I called looking for a part for a mark 10 softener and the lady wanted to set up a house call and I said I could change part myself if they still made it and she didnt know if they still made the part and was going to have tech call me. IM STILL WAITING. So I decided to go with a whole different unit
Even though they had a water line break and flood the office they still was serving the customers.
To start out…DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Now, why…We received a postcard mailer from Culligan in Fargo for a water softener maintenance service & 3 bags of salt for $79.95. This seemed like a good deal, so we called to have them do this. They came and performed the maintenance and also checked our reverse osmosis tank & filters. While the tech was there, he said that we should change the filters because they were the wrong ones but never told us the cost of the filters.Two days later, we went into our basement and realized that water had been leaking from the RO tank, as the hose wasn’t on right. Our ceiling tiles had fallen out of the ceiling, water was running down the wall and the carpet was SOAKED. We called Culligan in Fargo as soon as they opened and talked to Tammy to let her know what happened. She said she’d contact their insurance and to not do anything with the cleanup until their insurance agent comes or contacts us. Considering the damage sitting water will cause, we pulled back the carpet, pulled out the padding and ran a fan to dry it out. Good thing we did that because we didn’t hear from their insurance agent for a week.We then contacted our insurance company since Culligan’s insurance was treating this as a liability claim so would not cover our total costs. We’re currently in the process of having all of the damage (nearly $14,000) repaired. Part of the repair included removing the kitchen cabinet that houses the sink due to the water damage, so have not had a kitchen sink for over 3 weeks.This past week (over a month since their “service”), we received a bill for over $400!! We didn’t anticipate receiving any bill from them due to the $14k of damage their service caused, along with the significant inconvenience of no kitchen sink, and time away from work with insurance adjusters & various contractors. The invoice was for the maintenance and filters they replaced in our RO tank system…which the tech never said what the cost would be.We then called Tammy at Culligan of Fargo to ask her about the bill, assuming it was sent in error. She said that since services were provided, we had to pay the bill but told us that she was kind enough to remove the service call fee from our bill before sending it. She said she can’t remove any of the other charges or “she would be fired.” The filter costs alone were over $200 along with other charges that we weren’t aware of.Not once during the conversation we had with her did she show any empathy or apologize for the damage their tech caused. She became belligerent when we brought up the surprise that we received a bill at all.We have since seen other BAD reviews of Culligan in Fargo. Needless to say, we will NEVER do business with them again.

Ordered Three 5 Gallon Jugs of water for the first time. Was told the delivery guy would come out the next day. He never showed, I never got a call back and now I cant get hold of anyone. Ive decided to give Premium Waters Inc a try as they have way better google reviews and better deals when I called them! Im very disappointed in the service from Culligan.
Called for a filter replacement and system check. Appointment set up for Tuesday, but no one showed up and no call to say they couldnt make it. Called Wednesday to ask why no show, no reason given. Appointment set up for Friday before noon, again no show, no call. Have gone a week now with the drinking water system not functional because it needs new filters. And still no calls to explain why??👎👎👎👎

I have called three times today. They say they will get back as soon as possible. I still have not heard back and now its after hours. My question is how do you run a business this way. This is one of the best ways to loose a customer.
I have had the best service. The receptionist is very personable and always in a good mood. The techs really know what they are talking about and doing. My service call was scheduled right away and the tech was on time. My drinking water system was working like brand new in no time.
Had to find another water supply company. Had to call twice to get water delivered. Then decided to drive ourselves to get our own water and were told shoulda called ahead as they didnt have any on the shelf. Complete gong show.
Worst service EVER. We ask for 8 jugs of water and we get 6. When the screw up they take forever to show up to bring you your extra jugs and the other half the time they dont bring them at all. Last call set us off, we said we only got 6 jugs of water again. And the lady said how many are you supposed to get. And we told her 8. She said well youre one of the lucky ones to get 8 jugs of water. Were done. They can come pick up their jugs for the final time. From the other reviews it looks like they are going to have plenty of jugs coming up shortly in the future.
My first time ever posting a review but, felt the need to do so. Horrible service! Parts are never in stock and service never shows up when they are scheduled. The receptionist and office manager is useless and it appears she spends more time on her iPad at work then... working. We used to even pay for Culligan to deliver salt to our house. We finally discontinued that service as they would never come on the scheduled day for that either.

The equipment you receive breaks down quite often leaving you to get a repair man out there to fix, which you will be paying for everything that is being replacedCustomer service is horrible. The lady you talk to on the phone is very rude and not helpful. Her name is Tamara
Terrible communication, follow up, and service. Waited for well over a month for a quote and never received after many responses will have next day, many calls w/ no answer or return call. Insisted we rent a system vs purchase to find out the rental cost would exceed the purchase price in 1 year. Was double the price of competetion, woudl not recomend unless you have months of time to wait and want to overpay.
Constantly out of water without a reason, they cannot even tell us when we will be getting water for our cooler. We are canceling our service with them. Unprofessional service, I do not know how they can stay in business.
Very slow response time. Never was on time. He knew the system before he came but didn’t have the right tools. I seriously think that someone should have drug tested that man.
