and to the point.
Honestly, I wavered between 2 and 3 stars for this review. I bought a used car here October 30, 2020. My sales rep, Adeel, was amazing. Courteous, helpful, and always available from the moment we stepped into the dealership and until present. However, my experience with the finance division has been horrible. First, they messed up my paperwork regarding the purchase of an extended manufacturers warranty (telling me it would have a $0 deductible, then filling out the paperwork with $100 deductible). Chalk that up to me not paying enough attention to the paperwork before I signed. However, when I brought it up after noticing, I was told it would be fixed. This was in November. Until now, it hasnt been fixed. In fact, I had to go into the office to change my temporary license because it expired in December order for Peter to even start the process to fix his error after he stopped responding to my emails about the situation.This brings me to my second point. In early December, I sent over a copy of my license which I had to get changed to DC before they could apply for my permanent tags for the car. Today I learned that Peter never forwarded this copy of my license to the person in charge of sending the paperwork to the DMV. So, Ive had the car since October and my application for permanent tags has yet to be even sent to the DMV. Thank god someone competent finally answered my many phone calls and will send out the application today. Meaning I will need to go get another temporary license and hope that it is the last time I will waste gas and time.On another note, I realise that the car was used, but I had to replace the battery already in Dec 2020 (two months after purchase) because one of the cells was dead and it would no longer hold a charge. All around, I would say this has been a mostly negative experience and if you are looking for more than a nice salesperson you might want to go somewhere else.
My salesman, David, was very professional throughout the entire buying process. He answered all of my questions and I appreciated the fact that he did not rush me to make any decisions. He allowed me the time to process the information and feel Comfortable with my decisions. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from David.
The 4 wheel alignment on a 2020 Honda CR-V with 6,400 miles should not be $119.00. Just saying.Ok, this is a review almost two weeks after the alignment was complete. 4/29/2021. Now I can say that the alignment is perfect. The mechanic stated that he did more adjustments and I have to say all is well. Now I’m bumping the review to five stars. 👍🏼

