I absolutely love this place! Cookie dough and ice cream are essentially my favorite foods! My favorite cookie dough is the Cookies and Creme!

Scoop N Dough is such a fun addition to downtown Fargo! Cookie dough and ice cream, you just can’t go wrong with that pairing!This is somewhere I love to take people who haven’t been to Fargo much. It’s something that most all people can enjoy, plus the shop is super cute. It’s in a newly modernized alley of downtown called Robert’s Alley, which can be confusing to find until you are a little more familiar with the area. I think there is maybe a parking garage nearby but your best option is to just park along the street or somewhere downtown and walk. You can only get to Scoop N Dough by walking, biking, or other non-motorized vehicular routes.Though the experience of cookie dough & ice cream is great, I do think it’s pretty extravagant. The cookie dough is incredibly sweet and rich, and I can never finish my cup because it almost makes my stomach hurt, it’s just too much for me. So that’s just a warning- it still tastes fantastic and is fun to try at least once. And I did see they are getting another location along 32nd Ave, almost in West Fargo, which is cool!

This place is a hidden gem in the alley! The ice-cream was so good and everyone was so helpful with our questions. (you got to taste test right??) with out a doubt we will be back here again to get something else.

Love this place, popcorn is delicious and the ice cream is yummy, especially the coconut explosion. So interesting to sit in Roberts Alley and watch the people go by, you meet some interesting people.

I lovd it. Im a small guy, so the portions are a bit large, especially if you already had supper, but the cookie dough is out standing, truly exceptional. The ice cream is quite good, but has a more average texture and flavor. When paired the end product is wonderful and truly notable.

Absolutely love this place. May be a little pricey, but totally worth it. The cookie dough is amazing, along with their ice cream. The place is a little hard to find, as it is in an alley, but would 10/10 recommend.

My wife had shared about this place and my daughter, from out of town was visiting, after seeing the post this was one of the places she wanted to go to while here. I was surprised at how busy they were. It was a Saturday night at about 830,and they had a constant steam of customers. Even though they were busy, nobody waited that long. The people were standing around eating their ice cream and cookie dough visiting and having a good time. But enough of that, was it good. I have to say the ice cream was wonderful. I had the black cherry, yum. My wife and daughter had a combination of cookie dough and ice cream, both were impressed. The staff was very helpful when picking flavors to match and pleasant to deal with. This is a great outing for the whole family, or date night. 2 thumbs up.

I need more than 5 stars!Delicious shakes combos! Custom customer service. 3 great workers with great personalities and chemistry together. I came in and said, Pb, caramel, chocolate, and butterscotch. Thats what she likes, but not all together.One said, Easy money.Another said, We GOT this.Then we all had the best time Ive had with strangers over a counter.The shakes were perfect.

Great people great dough, I have to limit my trips here or ride an extra 20 Mikes, its so good and location location. Location wow, and it has bike storage and the only clean restrooms in down town, at least ones that are accessible to the public at all times

When it’s a hot summer day everyone can think of an ice cream shop they once visited because it was so good or the location was cool or the family and friends they went with. Scoop N Dough really has all of that and for sure will be an experience you’ll remember. They will bring back those memories through the amazing flavors of ice cream, the cool location in downtown Fargo, their creativity in making their own original flavors of cookie dough. This place is a must bring your friends and try it out, you’ll feel like a kid again, I know I did!

This place has some good ice cream. Lots of different flavors, my favorite were coconut, coffee and blueberry. Their scoops are generous. Will recommend.

Scoop N Dough is a delicious and unique treat in Downtown Fargo. When I visited the shop it was very busy to say the least, the line was nearly to the end of the alley! After about a 20 minute wait I was able to order my two scoops of delicious cookie dough (one scoop milk & cookies, one scoop traditional). The taste of the dough was worth the wait for sure, but it was so filling and the receipt machine took a while to print. I only finished about a scoop in total, my brother had to finish off the rest. This little place is sure to be a big hit in Fargo, I look forward to visiting again in a few months.

This is my favorite place to get ice-cream & cookie dough in fargo, it has a very cool location in roberts ally that you could easily miss if you didnt know about it but if you come across it you will not be disappointed!

I recently ordered cookie dough for my daughter’s graduation party. It was fabulous!! The guests really enjoyed the treat! We ordered chocolate chip and M&M. The packaging was adorable! I would highly recommend Scoop and Dough!

6/30/2020 Ice Cream was great dont get me wrong but the staff looked a lil out of it which was weird because it wasnt even busy but it was around around 7:00pm so maybe they were tired who knows, I asked for a sample since it was my first time being there & the guy said we are not giving out samples at the moment & walked off to the back with no explanation why, I imagine its do to Covid-19 but I didnt wanna question it because the 2 girls looked confused when he said that as if they were unaware of this new rule, I recently visited Insomnia Cookies for the first time 2 weeks ago & they had no problem handling out samples, How is handling me a sample any different from handling me my Ice Cream!? I dont get it. I could understand if I were a kid with no intention on buying & was asking for like 10 different samples but that wasnt the case I was denied the 1st sample or maybe it was a minority thing idk.

I asked myself, how can this place compete with a shop that makes its own ice cream. With better service and--superior popcorn. Caramel corn, queso corn, cheddar corn, kettle corn, unicorn. You name it, theyve got it. What Silver Linings does for ice cream, Scoop N Dough does for popcorn.

This is great little place for unique desserts. I love the cookie dough milkshake. The place is small inside, so clearly it feels much more open with the garage door up and the table brought into the alley. They always have so many cookie dough flavors.

I got a cookie dough milkshake and it tasted alright. However, there were huge chunks of cookie dough that didnt get blended (even though I saw her mixing it for several minutes). Normally I wouldnt complain about having extra cookie dough, but this make the shake really lumpy and not creamy/smooth at all. They need to get a better system for these milkshakes because I ended up throwing the end of it away because there was just too much.

Best dessert place in town for sure! From cookie dough to ice cream to pop corn to milkshakes, whatever your sweet tooth wants! Not enough staff. One kid was trying to make shakes and had to keep running in back to wash dishes. Wait time 30 mins. Shake was great tho. Cookie dough scoop was a great deal

The menu is slightly confusing. I wasn’t sure how to order. There are different scoop sizes I was not aware of and was told I would be charged the same regardless of the scoop size. The cookie dough was good, but I doubt I’ll go back again.

Lady behind counter just watched me stare at the extremely confusing menu. Wasn’t friendly or any help. Ended up ordering the 3 scoop mini dough ripoff bowl. 3 bucks for 3 tiny eggless scoops. I like raw eggs in me stuff. Carmel corn was real legit though.
