8/3/2021- Designed a t shirt for my husbands 60th birthday. He was going to wear this to his big bash. I had speaking with the lady that I believed owns this business. I had asked for a blue t shirt and she asked me what color blue and showed me an example she had of the blue it could be which was a royal blue. Then she asked me if I wanted t shirt material or shiney material and I told her t shirt material. We confirmed this with a text so she knew exactly what I was wanting. Well when I went to go pick it up it was a baby blue shirt and it was the shiney material when I clearly asked for t shirt material and royal blue. Not only was the color wrong the material was wrong. Not sure how all this could of went so wrong when everything was confirmed through text. No apologies, nothing from her. To her this was just 1 t -shirt, to me this was a shirt my husband was going to wear on his special day and party. I was actually looking for someone to do a big order this coming Jan for my folks Anniversary. She will not get that sale. What I do know that I will not reccomend any business to her ever again.As soon as I posted this she was real quick to respond. She was the one who fell short with communication. Everything was layed out exactally what I wanted and she confirmed. She couldnt apologize to me personally. As soon as this was posted for everyone to see I get a response. Humm 🤔 interesting
