Had 30K maintenance. Did not receive verbal feedback about items requiring further attention. (Indicated on multi-point vehicle inspection). Received inspection form from cashier and looked at it when I got home. I had to call with questions. Would have appreciated call from the technician.
We weren’t necessarily in the market for a new car at the moment, but after our vehicle was not worth it to fix we started looking online. We happened upon a vehicle we liked and made an appointment. We met with David, and I truly can’t say enough good things. He made the process enjoyable, no BS and he was extremely personable. We came back the next day to finish paperwork and the finance guy was just as nice. Next time we’re in the market for a vehicle we will be going here!
I was called a lier by the service department and they tried to tell me everything that was wrong with my truck was my fault when I didnt even know everything that was wrong with it. They wanted to charge me $160 an hour to diagnose a code I had when a mechanic just unplugged a sensor and plugged it back in and it hasnt come on since. Plus I was over charged and told never to come back again. Unprofessional if you ask me
Great place to buy a vehicle! Bought a certified pre owned from here. They were kind and did not try to pressure us into buying a vehicle just so they could make a buck. We had a couple issues with the vehicle after we bought it, and Luther fixed the issues no questions asked, and gave us a vehicle to borrow while they did the work. They we prompt and on time but they were suppose to wash the vehicle but did not. Also the windows were not cleaned. They left the plastic on the seat in the vehicle and the paper floormat. Had to take it out and find a garbage container to throw the plastic and paper away. They did not go over my vehicle as to what was found in the 37500 mile checkup. I wonder if they even did the checkup. Was disappointed in the follow up!!
1. The buying experience was great. We worked with Nevin in sales. He was wonderful and would like to buy every future car from him.2. Finance team. Not as impressed. We had our own financing which was fine and no one pressured us to use Luther for financing. However when trying to get a call back from this team, it is dang near impossible. We have been reaching out for 2 weeks. Calling the dealership, leaving voicemail, calling cell phone, texting. No response. Feeling like we are left out to dry and forgotten about.We are second guessing our decision to buy from Luther if this is how the customer service is after buying with you.
Robin was truly amazing, and supportive through a little bit of a difficult time there for me on such a big job on my vehicle. He kept me updated through it all and never left me wondering what was going on through the process. it was a long process and we kept patient with one another. I couldnt ask for better support. Was called by the sales staff on the vehicle I was looking for. Didnt need to negotiate and was pleased with the sales process.I noticed a few things the next day that made me think it was not ready to be sold under the certified branding. Small dent in the hood and tailgate, odor in vehicle, scratch down to the metal on the driver side door, and a rock chip in the glass. I will wait for Luther to get back to me on 3 of the issues to see if anything that can be done. I would be 100% satisfied if there was a resolution to those.
My wife brought in her car to repair tire puncture. After dropping her car, Luther did not have a ride service and she had to take Luther contracted Lift service to get to work. Lift car was old, dirty inside and out. She got her clothing dirty before she got to work. To pick her car up, she again called Luther contracted Lift service. Lift car was old, rusted and the driver looked like he stops drinking just for driving days. Both times, pick up service was unprofessional, unpleasant and it is NOT what we expect from Luther Buick luxury car dealer. Tire was fixed on time, but the spare tire was left in the trunk and was not placed back in its original place. Wife asked the mechanic to put it back where it belongs. After 15 minutes of wrestling with it, Buick trained mechanic was not able to put the spare tire back. Wife had to ask the manager to put the tire back. After reading the manual, Buick service manager was able to put the spare tire back where it belongs. What had to be 5-minute car pick up time, it was 30 minutes frustration and nuisance. We hope Luther Buick will improve its service and pick-up service as we will look for another brand and dealer on the next car purchase. :(

I purchased my vehicle October 29, 2020. First time I turned on my AC. It didnt work. Service said it must of just happened. I call BS! Over thousand dollars to fix. I would of paid half of the bill. That wasnt an option. A happy customer is a return customer. I wont be back. But, Lisa Julian is a wonder sales person!

I have to say I’m pretty skeptical of dealerships. I’ve gotten burned way to many times but I saw a car I liked on their lot so I thought I’d try it again.Samantha was very good, didn’t pressure me and actually listened to the things I had to say. The finance guy Mark was very pleasant as well. He didn’t try to push or strong arm me into buying additional warranty and even though it was really close to closing time, he wasn’t agitated or in a hurry to leave. The only drawback was a two hour wait to get sat down and sign/initial all the paperwork.I’ll definitely tell my friends and family that this place did me well. Both Service Manager and test technician were right there at time of my scheduled appointment - no wasted time. Service Tech took time to ride with me and evaluate symptoms in effort to find the problem and quickly remedy. Service mgr kept me abreast of progress. Parts were in stock so was able to drive the vehicle home that evening. Very positive experience.

