The cheese foam teas will BLOW YOUR MIND! I have tried the mango, peach, and mango pomelo cheese foam teas at this chain and all of them have been amazing. Personally would recommend the peach and this location has this flavor while others I have visited do not

I had the Cheese Foam Peach Tea - I was excited to try the cheese foam but I was even more excited when I noticed that they used fresh peaches in my tea.The fruit tea was very tasty and fruity, while the cheese foam, which I had never heard of before, was salty and savory, which paired together nicely - I highly recommend trying it! Its not something Ive seen (at least not advertised like that, upon further research it seems like milk cap is another name for this, and Ive seen that before) at other Bubble Tea places, and just the level of ingredients and selection make this place a step above the rest. I cant wait to go back and try different drinks.Customer Service was fine. They were pumping out pickup orders so they were moderately busy but we didnt wait too long.Cheese and tea, I would have never guessed.

Amazing drinks. They have fresh fruit drinks which is amazing. Its both flavorful and fragrant. Would recommend 10/10. So far everyone I have taken there have loved their drinks compared to the other bubble tea shops.

I live dangerously close to this Möge Tee and I admit I visit a little more than my wallet and waistline deem healthy. Ive been a fan of Möge Tee ever since I first tried their cheese foam drinks at the D.C. location. Thankfully, Möge Tee has opened a few other locations such as this Falls Church shop.Having visited the D.C., Falls Church, and Tysons Möge Tees, I will say that the Falls Church shop is the fastest. I dont know if its because of the times I visit or if its because were in COVID times, but I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my drink. When I used to frequent the D.C. location, Id have to call in my drink before I started the 20-minute drive there (and even sometimes after doing that, Id still have to wait when I arrived). I have never called ahead for the Falls Church Möge Tee, and I still get my drink in 2-3 minutes after I order at the register.Skill-wise, I personally think the D.C. staff are the best at crafting the drinks. However, Falls Church staff are a close second. I typically order a fresh or cheese foam strawberry, tea cheese foam dragon fruit tea, grapefruit Yakult, or crème brûlée milk tea. Yes, the prices are pretty steep for tea drinks but I am aware of the prices. I also think the large is a pretty decent large size.Ive personally never had a problem with customer service and actually commend the staff for their promptness. This location is also very clean (probably easier to maintain cleanliness since they dont permit anyone to sit down).

I come here every week and really enjoy the selection. But the customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. They hire a bunch of school girls that don’t care about the customers needs.

I visited this location twice. My first visit wasn’t that great due to the lack in customer service. And on top of that, my milk tea wasn’t really how I wanted (I like my milk tea to be sweet) But I believe in second chances so I decided to go back to try one of the fruit tea’s this time. I got the dragonfruit tea without cheese and it was delicious! However, the lack in basic customer service skills AGAIN made the visit unpleasant. Especially with the drinks being at a WAY higher price point compared to other boba tea/smoothie places, you would expect the cashiers and staff to be friendly and at least smile. A simple hello, how are you and a thank you makes such a huge difference. They barely acknowledge your presence when you have to wait to be served when there is no line. I simply won’t be going back.

The staff here is extremely rude to first timers. I asked if they offered smoothies and the lady rudely snapped “what do you mean by that? We offer tea and smoothies.” I said there was no smoothie section on the menu and then I asked if they offer taro smoothies and she said no. Okay... thanks for explaining what smoothies you have... we then asked what she suggested and she snapped. “Well, it depends what you like.” In the end I ordered a taro bubble milk tea. She asked if I wanted the milk tea or milk version, I asked for the difference and she rudely again said one is milk one is milk tea!Yeah... never going here again. The drinks also came out disgusting and undrinkable. My drink had giant chunks of taro all through it and was not well blended. Thanks but no thanks...

If you have ever been to China this place is a carbon copy of what you can expect there. From the tea to the layout. Take a trip to shanghai at this great spot.Note: This place is a bit more pricey than your average Milk Tea shop, as they offer a lot of fresh fruit based options.

My favorite boba place used to be Gong Cha before. However, it has changed since I stopped in for the first time last weekend. Nice service and a variety of options. Their disposable cup is really fancy with fair prices. Staff are really nice and helpful! One of best bubble tea place in NOVA. However this place is really small, dont have plenty of capacity to eat in the store.

Great place! They use real taro and fruits. Milk tea and fruit tea both taste good! The store is spacious, bright and clean. A bit pricy, but I think their milk tea is worth it.

A bit pricey for a cup of milk tea but I think its worth it. I had cheese avocado tea, it was really good. My husband has a brown sugar tea, it was okie nothing special. I definitely will be back here

Oreo milk tea is one the most disappointing flavors. The rest of the menu is okay, but milk tea with powdered oreo on top is barely a new drink.

Today, I experienced the worst service ever (so far) in my life!!!!! I totally understand that I cannot expect them to be in their best mood or to smile bright and shine 365days/ year; but to be polite, I think it’s the basic customer service key! You cAn’t go wrong with that!!! When I came, the shop was not busy AT ALL. I was the first one in line, plus none was behind me :) But they let me stand there for a while, even though all of them were standing in front of me, maybe they didn’t see me (somehow, i guess?🧐). At that moment, I was still fine ^^ then finally, there comes a girl! Well, she didn’t even say Hi, but just came to the cashier station giving me a sign of “you can now start to order”. So I decided to be nice and said Hi to her. She, then, still kept silence! And I started to ord my drink without her asking “what would I like for today”! After I was done ordering my drink, she finally talked(🎉), she asked me “that’s it?”. I said yes and she walked away. I paid it myself(feeling a bit lonely tho🙂) and was staying there waiting for my receipt( because you have to get the receipt in order to know your calling number). Then another (different) girl came and gave me the receipt. I said thank you but she didnot response :) then they called my number, I came to get my drink! Tried to be nice one last time by saying “thank you” again! And again, no response... she just walked away.... 🍂Well, I paid the drink myself, out from my own pocket! I wasnot begging for my drink! So I don’t know what was the reason??? Still wondering 😊Speaking of price, $7.26 for a milk tea (cheese foam uji matcha large size) is pretty expensive! So i do look into not only the quality but also the service @@ I meant I really hope that Moge Tee can improve their customer service! I really do not expect much from them, but just learn how to be polite first! I do appreciate it! Thank you ( again) 🙏🏻

I am very disappointed with the service I received earlier today. I called ahead to put in an order for 2 large Dragonfruit teas and a large Uji Matcha with double cheese and no sugar. When I arrived the drinks were ready, but the size for the Uji Matcha was made in a small rather than a large. I asked them they had made a mistake and instead of making a new one the worker poured the small drink into a larger cup and added ice.. she then put about 1 spoon of cheese to the top. I told her that I paid for double cheese, she looked at the label and poured some of the drink out into the sink then put another spoon of cheese into my drink. So I technically got a small drink when I paid for a large.. then she poured some of it out to put more cheese into it.. if that wasn’t bad enough she gave me attitude the whole time. I dont know why I got attitude for correcting her.. I paid for something and I should be getting what I paid for. I come to Moge Tea almost everyday so I know my orders, I know my drinks. These drinks are not 2-3 bucks they cost me at least $10 each time and I buy multiple each trip. I noticed that the staff has changed.. you should really train them to be more polite to paying guests.

The place was littttt. So many people hanging out to drink some boba tea. We got 3 drinks and it was good. Prices are fair and the place is up kept well.

We went there 5 times at 8pm(they close at 9pm) and they said they already closed for business with a very rude, impatient voice. Don’t think it’s the way how they should do business.