Unfortunately my parents had a terrible experience here. Sharing this experience on their behalf because they’re conflicted on leaving a review since they don’t want to get anyone in trouble. They worked with Tahir and were lied to many times and my mom felt extremely disrespected. They almost walked away but went against their gut and stayed.Tahir told them that they qualified for a $3,000 living in the neighborhood discount (that was a lie the financing manager didn’t even know that existed and they didn’t get that discount), they were told they would get a 0% interest rate (that was a lie it ended up at 1.9%). When my parents said they didn’t want to buy a white vehicle cause they get dirty, he said they could bring it to get washed every week there (he made this sound like it was free but I’m sure it’s again either a lie or at a high price). The salesperson seemed perturbed that my father was deferring to my mother even though it was a car she was buying for her use. At one point after the sale he got in the car with her and took off his mask without even asking if that was okay. She is immune compromised and he quite possibly risked her life. On top of that when she was trying to explain why she was frustrated with a certain aspect of the sale because she felt she wasn’t being listened to... he stated that he wasn’t listening to her and neither was her husband then turned to my dad expecting him to laugh at my mom with him. A car buying experience shouldn’t leave someone in tears, feeling disrespected, and taken advantage of but unfortunate that’s how my parents left. Needless to say no one in our family will be buying another car from this place.
Great buying experience, great dealership. Friendly staff. They seem loyal to their customers, which is nice. Some dealerships will stop being helpful once theyve closed the sale, but when Ive gone back for an oil change or whatever, the staff have been great and seem to remember me.
I took our van into the service center because water was leaking into the interior through the tailgate. It took five days to repair it. Additionally, they scratched up one of the panels during the repair. Attached you can see photos from before the repair and immediately after. There are small scratches along the bottom of the panel, like someone tried to remove it with a screwdriver, and a big scratch next to the open button. If you have interior work that needs to be done, you may want to think twice before dropping your car off here.Update: I emailed the service center weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from them. They also tried to charge me for the warranty repair when I picked up the van but I caught the mistake and asked them to correct it.
The dealership is a nice modern complex, all under one roof, containing new car sales, used car sales, and service, as well as plenty of covered parking for its extensive inventory of new cars. Although you can–and should–do as much research as possible on the Internet beforehand, it is even more valuable to visit a dealership and see the actual cars. Sitting in the cars, and taking a test drive, convinced me to zero in on the features I really needed.Bill Pages dealership has many friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable sales agents. They helped me determine my needs and they gave me a good deal.A special shout-out to Emma Le Maitre, our sales agent. She spent a lot of time with us, arranged test drives, guided us through the features available on various models, she helped us complete the settings on the car we eventually bought.
Yesterday my husband want me to surprize with a new car but then while in process they needed me, so he cam back to pick me up all the way from falls church to bristow then they start the process and all after me waiting almost 3 4 hr and my huband waiting almost 6-7 hr their at the end we didn’t get what we were sended in email in email they sended an oct or what ever price will be 28 thousand but then they add 1 more thousand then when we send an email they said they take no responsibility of these email and they do not know who send that emali then take said first it is going to be 1000 dollar the deal discount we will get and 1.9 intrest but when the finance lady with attitude and arrogance came she said our intrest will be 5.1 then i asked why is that we do not want that deal because we have being told different thing outside she said we misunderstood then when i see the financial lady raising voice on my hudband i lost my respect for her and then i asked she do not need to raise voice but she didnt want to listen she calles the sales person and the moment he enter in her cabinet he change the statement all of sudden and all i was thinking was just for 1000 $ you are putting us down disappointed us disrespecting us infront of our kids then i hold my breath and cam out side. after waiting morethen hr (where they again change the intrest 1.9) my husband agreed bc he want to buy car for me as a gift ) i waited out side on hot sun after 1 hr my son came and cried said baba is being so disrespected by these employees mama can you come and take out $500 ( which they take when my husband have to come pick me as a promise he returned back with me now they were telling my husband they cant give back bc that was non refundable) and they also 1000$ more to the value of the car my husband is a driver and he speak fine english have hard time to explain himself as they did not let him speak a word then i have to step in which i did.Not wann to do . I asked that sales person what paper my husband sing can i see it please so i can see what was a deal ? He ran after i ask the paper that my husband signed for he got lost afte that for good 20 min and didn’t gave me paper my husband signed but gave me a refund paper of $500 (meaning can you even imagine the cheapness and audacity of these dealers that they dominated my husband just bc he cant speak for him self ) then i asked for a manager bc i wasted my time alredy Their and i want, A car .i said to the manager that i do not wantTheir $1000 deal or doscount i will take car but he then said 28000 was just a price with 1000 discount but now we have to add and the value of the is going to be 29000 the. WORST USED SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW-UP ....STAY AWAY!!! My husband and my son went to Bill Paige August 2020 last year to purchase a vehicle. We used a car that was given to us by my late FAther-in-law as a trade in. My husband was told that due to Covid-19 it would take a little longer than normal to get everything transferred to MD and he specifically said to Bill Paige we wanted to keep the existing tags. So time goes on no response, no title from MD DMV. So my son calls first to inquire and was told that they wouldnt transfer anything over its our responsibility. Say WHAT!!! So I call (of course it takes a couple of calls to talk to someone) and speak with sales manager explained the issue, ok (more calls again) will talk to the Title Clerk(takes a few calls to speak with her) she will take care of it. Another call still not resolved, the temp tags have expired now. In between these calls I have called Maryland DMV to find out the car is still registered to the prior owner which just so happened to live in MD(oh did I mentioned they didnt clean the car well because stuffed in the pocket of the drivers seat was the prior owners pay stub that had his address on it. It was just his address info nothing else and yes I tore that thing to pieces. (Thats how I find out the prior owner lived in MD SMH!!!!) Next call to complain about the tags and stuff the manager had the nerve to tell me to come down and pick up new temp tags. Your kidding right!!! Why in the world you think I would drive down to pick up temp tags from you? NO you overnight permanent tags to me since yall screwed up. Ok couple of months go by and my son gets a flat tire....Im not kidding and I didnt make this stuff up. Another call placed again. They send my husband a check to get a new tire.... Fast forward... couple of months ago.. he started having issues with the battery!!! Did they not fully inspect this car before re-sale, obviously NOT. My son is calling again, and of course no response. Well guess what a couple of weeks ago the battery died, gone gave up the battery ghost. Again my son calls and Larry LaBonte gives my son lip and never calls back. Ok so you dont want to call us back. No problem. I have called for 3 weeks now and no one will call me back BTW I dont want to Larry because I dont want to be brushed off. So Im going to your boss... ok called Jeremiah Hill, hes ignored me too, ok whos next, the owner Bryan Cannon no response from him. I ever so nicely placed a call to Honda and let them have it in a nice way. Found out the battery is still under a partial warranty and I can apply directly to Honda to get a refund since we had to buy a new battery on our own. So to make a long story short...still no copy of the title from MD DMV...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOLLOW-UP, FOLLOW-THROUGH, DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE. CALL HONDA CORP DIRECTLY AND SUBMIT A COMPLAINT!!! if 0 was an review option I would use it.
A+ Customer Service from Jon Vu and the Bill Page team. Jon was amazing from the start. I was looking for a used Honda for my daughter. We had a unique situation that was not easy however Jon did not stop fighting for us until the deal was done. He communicated several times daily and was always honest about the situation. Ultimately we left the dealership with the vehicle my daughter wanted under all the terms that we set to accomplish. I felt like Jon Vu really cared about our situation and genuinely did everything he could to help. We are beyond pleased and I believe you will be too if you ever visit him or the dealership.Larry the sales manager and Ty in finance were very helpful in getting our deal done as well.

