I always get greeted here with such a genuine welcome when I walk in. The employees are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable about their products. The store is always clean and neat and that does not go unnoticed.

I went there to look for vitamins for kids and I noticed they have a lot more varieties than any other pharmacy I visited. Great customer support and well organized store.

The store itself is good. However, there is a wicked incline going up to it. I am 74 and broke my ankle (compound fracture) at the top of The incline. 911 took me to hospital where I had surgery. Obviously, I will not be going back and encourage everyone who goes there to be extra careful.

Walked in today around 12:40. No one spoke, greeted or asked me if I required assistance which I did. I came to buy multiple items but had trouble locating them. I stayed for 5mins as they walked around me and talked to each other behind counter. I immediately took my business to gnc where I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Thank God old fashioned customer service is still alive somewhere. But not at this location!! Never will beg a company to take my money.

I almost always get my vitamins and supplements here except for the rare things they dont have and I have to order online. Their BO GO 50% off sales are great. I like that almost all of the supplements come in different sorts - pill, capsule, tincture, liquid, powder, chew.

I have been shopping from this Vitamin Shoppe for almost seven years and never received bad customer service but until now. The new guy with long beard who’s rude and doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. I decided not to go to this Vitamin Shoppe any more.

The shop is huge and very well organized to meet every requirment. The staff is also very helpful to give out information on the product. Also, it offers good discounts. I was happy to get 50% off on the product that i wanted to buy.

Glad for this location because it is convenient and fairly well-maintained. Sometimes when Ive driven by their sign isnt lit up as well as its surrounding stores, but they are open. Entrance and parking has a steep incline nearby and may be difficult for someone to navigate easily. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great customer service, they didnt have the item I was looking for but they found something else that I ended up liking. They are really polite and down to earth. Will come again

Always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Always well stocked. Can have an order shipped to store for free, which is nice. Prices are reasonable and comparable most of the time. I love that I get rewards for buying product.

The Vitamin Shoppe has something for everyone and decent prices, have been going there for over 10 years.

Good for bodybuilding supplements and energy drinks not readily available at groceries. Specifically, they are the only store that carries Bang Energy drinks in 12-packs. Dont buy vitamins here as they are overpriced.

Finding Raspberry leaf tea all around, but finally have found it here.

Workers were very helpful with questions and customer service.

Most items are over priced. Amazon, Trader Joes, and other retail establishment have identical items at a lower price. Majority of staff knowledgeable, store is clean, items displayed well. They are just over price.
