Very bad customer service up front. The cashier is rude and careless. They don’t value their customers.

This place charged me 9$ for the stuff you see on the picture. 4$ for literally 4 tomatoes. Also, staff wasn’t wearing any masks whatsoever. Thought of complaining to virginia consumer protection about this but I am better off disputing my transaction. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

We were there today to buy a goat around 9:30pm. They charged us for 7.5 pounds but when we came home and weight it was just 4 pounds. Same thing happened to a customer before us. He just bought a chicken and they charged him 35$. Please check your meat before you get out of the store. You will know what I’m talking about.

It is nice and clean has majority of the Desi stuff. But be aware they have non halal items too. Such as the trident gum and Doritos. So please make sure you know the stuff you are buying is halal and not just assume it’s in halal store so it will be halal. I did tell them it’s not halal but they ignored it and still have them.

Staff is pretty rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the prices are way too high if you compare their prices with any other store. I bought a bag of chips today which cost 0.89 cents from other stores, but here I ended up paying $2 for the same item. Sometimes, paying extra money wouldn’t hurt and if the difference is in few dollars that’s fine, but handling the rude behavior of their employees is totally intolerable. Worst experience so far.👎🏻👎🏻 Not a recommendable place

Many times I weighed the meat that i purchase from this store, its always 4 to 5 pounds less. So my understanding was that, they weigh the meat before they clean them. And after they clean the meat it weigh less.Last time I bought 20 lb beef and I told the butcher not to clean a lot just a little bit, if possible no cleaning at all. And i weigh the meat again at home it was less then 16 lb.Another problem is that they dont have price tag on their products which is not right either. I might not wanna spend $10.00 for a paratha but, I would still bring it to the cashier and end up spending $10.00 because Im too shy to return them to the self. Even on the receipt it doesnt have the products name so I wont know which item was $10.00 and which was $9.99 . And it is another form of stealing from the consumer. I feel like everything is over priced from the frozen fish to frozen vegetable.Ill write another review after I purchase my meat again and post picture of before and after along with the receipt, so everyone can be aware of their act and take action against it.

Very bad and unprofessional Staff, price is to much discrepancy all meet. they charge my total bill $108, then i cheek my items, i saw they did extra charge $39 more. after i complain, cashier return my money. they donnt have price breakdown, this is very bad things. i will not recommend my friend this store for shopping