I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for a recalled service on the fuel line. I picked up my truck on the next day and realized the rear corner passenger side of my truck was damaged. Honda owners do be aware and check out your car carefully for damages before leaving their service center. I ask to talk to their managers and they give me the flip by saying the manager is gone for the day, really? The time is noon. The employees took some pictures of the damage and said that the manager will contact me. Sadly, it has been a week and I havent even get to talk to anyone at Bill Page Honda except their answering machine. They dont even deserved 1 star. See the attached damage.P.S. Their managers finally contacted me after seeing the review. They offer to pay my insurance co-pay $200 for the repair. I up to 3 stars since their shuttle service is pretty good. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the damage to my car which have caused me a lot of trouble to get it fixed.

Hit or Miss with customer service. I have had excellent experience and have also had bad experience to my surprise from the actual service manager! However, the garage services are the best. Getting follow-up customer service needs improvement. After servicing my car, I was told that they would call me to come back and complete the other part of the service. I never heard from them and I had to call them back so that they can finish.Update: I had my car serviced there recently, and it was excellent service overall. Staff upon arrival who received my keys to service rep, were professional and very friendly. I was in and out.
Went to get an alignment about 2 months ago here. I was informed by my mechanic earlier last month that there was no alignment done to my car. I saw him take my car to get an alignment myself. Waste of $120. Think twice about coming to this place to get service done to your car.
Why they dont respect there customers? That is my always questions whenever i came on this location to do a service always having an issue atlist with something keep changing appt, talking with us not nicely I even ask ride since the service takes time been waiting the shuttle more than an hour, which is really disappointing buying with your owen money many problems shame i wouldnt recommand specially the aervice for anyone

Took my car in for an oil change a few days ago. Didn’t have an appointment but Cassandra assured me it would be done quick. My car was serviced faster than I expected and Cassandra was super nice and helpful. First time coming here but will definitely be back. Great customer service!
I never like to play with Honesty however this Dealir took advantage of me by refinancing my Tundra 2014 Red that I left here as a witness for a Ridgeline that I thought would be of better use to me the owner of that Dealir killed me with 6,000 dollars of entry for changing my Tundra; And they did it when I arrived sick and it was that I, without knowing what the seller Carlos Granados did to me, did not help me to refinance, but instead buried the ground, taking away 6,000 when I went, for that reason, yes, he did not help me lower the price of the Tundra Well, the person who recommended it to me was bad for that scam he did to me at the end; I went to change that sling that does not work in Truck; To the Toyota for a 2020 Tundra that I gave nothing to start with, I just changed it and what do you think? Well, if you can help when you can, on the other hand, Honda will not take their eyes off you.

Stay away from Bill Page HondaI bought a car from Bill Page Honda on 01/28. My salesman, Luis, was very friendly and helped me through the process in a timely manner.The finance department is a disaster. I was helped by Peter Eliopoulos who sold me a 3rd party extended warranty and told me it was cancellable at any time.I emailed Peter twice and called his number to cancel my extended warranty and he never responded. I went to the dealership on 02/02 and another representative filled out a cancellation form, except it was never submitted.After calling the warranty provider 02/17, I was told no cancellations had been initiated.I will ensure that Bill Page Honda receives poor rating on their surveys as a testament to their willingness to avoid cancelling their extended warranties and sever customer ties to earn their commission.

Long story short, you always get top-notch service from Bill Page.My boyfriend and I were in our apartment garage hanging our heads low as we tried to jumpstart his car. After about 45 minutes of YouTube videos and owners manual searching I saw Jackson in our garage (and to my luck saw he was wearing a Bill Page Honda shirt). He quickly and happily helped us jumpstart my boyfriends car. He saved the day! During such a dark time of the pandemic it meant so much to have him help.These are the type of people that work for Bill Page. Theyre always going the extra mile.I bought my Toyota about a year ago from the Bill Page across the street and had a stellar experience and continue to be very happy with their customer service. I have a feeling this has to do with the Bill Page brand across the board after my experience with Jackson today as well. Thank you for being there for all of our car needs!

