Service was timely and efficient. We live on the west coast and he was very responsive and easy to work despite the time difference and challenges presented by COVID-19.

Mike at NOVA Green Energy was responsive, professional, and took the time to answer all questions. He was able to fit me in the same day, and the work was of very high quality, including a very handy instructional video for fireplace operation.

Mike has helped us with our fireplace when we first moved in. The fireplace was in bad shape but Mike did a great job to get it working properly again. Then later on our outdoor AC unit (which was very old) broke down in the summer of 2018 and Mike was able to fix it and even to extend its lifespan by another 2 years before it broke down completely in the summer of 2020. We were happy with the work he did previously so we called him again for the AC unit replacement. Once again, Mike did an excellent job. The owner, Mike has always been very prompt, professional & reasonable He saved me thousands of dollars last year (2019) when on a routine maintenance visit, one of his crew thought he detected a propane gas leak in my existing burner assembly and advised I needed a new gas fireplace. Later, when Mike came to replace the unit, he personally checked it out himself and found that there wasnt a leak after all but because propane gas is heavier than air it falls to the floor of the fireplace which resulted in the initial false reading. Mike cleaned, refurbished and reset the unit which has worked just fine ever since.More recently, (Oct. 2020), I had my deck extended and needed to have the gas line from my propane tank to my fireplace valve removed prior to the start of construction; and, replaced while under construction of the extended framework. Mike was very responsive & came on short notice when needed in both cases, restarted the gas pilot light to make certain everything was in good working order for this winter. His fees were quite reasonable and the work performed was of high quality.

Wow! Great customer service and quality repair work. We submitted a request for service on NOVA Green Energys website and in less than 24 hours, Mike had responded and arrived at our doorstep. I have used NOVA Green for more than a year. They successfully ridded my house of an annoying ant problem by treating the outside perimeter. I was especially glad they did not need to treat indoors although they are able to do that if outdoor treatments are not successful. The technician who comes (we always have the same person) is reliable, pleasant and has exhibited very professional behavior. I particularly have appreciated the careful and safe approach he has taken since the Covid pandemic arose. Phone contacts with the office are also efficient and pleasant without long wait time.

I had not used my two fireplaces in years, and they would not start, so I called Nova Green Energy. They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. These guys are real pros, and know what needs to be done and what you dont need. After selecting a specific unit, he handled the complete installation dealing with permits and city inspectors to perfection.
