The main man at Site on Sound helped me out after hours on a Friday… simply cause he left the door unlocked and I wandered in. He Turned the lights back on to help me with a simple car key battery! Outstanding customer service. This place is your one stop shop for many accessory items. Has helped me in the past with automatic starters and has always been great to work with!If you haven’t used them before… get in there and give them your business!

I went in to see about getting a hands free Bluetooth radio for my car, and felt like the salesmen, while knowledgeable, was up selling me, not a fan of someone selling me more then I want or need.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Paul is very knowledgeable and his team did incredible work. Theres nothing better than a job that gets done (correctly) in less time than quoted and for a final price less than the initial bid.This is the company in town to go through on any large project. They are top notch professionals and do fantastic work. Theres a reason theyve been around for so long and should be the go-to experts for any project.

Employees Not enthusiastic at all. Went in to get a quote done for a radio, been over a month and no one has reached out to me since. Would not give them my vehicle who knows how long it would take to get it back. Would not recommend to anyone

They are knowledgeable techs there and have a nice store plenty of stock and the people to get the job done.Everytime i have beenthere i have been treated good and professionally.

Had them solder a harness for a aftermarket radio I installed, they couldn’t even get the harness put together correctly, and on top of that it looks like my 13 year old cousin did it. Poor craftsmanship, was a rats nest of wires. Would recommend audio garage 10x over going back to site on sound.

Not from the area but was referred to these guys being I have a nice custom car and the guy knew I wanted the best work and no cut corners. Kyle the sales guy has been very helpful. Very pleased with there work and have taken my car back a couple times. I have another appointment this Friday to add even more. Prices are a little more than Im used to from where Im from but money is not an issue when you receive quality craftsmanship. These guys installs are very professional. I would recommended them to anyone in the area. Ask for Kyle he will do the best for you on the sales end in my opinion

Great wrk done on my bike. The past owner had put the wrong Gauge wiring in it and burned the wires. So the guy at site on sounds were awesome. Explained what he did and why he did the work and now I can FINALLY enjoy my stereo. Thanks again guys killer work

This is where I buy all of my cable, fuses, distribution blocks. The gentlemen there are very helpful and will help you find what you need, even if they dont have that stuff you need there. I dont know how well their amps and speakers work because Ive never bought them, but they know what theyre talking about.The equipment is more expensive because its not sold online, but you know youre getting a quality product that wasnt made in China like boss and kicker.I asked about sundown products, a brand they dont even offer, and I got a detailed description of their signature sound. Very knowledgeable.I personally havent tried out their installation services, but from what Ive seen in their shop, theyre also very nice looking and detailed, if youre willing to spend the extra cost of labor.

Just had some subwoofers installed into my vehicle, work perfectly right now. The experience was easy, gave em the keys and while they worked on my subs they had a mini-movie theater to pass the time. My car wasnt done by the time the movie ended, I didnt think it would be, so he asked if I wanted another one but I chose to watch TV instead. The installation took about an hour more then I expected, but they gave me an estimated time, so I wasnt impatient about it, and it was done within the price range they gave me, so 5/5 for me.

This place is awesome. I did everything over the phone and email with Kyle. Brought in a 2006 H3 hummer. Needed new audio system, backup camera and investigate Astro start system. I am a retired communication specialist of 35 years and have done many different type installs, and I am very meticulous. My wife dropped vehicle off at 8 am and vehicle was done by 4pm. New sound system installed, speaker package installed, backup camera installed and Astro start system troubleshot, repaired, antenna installed and wiring cleaned up. Absolute beautiful job and no complaints and never stepped foot on site. One word “Perfect”. Thanks Kyle and gang!

I am not an affiliate of Site on Sound nor a review writer Per Se. I am however, in favor of finding the best possible price locally or on the web and as it turns out you do get what you pay for..I started with an idea for a great sounding, good quality audio system to install in my vehicle. Logically I priced out what I could afford on the internet, condescendingly convinced I would get a better deal there than I would at a local retailer.Although the problems of shopping online are self evident, as the products sold are certainly not tangible, only parenthetically described and in most cases do not install themselves. Knowing all along, I would have to hire out the job of installation, I set out to research and ogle products at four of our most reputable local retailers.All four respectively were knowledgeable about the products they represent and for the most part courteous and patient with my lack of enthusiasm for some of their suggestions. Site on Sound set themselves above all, by having a wide range of products along with extensive knowledge of brands in which they dont offer and a positively can-do attitude about installing Anything I may order via the internet.The staff at Site on Sound went all in on putting together various combinations of brands, components and configurations that would suit my needs and budget. After hours of tracking down the lowest price on every component that would eventually comprise my car stereo I made my decision on the system I wanted. Compelled to make sure I was in fact getting a Great Deal I was curious to ask the salesman if he could give me an estimate for the components I listed to compare with internet pricing, as well as for the installation.The difference was only 10% after taxes, so I decided to make my purchase through Site on Sound as well. I scheduled a date for the installation and was ecstatic to have my car returned to me in a tidy and timely fashion. It has been 4 months since my stereo has been installed The sound quality is beyond what I thought could be achieved and I am happy I went with Site on Sound.Unfortunately, I have had 2 blown speakers. Both instances the speakers have been warrantied out and replaced immediately, as would be expected.Although this is exactly where my prompt to write this lengthy comment stems..When I asked the salesmans opinion if I should upgrade to a more expensive speaker to prevent this from happening again, he said No, The speakers you have are just fine, things break for a myriad of reasons. I could up-sell you to a more expensive component and it could fail as readily as the ones you have already purchased. Then where would we be? In my opinion when you open yourself unwittingly to being taken advantage of and in return you receive straightforward and honest advice,This is Customer Service!The money I could have saved buying online would not afford the support I have available to me by buying local or the service I received from the Sales & Installation staff at Site on Sound. Customer Service which has set them apart from other local businesses and will keep me coming back!Thank You
