Terrible experience. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment because I also had a bad speaker and a rattle in the dash that needed to be resolved. I dropped the car off at 10:45 for an 11 o’clock appointment. I was told that a they would call me when the car was ready. After 4 hours I called to get an update and it wasn’t ready. Then I waited another hour and drove over to see what was going on. I saw our car in the lot and went inside to checkout. No call or anything. I went to the service desk and was told it wasn’t ready. I said it must be it’s sitting in the lot. Then another service rep said it was done but not updated in the system. I was charged 112.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. That was the highest ever paid for this service and I couldn’t believe it. When I inquired about the speaker I was told they couldn’t find the issue but they ordered a speaker for it and it would require a return trip. They never found or heard the rattle in the dash so I guess I’m stuck with that. I asked then if they drove it and they said yes in the parking lot. What a bad experience and the entire time I was there they made me feel like I shouldn’t be there and maybe because I bought the car at a different dealer in the cities. Not good. I do not recommend this so called service center. Very disappointed!

I have used Lunde auto center 3 times for two different vehicles that had problems no one else seemed able to fix. Well, they were able to fix it. People avoid dealers because they feel theyre prices are higher but I can tell you if I would have went to them first I would have saved a lot of money. Yes, I do recommend them. 5 stars!!

The scheduler and the courtesy car driver were great. They are the reason Im giving three stars. The rest, not so much.Brought my car in for an airbag recall. Got a call saying my brake lights were out and it would be 320.00 for the part, plus labor. I knew there was nothing wrong with the lights, so I told them my husband would check it out.Got the car home and all the brake lights worked fine. They continue to work fine.I know dealers get paid poorly for recall work, but I dont appreciate them trying to make it up by telling an older woman her car has a safety issue, in the hope she wont question it.

We had a leased Mazda from a different dealer. We decided the purchase it and our previous dealer didn’t handle Mazda anymore. We contacted Lunde and I dealt with Kelsey in the finance department. She handled everything over the phone and electronically. We had to travel to Fargo to finish the deal. Turns out we were coming through at the end of a little summer vacation, stopped in and Kelsey was amazing. Everything went smoothly. It was easy. We love Mazda. We’ve had several over the years. This was our first time dealing with Lunde and they were great to deal with as well. Special thanks to Kelsey for all her hard work. Much appreciated. Highly recommend Mazda and Lunde.

I love Lunde! They are honest, hardworking, and excellent in communication.My only grievance rests on one front desk worker. For the purpose of clarity, she had short hair and was in her mid fifties. The rest of the desk was phenomenal.Upon interacting with a peculiar customer, the team member rolled her eyes in utter annoyance. Further exasperating her apparent annoyance, she sneered behind the customers back.Working with people, I understand that everyone has their hard days. But, so do the peculiar customers just wanting to try a different cheap flavor of creamer.

I also had an extra problem outside of my stated appt purpose that I was hoping they’d have time to fix and while they couldn’t promise anything on the phone, they did fix it and the cost was very manageable. Great experience overall and will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Terrible experience. The salesperson was nice but the rest of the time I spent there was awful.The used car manager was condescending and just plain rude. My wife and I were never asked if we wanted to go inside to sit down and talk, we felt unwanted. We asked if him to appraise our trades, and his response was “What’s the point?…”. SMH

This was my first time to Lunde Service Department. I was given good old fashioned service, I was not pressured into fixing every little thing that might be wrong with my vehicle they let me know that my air filter should be changed. A (almost vintage 2007) But I didnt feel like they werent going to let me out the door without meeting their sales quota out of my wallet. They said it would be 15 to 20 minutes, and it was. I went to another place to get my oil changed and they told me not today. Another customer at the other place said go to Lunde and now I am telling you give Lunde a try, I did. P.S. you might get a free car wash at Dons I did.

Today I went in for an oil change had some homework to do so I sat in the common area whilst my car was being serviced. My service took longer than expected so I was moved into a cubicle so I could concentrate! All staff who walked by asked if I needed anything and the receptionist even gave me lunch (the soup was yummy). The energy was so amazing and staff treated me with such great care and answered all questions I had about my vehicle. I’ve been a customer for about 2 years and it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon. 😀

Had my car in for no crank/no start. Shop was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it quickly, even with it seeming like is a busy time for car repair. Price was right and it was as easy as going to the bank to get cash when signing out/paying for repair. I highly recommend this shop and this dealership. Bought both our cars here as well and can’t beat the service!

