I called and spoke to Edwin regarding a quote for 2004 350Z clutch replacement. He initially said they dont like to give estimates before examining the car. I explained to him that I am confident that the issue is confirmed by 3 people other than myself and that I am certian that my car needs a clutch replacement and just simply wanted an estimate for the cost of repair. He seemed not interested in helping and quickly told me that he would call me back as he has to help another customer. I never got a call back.I cant speak about the quality of work they do as I havent had any service done at this shop, but my friend spoke very highly of their expertise with Nissan cars.I just wished that the customer service agent, Edwin, handled customers requests with a little professionalism.

I had a good experience repairing my car in this shop. I had many problems with my car and they took care of all of them. They are reliable mechanics and great customer service.

I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone in the area. They do good work, on time, warrantied their parts and labor, and when the clutch job on my corvette took much longer than expected, they had the integrity to only charge me the estimated cost and still give the car back to me with a smile and thank me for my business. They saved me time, money, and a lot of headache, it’s too bad I’m moving away and won’t have a good shop around like this next time something goes wrong.

I have brought my car here several times now over the past year or so. Each time, KC has quoted me at a price that was at least a hundred dollars below other estimates, and the work has been great. He also seems honest and actually explains what he is doing and tries to find the best solution for the lowest price. I highly recommend them.

Got an oil change for ~$30 bucks. Fast, affordable, and friendly service. I had other services done to my car here and they are one of the best priced around the DMV area (I called many mechanics). I will definitely keep coming back for any auto issues.

Efficient, Friendly service. Theyre honest and do great work. Came here after another shop quoted way more than they charged, and wasnt disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service ever. Paid about $2000 for transmission replacement and they just could not get it right, had to replace it again but with an additional $450 for a radiator. Whenever I would take the car back to tell them its not driving normally, they would try to brush it off. Terrible place, I do not recommend it. Even now with their replaced transmission, if I put my car in neutral while driving it acts crazy.

Casey was extremely helpful. For $98 within a day he was able to diagnose my transmission and give me the information I needed to decide whether or not to keep the vehicle. He patiently answered all of my questions.This was after going to Hi-tech transmission where they lied to me and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money.
