2021 08-23I received an email offer for a free promo item. I added the coupon to my app acct but it didnt show up. I tried several times, did various searches for the item and it wasnt found. This app is terrible.I went to the store to see if there was an issue with their system. As a reference, I went to look for the item but it wasnt in the aisle with similar items so I went to customer service. The customer service associate wasnt familiar with the giveaway or the item and suggested I look in a different store.Helpful.She then called someone for assistance who never responded and then asked another associate if she knew of the item and she said they get a truck on Wednesday so I should come back then. For a promotional item that started today.15 min has now passed and no solution other than come back. Why?! So I can waste more time and be shown the same wonderful customer service Ive been experiencing?!Do better, Cash Wise.

Their produce is fair. The natural food section is good. The app to order for delivery is very easy to use. Delivery of your grocery is good.

Its a grocery store, but I have never seen such a place have so many problems, every time it seems there is a cop there, hearing how hard things have gotten.Great workers, but dont expect much else, produce is bad half the time, even when I inform it is and get anouther it to was bad.I really do hope they improve.

I only go here in emergency. Sometimes they have good deals on ice cream. I hate that I have to buy 5 of something to get the sale price. You have to bag your own groceries. They are big stores and well spaced but I feel depressed after I leave.

The staff here are wonderful and always smiling, especially the cashiers working nights. I always leave here with a smile thank you them!

Prices are kinda high. This place is definitely HUGE, but its spread out pretty good.

I love cash wise the workers are very friendly and kind they treat you with respect and they do question you whe. You bring your service animal they will offer them a treat. I give them a 5 star most deff!!!!!

Nice large store with a large gluten free section to choose from for those who are gluten intolerant. Including myself theres another family member who has to be cautious w/food consumption now. We compare ideas & foods each one may enjoy going forward.

I found what I needed here for foods. The staffs are really nice and the store is well kept. Also, their foods are good quality and they have everything that I needed so far. It’s not a bad store and wish that they have foods in bulk.The foods can get expensive if you don’t plan well. Other than that, it is great. :)

The same people that own Hornbachers foods also own this store. CAsh Wise has a few items that the other stores do not have. The store has their own mask mandate making you and the employees safety priority.

I like Cashwise .. they have the best section and selection for natural and organic.

Interesting selection of meats. Clean. Staff know there stuff in the specially areas. Have to bag your own items but thats not a bad thing by any means.

You guys should have an employee in the entryways to make sure people come in wearing masks. I saw 5 different people in the store tonight not wearing masks. (One guy had one hanging from his ear. How effective.) This far into the pandemic, theres no good reason not to be wearing masks in public settings, honestly. Other than that, prices are decent and there are some friendly employees.

Lived near for years and every employee i ever encountered was super professional and kind. the games in the entryways were always actually winnable rather than rigged against you. the prices for food rivaled Wal-Mart and their fresh produce section was huge and well maintained as well as the rest of the facility. i loved that store and wish i still got to visit it more often and i never thought i would say i miss a particular grocery store but with this place i can. always friendly and courteous service in every single department. keep up the good work!

Always go to cashwise over walmart. Just the local store of fargo. And an amazing selection of candy. I hope they come back with the bulk candy. The gummy rainforest frogs by Albaneses.

This review is based on today, Nov 13, 2020.I originally made a purchase on Nov 11th for a meat package at the meat department, they promised it would be ready the next day.This was NOT the case, no explanation of why as well as no call or notification of any kind. I said fine lets shoot for the next day.The same thing happened again. My friend who was with me tried to wrestle a REAL reason why the box was not made and why no phone call to say it still wasnt ready. I told my friend NOT to argue with the guy and cancel my order. Then proceed to ask the customer service for a reason why and how to prevent this from happening again and to other customers.All I got was REPEATED, I am sorries but no real, and nothing was actually resolved.I must point out, this is my main grocery store and I am obviously a repeat customer. I walked out empty-handed, confused, and a little irritated, and somewhat angered.

I was going to use the postal part of the store to cash a postal money order and the lady said I had to use the kiosk. The kiosk doesnt recognize postal money orders.

I usually use self checkout, but it was closed. The cashier was friendly and professional. Even got a greeting from a random employee who was walking around. Thats the first time to ever happen to me in Fargo at any store. They also carry some organic items. I didnt really look for organic produce so, Im not sure if they carry any 9XXX bar coded items. Ill have to look.

33rd St location has the best car wash in town. No missed areas or streaks.

Its a larger location, but still a traditional grocery store. Selection is commensurate with the size, and pricing reflects it being a traditional grocery store, with both selection and pricing being worse than a Walmart but the overall shopping experience being more convenient. I wouldnt go there for buying any large amount of groceries or for household items, but if you need a specific grocery item its convenient.

