Any one who saw my last review I take it all back . their appears to have been an issue with my email getting through. That has been resolved and I received and prompt and fair resolution. Thank the paracord gods for that because the have by far the best selection and prices on every and any thing Paracord. I was not looking forward to finding another source. I am trilled with the experience and will continue to use them for my supplies

Im at a loss with this company they do not answer their calls or return calls. Either USPS OR FEDEX have no idea where my package is as of 24 September 2021 its nowhere to found. I have no clue why my package was sent FedEx because they do not deliver to P.O. Box only USPS do. I wish this company will contact me so we can resolve this matter.
Id give them fewer stars if I was able.These people are a scam, to be sure. I ordered 1/8 Foliage Green bungee cord. According to their listing on eBay, this cord was in stock and there would be no problems. After receiving a shipping notice from eBay, I got an email from them stating they ran out and could substitute or refund. I asked when theyd have stock. 3 weeks was the response I got. I asked for a sub. Nope, dont have that color either. Asked for another sub. Yes, we have that. Get that right out. 3 days later, nothing. Not a word and no materials. Opened an eBay case. Oh, hey, sorry we missed your sub request! Weve got 1/4 cord in foliage and well get that right out to you. Now, I ask you, what kind of idiot thinks 2 sizes up from what I ordered will work in place of the designed size? Asked for a refund. Still havent gotten it and they keep making excuses. Looks like theyre going to get hammered thru eBay.At all costs, order from somewhere else. These guys will only take your money and give you a run around.
Ordered a scope from them and had none of the problems others had. It was what I ordered, came quickly with free shipping and was actually sent priority mail. It was in an bubble wrap envelope but its box protected it.
Bait and Switch, Buyers beware. Much cheaper version of water filter was sent. Either the marketing people are purposely marketing the wrong item to gain sales or the shippers are negligent in their packing of orders. Too many similar complaints for this to be a mistake. Next stop The Better Business Bureau. I will change this post if Outdoor Bunker decides to make this right by sending me the correct item. A return label is not going to be acceptable. ---UPDATE--- They got back to me a few days later and apologized for the mix up, they said it was a marketing error and they didnt carry the item they had advertised so they would refund the money for that item and let me keep the sent item. I would have liked the item I was ordering but giving them the benefit of the doubt I think they acted reasonably.
Should have done more research on this place before I ordered - I got my order rather quickly, but its not what I actually ordered as pictured, though it is similar. For a $5 product, its not worth the trouble of exchanging, calling, emailing, etc. Live and learn.
After finally reaching an employee through the labyrinth of automated phone directory I was transferred to a customer service rep. I actually felt bad to inconvenience this person with a question about their products from the way I was getting spoken to. I dont know if they speak to their customers this way face to face but I will bring my business elsewhere.

Add another one to the list. Ordered a handguard, came in an envelope(probably Media Mail shipping) and was completely wrong product. Wrong color, and the previous years model. Filed a complaint with Amazon so hopefully they dont bone me like everyone else.