Me being a Honda girl. When I was a lil girl my dad put me on Hondas. My very first car was a honda. So it was that time again to get another honda. So 2 weeks ago I went to Bill Page Honda to get my car. Mr. Mike helped me and I was able to get the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. He came threw for me. The worst crooks in town. They over inflated the price of a 2021 Civic from 23,889.00 to over $29,000.00 after fees and tax, tag, title. Charging ridiculous fees: freight, mud flap, wheel locks and processing fee totaling $2,400.00. This is outrageous!
Came all the way from SC to purchase a Honda from here. Alphonso was awesome from the start. He sent me pictures and everything else I needed to get the car financed in my state. He answered my every call when I needed him. When I arrived, the car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. The finance was very friendly and nice as well. This place is very upscale and clean. I highly recommend it. I also got a great deal! I had a great experience.
We recently purchased two vehicles from Tahir at Bill Page Honda, and the whole experience was great! We were not decisive or quick purchasers, but Tahir and Carlos (manager) were patient and accommodating. They were also responsive and helpful without being pushy. The service was done in estimated time. Waiting room is spacious and clean, very important in pandemic time. My only gripe is the online scheduling system. Twice I schedule my service online and was noticed of a successful submission. No one at service department called back to confirm my schedule as promised by the scheduling system. I had to make a call to get it scheduled. I guess the old fashion phone call is more reliable than the online scheduling system.
I bought my new car from Bill Page Honda. I work with Carlos Granados, Manager and Tahir the salesman. Mr. Granados was very professional, respectful and transparent from the very beginning since I had my old car to trade in as part of my new car purchase. I felt Mr. Granados gave me a fair trade-in price for my old car. Mr. Granados’ transparency, professionalism and kindness were the decisive factors for me to purchase a new car from Bill Page Honda. Prior to coming to Bill Page Honda, I had attempted to purchase my new car from Joyce Koons Honda, Manassas, the experience was very unsatisfactory so I was guarded when I came to Bill Page Honda; however, Mr. Tahir, the Salesman who greeted me at the door with a big welcoming smile and worked with me from the beginning of the process also made me feel very comfortable. Tahir was responsive and helpful without being pushy. I felt I was in the right place to purchase my car.I have to add that Ty from the finance department who assisted me with the finance paperwork process was outstanding in helping me as well. Ty was kind and patient explaining all documentation and answering my multiple questions. In summary, Mr. Granados, Tahir and Ty made my whole purchase a positive, enjoyable and “cero” stress process experience. Kudos to Bill Page for having these 3 gentlemen working for them, hope they continue being part of Bill Page for years to come since they provide excellent customer service!!Last but not least, Mr. Granados is currently working with me in a lease of a car for my college student son, who needs a car as well. Also, Tahir offered meeting with me next week, date and time already set, to go over all the bells and whistles that my new car has so I can learn how all the gadgets work! But they forgot to deduct more than two hundred dollars from the final transaction price! I hope the general manager can take out more than two hundred dollars and invite everyone in the store for lunch. I gave 1 stars, please have lunch together. If the general manager does this, please let me know and I will change to 5 stars LOL0616/2020/It’s been half a year since I bought the car, but I still don’t understand why you should forcefully sell four screws and four flaps guard in a 40,000 after-tax car!

I don’t really write reviews but i feel like i had to with this experience. I went to this dealership to get an oil change and my cabin and engine air filters changed. I had an appointment at 2 pm only to be acknowledged 30 minutes after my appointment. I was standing there waiting for someone to help me even after i stated that i was here for service at 2 pm. To make matters worse, I got the multipoint inspection done on my car and they said everything was fine with my car. They checked the green box for everything only to find out my battery was not good because it was old and needed to be replaced two weeks later. I only found this out when my car couldn’t start and i had to get a jump start every time i wanted to start my car because my battery was old and was failing. I have a 2015 Honda Civic. I got a complimentary car wash at the dealership that they give you every time you do service there and it seems like drying my vehicle was too much work for them. They left my vehicle with huge water marks all over my windshield and side view mirrors. Poor service and customer service. I’ve been to other dealerships before but unfortunately I’m not from VA so i don’t know which places to not go to. I only gave it 2 stars because Jackson went out of his way to help me screw my license plate back into my car because it was loose.
Usually it’s a stressful process to buy a new car, but David made sure that every step wasn’t. I am happy with my new purchase, thank you again David and the Honda family.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I live in Wisconsin and was in need for a certain discontinued part that Bill Page Honda had the only one left in stock in the WHOLE COUNTRY!!! Luis at the parts desk was more than accommodating with helping me find the part and shipping it to me. He took the time to send me pictures of the box to make sure it was fine to ship in that condition (witch of course was fine as long as the parts were Not damaged. He ended shipping them in a new box anyways. Weather your local or from afar, I would highly recommend checking them out.

