What a great place... I dont think that i have left this place unsatisfied the entire 30 years Ive been dealing with them. I have worked for them also in the Corina dept 25÷ years ago. This is a well run business and I totally recommend them. And a shout out to Kayla G . always so helpful!

We recently had Fabricators Unlimited resurface our Corian countertops. From the moment I called to the final completion, we had a great experience. We provided photos and measurements to the team and they came back with an approximate quote. Since they couldnt tell how deep the scratches were, the quote was a high-low range. When the installer came out, he explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. You would expect resurfacing to be messy, but there was almost no dust left behind. After they were finished, he asked me to inspect and we talked about care going forward. Because the job took less time than expected, we paid less than we expected! Our countertops look like brand new and we couldnt be happier. We would highly recommend.

Best counter top store in town. Working with them is super easy to do and they are very flexible. It was always easy to communicate with them and they went the extra mile in every aspect. If you need new counters talk to Alison. She is amazing to work with.

Working in Fargo needed cabinet tops cut with a miter. Dave and his guys were amazing to work with. Its nice to see a great work environment and people willing to help an out of towner out... thanks again Dave you guys rock!!!

Although the quality of the countertop is above our expectations, the quality or service, installation, and communication lacked greatly. Measurements for our countertop were off, despite 2 separate trips to measure, so the installers chose to “wing it” which resulted in an uneven finish and edge as well as us unable to open a drawer in our kitchen. They lied about moving our sink, and charged us for an undermount sink installation that they made us do ourselves. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the finished product (for the aforementioned reasons) they took the “too bad” approach and made us wait 3.5 weeks to come look at their errors, agreed it was an error, but offered no option to rectify the situation, no partial refund, or apology whatsoever. Honestly, some of the worst costumer service I have ever experience, I will never give them my business again and would encourage others not to, as well.

This company does not stand behind their product. As a contractor I would not recommend using them. John Narum, who gave them a 5 star review, is actually a sales rep...LOL

Great place for countertops, good selection and great service

Order countertop through anyone else but them. Spent thousands on my countertop for them to do an incomplete job. Left two huge 4 inch gaps between the wall and pipe in my kitchen. Immediately told them we were not satisfied with the product and that the job is incomplete based on the contract. We are stuck with what we got. Only fix is to pay them an additional $150 to fix their mistake. This answer took months of back and forth and we are not going with it because we have to leave the area and think this company doesn’t deserve a penny more of our money. We are stuck with a poor countertop job and want to warn others to look for a better company.
