I went in with my son looking to buy him some new shoes. I walk in and two young men were at the register, one playing with his phone and the other some paperwork they both look up and see us but neither one of them welcomed us or offered help. We went towards the kids section and picked out a nice pair, I was hoping one of the guys wouldve at least come over seeing that we were interested but no. I walk towards them and ask for the shoe in my sons size and one of them goes to the back to get the pair. He comes back and hand us the box and just walks away, we try on the shoes, sadly they were a little big and I wouldve asked for another size but neither seemed interested in helping. I dont plan on ever going to this location again.

Giving five stars to the memory I have going up working for this company in New York City and made a lot of money.However this very Footlocker has to be in my worst experience yet; they sell bootleg air Force ones at this location.My heart dropped!!!!Am still shocked as I write this...Please be care what you buy anywhere!

Sat here for 10 minutes with two shoes by my side as the single clerk helped someone else. When he left, she started to catalogue inventory. I asked her if she was going to help me, and she said Well, if you let me know. It is a shoe store with only left shoes. How can you leave without help?

There are scammers working in this shop, I bought sneakers and in two days I changed my size, because I did not want to return the size, despite the fact that I did not wear sneakers, they refused to return and even changed to another model, I did not I do not recommend buying here sneakers (((((((
