Very very very good memories here

My child loves going to Toys R Us! Excellent selection of toys for all ages. I really like their rewards program. I am always receiving $5 to $10 gift cards. Their customer service could use some work but all in all a great place to shop for toys.

I was impressed with the store.. right until I went to the restrooms and saw the status of them... broken, gross toilet seats, broken tissue holders, and mold in multiple places. Not to mention the stench of urine... Not the quality of facility I would want my child using. Show some care for your store!

Kids love it. Have almost any toy. Glad we still have a good old toy store still for the kids to look threw. Always had a good experience.

Never got remodeled, difficult to navigate. Understandably, the employees were not interested in being personable due to store closing.Lots of store closing signage that was confusing. No organization.

This shop has been closed recently. But it was really good place to purchase all necessary things for children. Hoping to visit in other city to purchase toys for my children. Also it is chipper than other shops.

Toys RUs needs to come back bigger and better than ever ...with a merger with Kay Bee Toy Store ...there is no replacing the original old school toy stores...!!!

Let them die. The reason they are going out of business is because of horrible customer service. Can you imagine quietly asking where I could find something and having the manager scream in your face that they dont have it?

Store looked old and dated. Not much for kids book selections. Other than the nice clerk at check out, staff was scarce and when I found help they acted less than enthusiastic. I learned yesterday Toys R Us is filing for bankruptcy. I can see why. Very disappointing.

Hate to see em go, but dont mind the discounts on stuff I can put on ebay. And anywhere except garbage ass amazon. Cant wait for them to be gone.

Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable regarding items in stock & where in the store, helped cut time doing my Christmas list shopping & onto the next step, wrapping, they sell gift bags also. YAY!

You had better watch your receipt as this place will try to gouge you. Know what the price is and be ready to argue for the right price.
