Dont let them attempt to put a transmission in your car, they will fail and ruin it. Im sure they are really goot at tinting windows, but they cannot install a transmission.

Called to ask about pricing for an auto start. Guy barely spoke fluent English. When I asked to speak with another associate he denied me. Then said that they no longer do autostarts? Confused as their website has autostarts... my guess is that the associates don’t know what/anything about their product...

I have been taking all my Audis to this shop since 2010. Great customer relationship and great prices. He is always busy with other cars but I come from Dickinson Nd and he always seems to fit me in his busy schedule. I may have to leave my vehicle for a few days but he always fixes the problems. I understand he is always busy and understaffed but I respect his HONESTY about what is wrong with my Vehicles.

Theyve installed many things for me. Auto start, aux port, etc. Ill keep returning here when I need something because theyre super polite and friendly and dont make me feel like a stupid female who doesnt know anything like the larger shops tend to do, their prices are reasonable, and they do the work fast.

Great estimate. The mechanic is very detailed and explain everything without charging an arm and a leg.

They took 4 weeks to replace a censor that could be next day air. Lied to my husband every week about it. When we finally were told it was ready, it conveniently was broken in to and all valuables were missing or broken. Do your self a favor and dont take any vehicle here!! Even the picture they have posted is fake - it doesnt look like that!

HAD WINDOWS TINTED IN THE TRUCK YESTERDAY, THEY WHERE VERY VERY BUSY AND THEY STAYED LATE TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE. AND DONE RIGHT!!!!!!! 2 THUMBS UP!!

Cheap friendly and reliable

Horrible. Tint redone, retrimmed, several times. Visor tint on windshield peeled the first time I cleaned the windows. Travis blamed me. He would not replace it, even though he said lifetime warranty on peeling and fading. But he said it was my fault. Reveal around the window edges were choppy, like a child had cut them with scissors. His fix for windshield was to glue the edge of the tint down with clear elmers glue. High quality, huh. Then the viper autostart and alarm, after installation started to cause interference with my sound system because of them tying into wires incorrectly. Also they did something to cause my steering wheel controls to not work, even though they worked when I gave them my vehicle to have the work done. HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE ABOUT THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER. SHOP IS COVERED IN DUST AND TRAVIS AND THE CREW THERE SHOULD FIND DIFFERENT CAREERES. IF YOU NEED WORK DONE, GO TO TINTMASTERS WHERE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE GREAT. I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE.
