Granted, I preshopped online and had a good idea of what I was looking for. Zachariah, the clerk was extremely helpful. He showed me a couple options and it wasnt hard for me to decide. So happy with my purchase and I cant wait to surprise my wife! I would definitely go back if ever I should need jewelry again. Beautiful store with a beautiful selection of jewelry. Customer service was great!!
Took 5 weeks to get my ring back from sizing and setting in the wedding set. We were told 3 weeks. Manager was rude and didn’t give updates. Ring came back put together but not sized. Manager suggested we send it back. What? Another 5 weeks? No. They refused to pay for repair we went somewhere else for. Manager raised his voice at my fiancé and me stating “I already paid for your ring!” Yelled that at us more than once. It was surreal. Manager also lied to us 3 times. I will never step foot in another Zales.Cutting Edge was AMAZING. Professional, friendly, great customer service. Repaired ring in 1 week.
Do not buy any jewelry threw zales, this place is a joke bought an engagement ring 1 month ago and need to get it resized before the wedding, not only is the store closed during regular business hours for the last 3 days but there online help/chat doesnt have any idea what is going on and didnt even know they where closed. The nearest zales other than this one is 3 and 1/2 hours one way. Never buying a thing from them ever again!!
Brought my wifes ring in to be repaired they said theyd call me by the end of the week for the estimate. I never got a call so I called the following week to find they still didnt have an estimate. Two weeks later with no call i went in to find out where the ring was. They had am estimate waiting for me just never bothered to call me. They told me it would be 560$ to repair so i told them no just get me the ring back they said theyd have it back in a week and call me. Two weeks later and no call I tried calling in they put me on hold for 20 min so i hung up and called again just to figure out where my ring was they said they were to busy and couldnt look it up so i just went in still no ring another 2 weeks later i finally got the ring back brought it somewhere else and was quoted 60$ to repair and its be back in a few days.

I live in Texas and havent ever seen the outstanding ability to sell (Pam) and the awesome ability of ( Isaac) to take care of myself and my wife on our 30th anniversary. ( just over the phone)Let me just say I had an issue with a store here in Texas and issac took care of the issue within an hour. Zales almost lost a 30 year customer and Isaac saved the day with a couple phone calls. Thank you Pam and Isaac.I will shop at Fargo Zales store on my next purchase even if I have to fly up there.
The worker that was trying to help was clueless. He said his boss would help, but he didn’t. He kept helping other people that came way after us. We were there for about 40 minutes, it wasn’t busy at all, and we never got any help. Do not recommend.
I bought a ring from here, and that was my first mistake. I should have read the reviews because it bent and molded into another shape, and not once have any of my cheap rings from other inexpensive places done that. Then, the band broke with me just wearing it!! The broken metal ring stabbed into my finger so I had to take it off at work and ended up losing, so then I couldn’t even take it in to show them what happened. Overall, don’t buy your rings from here unless you want them to break or be cheap material! Also, the older woman employee I went to did not greet me kindly and came off totally rude before I even got to ask her the questions. You would think she would have been more professional. If I could rate this place -1 I would.

I lost a screw on earring back for one of my diamond studs. Stopped at two other jewelry stores, one didnt have the correct size and the other wasnt interested at all in helping us. Swung into Zales and Kendra was extremely helpful! She was so nice & kind. She gave me replacements, no charge. Well definitely come back because of her.

My wife loves this place. Only place I buy shiny stuff for her. They have great sales and financing options if you cant pay cash. I will recommend their protection plans, especially if you have kids. We have used them enough to make them very affordable.

Im seeing negative comments on the customer service of the employees, but personally we just had a great experience. My husband and I are from Grand Forks, but the Zales in our area closed so we made the drive to Fargo to do our bi-annual ring inspection. When we got there, we were informed that we were missing an important form to do the inspection, and the lady found no record of us purchasing anything in the database. Confused by this, she worked with us for a half hour going through every option available to help us solve the issue. We ended up calling customer support and figured it out, and she printed out new copies of everything for us and organized them in different envelopes. Throughout this entire process, our 2 year old was getting very fussy- and a young man who wasnt assisting us brought coloring books over to entertain him with. While I sat with my son, the man stayed and talked for a bit. I dont often leave reviews, but I really appreciated the service from these two employees. The woman helping us was Sadie, and I hope shell be there again when I have to stop by in another 6 months!
Very disappointed. My fiance and I went to a couple different jewelry stores to find a ring he loved. He found one at zales that he loved. We were told it would come 2-4 weeks. So we placed the order. 4 weeks comes and goes so I call to check on the status. I was told it takes 4-6 weeks. I explained we were previously told 2-4 weeks. She assured me it would be in within the next week. I waited 2 weeks to call again which put us past the 6 week mark. When I called I was then told it takes about 8 weeks. I again expressed my frustration as every time I call the date keeps getting pushed back. Our wedding is in 2 weeks so waiting another 2 weeks is unacceptable. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me she would call me back after looking into it further. Turns out they have no idea what happened to it and the order never went thru. Why they couldnt figure that out in my previous calls is beyond me. So now they are submitting a rush order. Im not holding my breath that that will come in time. No apologies at all. No sense of remorse at all. Just continual excuses. We will not be doing further business with them.

Just called on status of ring and online said would be ready for pick up on july 2. Sales lady was in a hurry and said that will be getting g another postal delivery tonight. I asked her so u will get postal again tonight and she then says possibly. Seemed like she didnt know what she was talking about. Plus the company that sizes their rings is terrible. Came back all crooked and didnt have back a week and it broke. Then got the run around from manager. Never again.

Doug at Zales looked at my ring and gave me a free sizing and adjustment. Very good salesman as well, will definitely be back to buy from him in the future even though I had no intention of buying when I originally went in.
I have purchased several rings and earrings at Zales over the years. The clerks are more attentive than the clerks at J C Penneys. That is why I choose to shop at Zales.
Their watch prices are sky high. Nice staff though. Let me try on a few pieces before I decided to buy elsewhere.
Sales person was super pushy. I had to keep telling her i am only getting what my boyfriend would like. Im not sure i will return to a zales again. I will see how im treated at another location but now my engagment ring and wedding rings will go from their.Im afriad to have resizing done.

Not an issue with the employees at this location but Zales in general. Customer service is non-existent and if you want to get a person on the phone be prepared for a 30+ minute hold time. Email response time is days. Theyre delivery time frames are laughable as they guaranteed my delivery before Christmas after I ordered on 12/10/16. Called today and was told that the order is still processing.I will not be buying anything from Zales in the future.
Zales always has sales on jewelry if you ask. I saved $200 on earrings for my wife just by asking.