The car buying experience and every visit after is pleasant at Bill Page. They mean it when they say they strive for life long customers. Whenever we visit for service, the service department is prompt and knowledgeable. They provide a convenient shuttle service to and from the metro.I have appreciated being able to get my emissions and safety inspections performed here for free on the vehicle we purchased. It makes that annual or bi annual experience easy and simple. Bill Page Honda is a great local business.
If you have a brand new car or lease they will put air in your tires or change the oil but if you want any honest work done STAY FAR AWAY FROM BILL PAGE HONDA IN FALLS CHURCH. They will tell you the work is under recall then charge you $500 and not even properly fix the car. Manager of the service dept. is also a total piece of work and will talk down to you/ insult you all the while taking your money. Whole place should be shut down because its obviously a giant money laundering operation. No way a business could survive with such terrible service.
Front desk girl told me to come in for detailing my vehicle and I drove 30miles to get to them. Once I got there she tells me I have to make an appointment! Not cool! Plus all the workers lingering around. Please stop using covid as an excuse and serve your customers! Please don’t reply back either because it’s not help. Other then a lie!
Nice dealership. It was a pleasant purchase experience via email. Worked with James Chung. A true professional. He immediately responded to our email with detailed price quote for a Civic we inquired about in their stock (for my son). This was the only Honda dealership out of five dealerships who actually have red and responded to our email without playing games.
Recently moved to the area and this dealership is a few minutes from my house. I bought my Honda 2 years ago at the Tyson’s location and loved it. Great service all the time. I tried using this location for my car maintenance needs and the experience was not good. When I walked in for my appointment, everyone (except one singing woman 😊) seemed to hate being at work. I was passed off to someone who was not excited at all to help. After my oil change, I was told that the part I needed to fix a minor problem thing in my car would arrive in a week, and that they’d give me a call in a week to bring the car back to have the part installed. After a week, no call. I called back after 2 weeks and spoke to someone who brought up the part order info and who helped me. He said that he’d speak with that worker and give me a call back. This happened mid January and I’ve yet to hear back from them. I am thinking the Tyson’s location is worth the drive.
We are very pleased with the service offered to us in buying the SUV (Honda) CRV on 22nd November 2020. We got the service from Mr. Thahir who was at the customer service provided all the answers to our questions and information regarding the vehicle. Mr Thahir came to our place on the next day and gave us a demonstration on the features of the car. This was very helpful us to drive the car with confident and smoothly. Bought a brand new car with excellent service !
I never write reviews but I was sold a warranty on the premise that it covered tires. 10 months after buying the car I had a tire issue so had it towed here. I was told no way the warranty covered tires and that my tire was destroyed and I needed two new tires and an alignment costing $600. When I got back to the dealership to see the tire, it had magically disappeared but they claim the sidewall was punctured but the tire was disposed of already. The whole place felt like a scam and no one cared at all to even speak to me about the issues. I would avoid if you can.

A bad oil change, the car was washed very sloppily, the tire valve core was deliberately not installed, and one was missing. I am a long-term customer here, and this is the worst experience I have encountered this time. If there are a few stars, I dont want to give it one.
Today I went for an oil change since I saw they offered $45 before 5/31/2020. I am highly satisfied from their service and at this price as they posted. I recommend to whoever needs an oil change.

I went in for an oil change and maintenance for my car. Also, I thought I needed new tires. Rigo Salguero greeted me as soon as I walked in letting me know someone will help me as soon as possible. He was my service advisor who helped me out as well. I told him about my issue and concerns for my car. He said they would take a look at it and do a multi point inspection. Turned out my tries needed some air. I was happy with my service and the promptness and professionalism of Rigo and his services!

I went in for a scheduled oil change appointment this afternoon and was told to go to the waiting room. I waited for 1.5 hours and still was not called. I finally went back to the front trying to figure out the progress. The guy who admitted me wasnt there but I was told my car was ready by somebody else. God knows how long its been done! I do not understand why an oil change takes 1.5 hours on a scheduled appointment. I also did not enjoy sitting in a confined space with people getting in and out during a pandemic. Service today was unfortunately very poor.
