This is definitely my favorite store.My company shops with HG in falls church regularly. We have had the best experience with the staff there. They always go above and beyond. I want to give a shout out to Kimmy, Mary, Gladys and Kevin Chow. Kevin in particular has made me feel like a valued customer and I will be a customer for life at this location because of him.Today we had a very poor experience with Laila. She does not value customers and does not treat them with respect. We were super disappointed.

This store has all the cute things you would expect from a Home Goods. Its not as unique as some others Ive seen, but they still get my money every time!

Great variety of products you never knew you needed and a bunch of the stuff you do. Sometimes expensive, but they rotate merchandise to clearance and offer good sales so you often have choices for how much you want to spend. Quality is usually impressive as well

Great HomeGoods. Very clean, organized, and it smelled good! Seemed like they had rearranged some merchandise in order to allow for better social distancing, and there were directional arrows in the aisles. All in all a good experience!

Good price

Good location, everything neatly organized. They pester you over the intercom if youre there within an hour of closing. I wish I could also tell off my clients when Im wrapping up my day.They cut off half of the lights 20 minutes before closing. Other than that, 5 stars.

Great variety. Good store layout. I can always find great prices all over the store. The only two draw backs are there are always long lines with not enough staff and its almost a guarantee that there is not an associate available to help you load your car with furniture. Besides that its a great store with great buys.

So exited, just visited HomeGoods yesterday after months of VA shutdown due to Covid-19. There were come customers not wearing face mask. It is VA law to wear face mask when entering establishments. Spoke with the manager and said that he CAN NOT make customers to wear mask. What was the point of him standing by the door. I will NOT be re-entering this location again.

Very old looking and unorganized

I see why women love this place so much.The store stocks everything you need or wants for your home, at very reasonable prices. Many of the decorative pieces are from all over the world. No wonder we need bigger houses, just to keep the things we buy.

So many beautiful and perhaps one of a kind items to choose from. Well laid out, clean and well lit. I did not find what I was looking for, but they did have many nice things. The staff was helpful and friendly. I think they need to hire more staff to accommodate the traffic.

I LOVE this store. They definately clean up after their customers to keep a nice presentation of goods. Tho prices are a bit high, I want to reach out to DOG LOVERS. This place has AMAZING DOG TOYS, SUPERIOR QUALITY, Cheaper than any other place you go. I bought about 8 large toys for my dog there.

Wife loves this place. I normally wait in the car because she will be inside a long time.

I go here about two times a month because the merchandise turns over so fast. The store is very busy on the weekends! You will have to search high and low for a cart and plan on standing in line for 15-20 minutes.The customer service is always good and they do their best to accommodate their customers. The store needs to double in space because it is hard to navigate the aisles with all the merchandise.I recommend going here in the evenings after 7pm when it is way less packed.

I found the perfect little turquoise rolling cart to match my patio furniture, but 1 wheel was missing and another was cracked. Sales professionals Lisa and Monica suggested that Hani, Mr. Fix-it, might be able to do just that since he often had spare parts. In less than 5 minutes, Hani returned with a fully functioning, 4-wheeled cart in one hand and a wrench in the other. 😉 I left as a totally satisfied customer!

Bought some holiday wrapping gifts and pet treats. Couldnt get down the pet bed aisle because some people are inconsiderate pigs and left the beds on the floor blocking the aisle. Staff was friendly and hard at work getting ready for the holidays. Checking out was a breeze!

This was an excellent place to buy things, the only concern I had was the lack of staff. I counted 27 people in line and only two cashiers. It was only one person on the floor who is taking care of some sort of knocked over display. There is a definite problem of not not adequate Staffing. And

Sometimes, I even ask his opinion on something and hes very transparent with me. Id appreciated that.Store is always clean and everything is in order. Great place to shop. Has so many itwma ro help decorate and/or add thoae finishing touches. Priced at moderate rates. You can find clothing dor men, women, boys & girla. Lots of kitchen ware, bedding & bath items. I go there dor cute and practical gift ideas as well.

Found what I was looking for but waited at least 10 minutes for someone to check me out. At least 7 people/groups waiting with only one cashier assisting customers.

Quality has dwindled and it looks like people are stealing more. Front desk person nearly broke my purchase as she was wrapping it in paper. Polite but ineffective.

I absolutely love this home goods from the many unique housewares to holiday decorations. I am a girly girl who loves to decorate and adorn and I always find something here to satiate my appetite for trendy and out of the ordinary!

The manager, Sam, was very helpful when I purchased a large desk from Homegoods. The desk was damaged so he gave me a discount and offered to remove the legs so it would fit in my car and loaded it into the car himself.This review loses one star for the unpleasant cashier who rang up my remaining items along with the desk. She was clearly distracted and uninterested which resulted in an item I purchased not making it into the bag - so I paid for something that I did not get.

Best place to shop at if you have time

Wide variety with mostly fair prices - kitchenware, furniture, towels, decor, etc. The furniture was priced higher, but most other things were cheaper than other home goods-type stores.

I visited the Falls Church store on Labor Day and It was a pleasure meeting Khalat. I appreciate her knowledge and taste and helpfulness. She made great suggestions and helped me pick the right chairs. I have visited the Falls Church store 3 times now and had the pleasure to meet Khalat all 3 times. I truly had great experiences and highly recommend Khalat.

Some interesting items there. My sister loves it there too.

I went in to purchase 3 items. When I paid, I gave the cashier 2 20 dollar bills and 1 10 dollar bill, and the price was $33 total. I gave the extra 10 by mistake. When I walked out with my change, I noticed she gave me only 7 dollars. I went back inside to tell them that they didnt give me the right amount of change, but the cashier didnt put any effort to check.

This HomeGoods was somewhat disappointing. Im not sure if it was just the time I came (a Sunday), but I was looking for a few items, including kitchen towels and hand soap and just didnt find something I liked, which is unusual for me in a HomeGoods.
