Mi mom got her Hearing aids in Madrid, Spain 30 months ago, now, she is here in Va visiting and one of the Hearing aids got damaged.So, we got in Beltone web page and got the toll free number and left a message, immediately got a phone call to make an appointment in the nearest location that was in Falls Church office; a nice representative welcome us and took care of the 2 hearing aids at not cost!We are very thankful, great service!!!

Extremely slow, very nice people, but horrendously slow, waited a full hour with a morning appointment and was told it will be another 15 minutes before I would be seen. I opted to reschedule for later in the afternoon and the same was about to ensue before I cancelled and walked away.