Convenience store gas station grocery store customer service. Also liquor store. How convenient is that? It is definitely a one-stop-shops! I was there when it was built and I am still shopping there!! BON APPETIT!

A Midwest kind of grocery store. Id expect the place to belong to in rural city. Has that kind of raw feeling, for the good or bad. Nice meat shop and staff. A good selection of items. Fair prices.

Great atmosphere! Love the staff, they have always been super friendly and helpful. I also like the layout of the store, it doesnt feel crowded like some stores do. Its also very clean which is important.

When we want Tbone steaks we head to this Cashwise. They are the best. I also enjoy the deli. The staff are great at helping find the perfect salad to go with whatever your main course is.

It seems spacious enough, but the organization seems disjointed. Produce selection and quality is very good. Meats appear prepackaged and bakery is average at best. The store is well lighted, but shows its age. Prices are not below other stores even on their Truckload buys.

They are very high priced compared to other stores

Cash Wise consistently has great prices. The sales are outstanding. You bag your own groceries and usually need to clip coupons, but its absolutely worth it. The produce, meat, deli, and bakery are fresh. The store is usually fairly well stocked. They have a nice bulk foods area, an impressive organic section, an actual video store, a sit-down eating area, and a gas station. I just bumped my review up to 5 stars. I really, really like Cash Wise!

I shop here because the prices are very good on most items. Produce is hit and miss on quality. Meat counter and selections are excellent. The staff is always friendly. The cleanliness in the back near the whole foods section is poor. It looks like some areas havent been swept in years.

Out of brisket bummer

The store I do most of my shopping at when I want to grill. Always has a great selection of meat to put on the grill. The produce is always fresh. The place is clean and usually well stocked on everything I am looking for. No complaints at all. I am usually in and out with no hassle even during the busy times. They do a good job keeping the customer happy.

I am pretty sure that they didnt want to bother with shipping something USPS for me at the service counter, so they claimed the scale all of the sudden was broken halfways through the process. It was one of those awkward moments when you just kind of know, you know?

I love shopping here. I lived in Fargo for 10 yrs and moved away for 6 yrs. I could still go through this store with a blindfold on and an arm behind my back. Now they have a loyalty program as well! Keep it up Cashwise. 5 stars.

The store is clean, employees are helpful, produce is typically fresh. I love the online shopping option, to either pick up at the store or to have groceries delivered! Personal shoppers doing these orders always appear to be very careful in their selections with the produce as well as other items. The meat department is well-stocked and well-staffed as well.I did take off a star for 2 reasons:1. There are typically only 1-3 cashiers working at any time so lines can get long. When they notice, theyll often call for another cashier. However, this typically seems to take a long time.2. Since going to MORE Rewards, my total has seemed higher. They say the coupons are built in but either costs have increased drastically or I am missing something. I would love to go back to having the sheet of coupons available in the welcome kiosk so I can easily see my savings.

Love the store, but keep cashiers on at night. The closing team shut down every register and left only self check out open. Not a big deal with a small amount of items, but self checking out a large cart is an inconvenience and a waste of time with the lag between placing everything on flat surface for weight.

Typical lower end grocery store. But they have a very nice selection of fruits and vegetables. As things come into season they will stock them, including fruits not normally seen in a store like sliced jackfruit and dragon fruit.Also have a nice deli department with a wide selection of ready to eat foods.Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like shopping here. The prices dont make you want to faint because theyre so high. You can find just about anything. The selections abound. The Rewards Program saves you a bit. Every little bit count. Im a big fan of the bulk section. You pay as little or as much as you want because you have a choice of how much you want. This section has a good selection of tea, nuts, cereal, Chocolate pieces! plus more. The Dollar Zone is worth a trip through. In general, the staff are friendly, fast and accurate. I shop here often.

Wonderful place to shop!.. Very clean, even in the restrooms!....Nice displays, and when I paused to search where to find an item, a young man asked immediately, if he could help me find an item... He not only told me which row, but led .e to the product.. Checkout was quick & friendly...Great experience!

I really love the fact that they have so many options that are gluten-free ! And they also have truck-load value sales, which can really save you money. 😃 Their Service is always excellent, and they also have a beautiful floral department.

I have done my online shopping here for a longtime and after today 03/07/2020 i will never shop here or order online delivery ever again. I logged in and reserved a delivery slot and when it came to checking out it said that the delivery slot was full and i had my order done by the time it said if i wanted my groceries delivered between 4 and 6 pm and i had to have my order in by 2 pm which i did and it said slot full. I called customer service and they said they could do nothing as it is a first come first serve basis. Why reserve a person a spot when that doesnt even guarantee you of a delivery time slot. Ridiculous and they lost a customer for life even though it is just one probably not a big deal to them.
