Ordered merchandise from Scott Cramers YouTube channel, it came in, great shape. Then they sent me a second one for free due to an error I hadnt even noticed on the first shirt! This was accompanied by an email with a very professional explanation. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with both the shirts! Very comfortable and fits great.

I had multiple different projects (shirts, tumblers, magnets, quarter zips) and Lacey handled them all wonderfully. She is detailed and concise, and great to communicate and work with. The products all turned out great, and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend this business and Lacey.

Placed four (4) orders between September 18th and 19th, with estimated delivery time to my employer being September 30th at the latest. Have received only one order to date, which was the last order I placed, and I was informed that it slipped through and I shouldnt have received it yet. Offered to pay for shipping directly to my residence, but was denied. My options are wait another 2 weeks(?) or get a refund. Would not recommend this company for branded work apparel!