I ended up buying an SUV from their lot, which provided me several opportunities for test drives, explanations of (seemingly endless) features and time to consider two models, one of which I purchased. Prior to this experience I have brought my previous vehicle in for service and have always found the staff knowledgeable and friendly.

They are always kind, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and efficient! I appreciate all they do to make my experience a good one. They even have a USB outlet with 4 inputs, you just need your own cord. I think they offer water, soft drinks and coffee but they didnt mention that when you arrive. They even usually offer my golden retriever a treat and free petting her. ;-)

The overall experience is low stress. They listen to your needs and do what they can to meet or get as close to your desired financing goal as possible. This was my first time ever going to a Kia dealership and found my dream Jeep Wrangler! Kia of Fargo - Lunde Auto Center is by far one of the most well organized, friendly, and welcoming dealership Ive had the privilege to enter and make a deal with.All the employees were polite and eager to assist with any and all inquiries and questions. The process was very smooth and did not have to wait tremendous hours to complete sale as Ive seen with most dealerships. I will just wait in the lounge.Arrived at my appointment time, and the gentleman behind the service counter was less than friendly. I had brought my 2007 MazdaSpeed6 in to have a new ECU programed to the car. I’m sure it was a unique situation for them considering the car is heavily modified and had to be worked on while it was on a trailer. I made an appointment about 3 weeks in advance for an oil change and to evaluate the check engine light for 8:00AM. I dropped it off at 8AM and took their ride service. I returned shortly after 10:00AM and it hadnt even been serviced yet. The best answer I could get was that my brand of vehicle needed a specific technician as to why it hadnt been serviced and that the 8:00AM appointment wasnt my appointment time, but only the time to check in just like at the doctors office. The service employee I think named Bryce did apologize several times. They also told me that the diagnosis of the check engine light would take an hour. I had multiple appointments on my day off of work so I needed to get to my next appointment. I asked for them just to skip the check engine light and just do the oil change. I returned about a half hour later the 2nd time and still waited another 30 minutes before I was checked out and ready to go. It was well over 3 hours from when I had dropped my car off. This was quite a disappointment. I felt like l was last on the list even with an appointment. If it werent for my other appointments, I might not have been in such a hurry. I dont plan to return for service.

One Saturday we went to Lunde to check out a vehicle that only had 3 pictures online. After inquiring about the car, they told us it was waiting to be detailed at a location offsite that was closed on the weekends. John and the team at Lunde went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get ahold of the business owner to get the keys so we could check it out and test drive it. Needless to say I bought a vehicle that day! Quick and friendly. Shipped a switch overnight on a small warranty job. I wasnt even aware my vehicle was still under warranty, so the honesty and integrity is very much appreciated. Bought a new key fob ($65) and a blank key for a spare ($30)...felt like a bit much. Car is a 2004...very basic key and fob. About $50 +tax to cut the key and program the fob...again, seemed excessive. Upside...nice people, was able to get service within a week on the day I wanted, and quick turnaround.

Very poor quality of service, called Tuesday the 16th of February and the service department said I would be able to bring my car in for that up coming Thursday, so i made the trip into town with my car on the Wednesday of the same week and when talking to the service advisor he kept saying that it would be Wednesday the 24th at the earliest, but all said and done they didn’t touch my car until the 3rd of March. The service advisor treated me like a child and acted like I didn’t know what I was taking about, I’ve been working on cars for years and am a auto body repair tech and I knew what was going on with my car which I told them so. After that they ended up calling me to report the problems which they only told me the two that I had said when I got there, but there was way more that I knew of and expected to hear about I had a code for a intake value that was stuck open and was throwing a code, when I was on the phone I was questioning why I paid $160 for a wellness check on my car if they were only going to tell me what I had already stated. I also was on a crunch for time, being from out of town I needed to get my car and when I called on the car every day they said it would be done by the end of the day, but it was done 4 days later than promised. When I got the car the cable for the sensor on my intake wasn’t hooked up so my car was just sucking a lot of air and running really lean. Over all I do not recommend this place for any of my friends and family. Mazda’s themselves are good cars, but the dealer ship acts as if you are a homeless man in a a jewelry store. Spend more money to take your car to the shop that actually has good costumer service.

Service was good accept I asked for synthetic. blend oil change and they used full synthetic so it costed me double of what I expected to spend! That was disappointing. Make sure you clarify to their face very LOUD that you want synthetic blend or you will be spending 100 bucks easy...plus my appt was at 355 and I pulled outta the driveway at 454 so it was a bit long as well. Good people, very nice though.