The staff was very attentive. Welcomed me almost immediately. It was my first oil change which they offered for free. They also rotated the tires for no charge and washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out. It did take about 1 hour 45 minutes so be prepared for that which is expected for all of this work. It was neat and clean and the waiting room was nice. There were beverages to drink if needed.
My wife and I recently became customers of Luther Family Buick! After 10 years of dedicated business with another dealer in the area we traded my wifes 4th new Hyundai in for a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse! She loves the Buick! There was one small minor issue with a seatbelt shortly after, and Luther stepped up and fixed it right away with no hassle at all to us!I purchased a new Cadillac XT4 in February 2019 from our previous dealership. I had always wanted a brand new Cadillac, I was super happy at first! But, the car got LOUSY gas mileage, nowhere close to what Cadillac stated. In addition, it also did not ride like a Cadillac. So, I decided to call our salesperson (Samantha) at Luther and see what Buick offered! I traded my 2019 Cadillac XT4 in on a new 2021 Buick Encore GX ST. I LOVE my new Buick! The styling is great, the fit and finish are better than all others in the class, AND the price is AMAZING, especially compared to my Cadillac! Best of all, the Buick rides so nicely!!!!!Now, I would say my Buick rides better than my Cadillac, but thats not necessarily a compliment nowadays! So, I will simply say, the Buick is a better choice for us!Jeremy Hulderman
I thought my transmission was acting up. Made an appointment with Rob Reierson and brought vehicle in. He and two others listened to it and thought it was the engine oil pump. They took it in and confirmed it was the engine oil pump. Rob worked with GM and came up with a nice resolution for me. Luther kept the vehicle. The tech stayed late to work on it and came in early the next day. Everything seems to work fine for now. I was very happy with Rob and the tech for the effort they put in for me. I was also happy GM took some responsibility since I just had it in for another expensive repair less then a month before. This pickup has low miles on it for the year 2015 (40,000 mile). I would expect GM puts parts in that last more then 40,000 mile. Overall I was pleased with Luther and GM other then having to dish out money for parts that should last longer.

Quick, easy process. I wasnt even sure about buying a vehicle when I went there, but it went so quickly it made the decision easy.
I recently had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I scheduled the appointment, I also let them know that Something was leaking because there was a large spot left in my driveway. The team diagnosed that the transmission oil coolant was leaking as well as the front struts. They called me with the results and Let me know that for the struts, they would need to order the part. I gave them the go ahead to fix the first issue and they ordered the struts and set me up with a new appointment when the parts came in. After they put the struts in, I picked up my car and knew that something wasn’t right. When I pulled out of the parking space the car made some obvious noise and there was slight noise as I drove it home. When I pulled into my driveway it made another loud squeak. I brought the car back to the service department immediately, but when I backed out of my driveway and the front end got to the bottom of the driveway, there was a very loud clank. The service tech took the car for a drive and decided that the struts on the passenger side was bad. They ordered a new part and again took the car in to do the repairs. Also between these two visits we noticed that the car now had an obvious shake at about 40-45 miles per hour. They picked the car up again when the new part came in, had the car taken apart and when they went to open the new strut, they discovered that that strut had also been damaged. So yet again I took my car home and waited for a new part. This time, they inspected the part before setting up an appointment to fix it. Everything looked good so they fixed it and sent me home again. However, the car still had the shake. I called and talked with Robb, he had me bring the car in and they balanced and rotated the tires, when I picked the car up, it was still shaking at the 40-45 mile per hour range. The service tech road with me and concurred that there was a shake. They looked at the car again and condemned two of the tires so I had to then bring the car to where the tires were out on. It was here that it was discovered that the axel shaft was bent which was the reason for the shake in the car. I kept in touch with Robb, he also took the time to talk with the tire place and I. The end, paid for the axel to be replaced. I now have a smoothie ride and an so grateful for Robb and his team. As persistent as I was that there was a problem, he continued to take the steps to make it right and get me back on the road.

Completed work in a timely manner, provided rides at drop off and when completed. Only reason for a non 5 start review was cost of the repair of a product they sell that has well known issues that should have been recalled instead GMC passed the cost to fix the faulty product onto their customers. More of an overall GMC issue than a location issue but they are tied together.
The mechanic broke the back of my passenger seat when he was replacing the motor; then put the seat cover back on. They refused to fix it and said something else caused the damage. You guys charge so much more than everyone else and the quality in your workmanship is not there. Its really sad that Ive had non stop problems with a truck that cost 60k when it was new.

Easy to schedule the appointment, great communication up to and through the appointment. I feel that I was over charged for oil change and rotate of my tires . if you want people to come back to buy a new truck you should do oil change and then rotate tires as a comp service.your competition gateway Chevy is 20 $ cheaper I will go there next time

Went in for an oil change came home with $5,000 worth of recommended service from your tech. Went to another Buick dealer and got a second opinion and they said that the issues were non existent. Very disappointed that the techs in a dealership would be dishonest. I would think they would take pride in working on a vehicle that their dealer sells and say that no service is required just change oil and drive.Update. Adam I tried calling the number you listed and they didn’t know who you are !? What department do I tell them you work in ?

Great experience. Luther took the time to test drive my vehicle to ensure the concern was fixed and delivered it back to my home when completed.
Timely service. I was concerned however with the tech that installed my new tires as he forgot to load my old tires into the back of my pickup as well as missing valve cap. I also was surprised that I had to bring the tires up to proper inflation just one day after having them installed. That was a let down.
They were ready to greet me when I dropped off the car and promptly notified me when the car was ready. When i Picked it up that process went very smoothly and quickly also. Great place to do business with.

I would highly recommend this dealership for those looking for a car. I knew what kind of car and deal I wanted before hand, and I was not pushed in any direction from their sales team. It was also extremely nice to have the 30 day warranty for used cars, as mine had a small issue needing to be fixed. Not only did they fix my issue, they inspected the rest of the car and found 2 other parts to replace free of charge, even though I didnt ask them to look for them. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
