WATCH YOUR INVOICES! They will quote you one price and then change it when the final bill comes. They state they will obtain permits, which was $30 for my city, but then charged an additional $150 to send over the piece of paper via email. I would have completed the permit myself if I knew they would tack on $150 for sending an email. Then they told me this fee is in their contract, which its NOT. Make sure you read all the small print, or heck, maybe Indigo should read it so they have an idea what they are talking about when they try to gouge you after the work is completed. Terrible business practice, watch for added unnecessary fees, dont just pay them.

My husband recently asked Indigo Signworks to print a banner for his parents 40th wedding anniversary party, for which we would have to travel about 4 hours west. As the date approached, there was a snowstorm warning that covered the entire route wed need to take, so we had to cancel. We left a message with Indigo and let them know of the situation, assuring them that we would pay any design or printing fees we had accrued -- but they called back and decided not charge us anything. Thats going well above and beyond for customer service, since they had already spent time designing our banner. We may not be able to make it to the 40th party, but I know what company we will be using for their 50th :)
