Amazing place that I didnt even know existed until about four months ago. They are the place to go hands down to get parts for appliances. Call them and give them the model number of your appliance and you just go pick it up in most cases. Website is extremely helpful to find the part you need by providing schematics of your appliance also. Well done and bug applause! If they dont have the part in the local store they will get it in asap.

Have used Deys several times over last couple years and have been very satisfied with service there. Its very hard to find a business that can do the everyday replacement parts help that every household needs...nice to have one so close to my home!! They(Al just this week) were extremely helpful at finding something as normal but necessary as microwave lights!! You CANT find everything at Walmart!

Amazing experience. I ordered a part from amazon and it was faulty. Went to dey and their amazing staff member helped me get a working part. Allowed me to use some tools to cut and splice the part as recommend by the manufacture. They even had a multimeter so i could Ω out the part. I highly recommend to anyone needing parts!

WOW! I needed 1 small part for a microwave. I gave them a call and they found the part and brought it in from Minneapolis overnight. Worked like a charm! $20 to a local company saved me from replacing an entire appliance. Thanks Dey!

I needed a heating element for my dryer. Saturday morning I called and they had my part on hand. The price was very expensive if you compare it to other places. $17.99 on Amazon for the exact part. And they asked $140+ tax!!!!! I guess you pay for wanting the part the same day. I will be using Amazon more and if someone tells me to buy local I will NOT. I will be AMAZON all the way!!!!!!!

I needed a part on a Saturday morning. I called Dey and the person looked up the parts I needed and made sure they were in stock.When I arrived, she brought out the part outside (COVID-19 precaution) and let me look it over before purchasing.Thank you. Hopefully I can get my AC fixed before it hits 90° tomorrow.

Great place

My furnace blower motor went out at 3pm. By the time I diagnosed the problem and got the motor out of the furnace it was around 515pm. I called and talked to Al. His shift was supposed to be done at 530pm. He offered to stay late just so I could get the motor. He even offered to deliver it to me. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable he was and how helpful he was!

These guys know their stuff and they have parts! If they dont have the part in stock they can get it.
