I love it here! The bread is amazing and I love the pastries! They even have brownies and my favorite chocolate pastry that is hard to find elsewhere. Im also glad that they have Challah bread. The dipping oils are delicious, I highly recommend roasted garlic and onion. The punch cards are great too, I just wish I would stop losing them. Staff is very friendly and I will definitely be going back.

Best bread in town. It is the only place that supplies REAL bread that is healthy for you and not mushy bread full of preservatives. When you hear bread crack on the outside when you try to break it, that is how you know it is the real deal. (They also have softer breads)PS - My favorites are Russian Rye, Buttertop, and Sourdough. Give them a try!

I love your breads and the friendly staff....oh, the delicious samples too! My sister and I use to come buy breads together regularly. Now she lives in another state and they dont have a Breadsmith bakery. Last month, she came to visit and made a trip to your bakery to buy a brioche within 2 hours of landing in Fargo! :)

Breadsmith most definitely has the best homemade bread in the area. The variety is outstanding & quality cant be beat.Ive searched for a longtime to find a bakery that could match my grandmas homemade bread; sure brings back memories. Absolutely the best.A must stop if you love baked goods, (bread, rolls, coffee cakes, cookies,dessert cakes & specialty items etc).Friendly staff & they allow you to sample the product before you purchase.Delicious !!! 5 stars all around.

The bread is great here. But the hours dont seem to be accurate. Closed on a Saturday by noon.Update: In response to Rob, Ive added a star as the bread/baked goods really are great. But using Facebook to provide closure updates doesnt work for everyone. I dont use Facebook. Please post a notice in the window moving forward.

Awesome FRESH bread! My family is always excited to see me come home with a breadsmith bag. They have certain breads every day and then a monthly calendar for specialty breads. A favorite of ours is cheddar pepper buns, they are perfection. It takes me a half hour to get there and back home but its worth it.

Everyone should be so lucky!!! Great breads, service oriented staff, community active and committed management, and the wonder of smells that meet you in your heart and tummy. There is no better place in this community.

I do like Great Harvest Breads, also & they are closer to my house. Both bread stores are equally tasty. Breadsmith might be a tad more expensive

This place is either GREAT or just Terrible for service. The bread, jams, and sweet goods are Always Spectacular! The coffee cake is amazing!But back to the service..sometimes, there is someone there who will give you a free sample because you have come within the last hour they are open that day. Other times, you wont even be able to buy anything because no one will come to the counter. I witnessed two other people who wanted to buy bread walk out because nobody would come to the counter to take money! I left without anything as well that day. Perhaps they should hire someone to deal with the front end.I hate getting Breadsmith bread from Hornbachers down the street because Hornbachers is willing to sell it for too long! Breadsmith does NOT use preservatives in the bread. I love them for that, but they should really tell Hornbachers this important fact so that Hornbachers at least knows it should lower the price a bit each day!
