Closed before even 7pm, this is now the 3rd time Ive stopped here and theyve been closed.

I love these locations inside the supermarket. You can get your favorite Caribou beverage while you shop or, grab one on the way out for the drive home. The staff at this location is always friendly and ready to help you.

I had a raspberry green bubble tea minus the bubbles and coconut milk instead of regular. The employee working made the best one of these drinks I have had in all of the Caribous I have ever been to. They confirmed that it was coconut milk as I sometimes end up with real milk even though I ask for coconut milk. The employee was also lactose intolerant which made me appreciate my drink even more. Glad I went in as I originally was going to go to another location that wasnt inside a grocery store.

Good service. Comfortable atmosphere. Spacious. Comfortable seating, however Id like more cushion big chairs there. Good location, parking is only tricky during the morning and daytime because its in a strip mall.

Coffee and mocha my friend Jeff had with me was made great. Very clearly and presentable. I like coming here. People and nice and respectful.

I have been a loyal customer for years..went to get my 1$coffee on black Friday at this location. Was charged regular price because I didnt ask immediately before I ordered..really??wow ! Horrible customer service plus caribou your beans are sub par..you just lost a customer that over years has made you alot of money. Terrible service

Caribou coffee is by far the best place in town to get a quick cup of coffee, or to sit down and enjoy a hand crafted drink.

Baristas are friendly and helpful, small seating area near deli and bakery, away from the checkouts, so quieter than some of the other Hornbacher Caribous.

This location seems to be slipping, particularly in the past few months. It is obvious that drive up customers get priority over walk in customers, which is baffling to me. But more importantly, it is understaffed and perhaps under managed. The last time I was here with my wife and two teenaged daughters the tab was over 12 dollars and my Depth Charge was served Luke warm. Any diner can serve hot coffee.

Horrible service. Slow. Impolite employees. Wrong drinks. And the coffee tastes burt. Never again.
