There is one cashier at this particular store who is an amazing young lady. She is kind, courteous and always has a big smile on her face. Im a military Veteran and I wear several different service connected baseball caps. She always reminds me of my discount. I usually dont worry about such things and most of the time I dont ask local businesses if they offer it. It was my honor to serve, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Its a nice gesture and is appreciated. Her name is Destiny and I just wanted, and hope she gets recognized for the supet job she does!

Good place to stop if your in a hurry for a essential item and not fussy over the brand. Otherwise most ever other grocery store has a better variety of options.

Good mark downs. Tip: when something is priced as say 2 for $3, 1 is still $1.50. Not usually necessary to buy as many mentioned in special price.

I stay close to this grocery store when Im in the Fargo area for work. Great place to shop and helpful team members! The sales are good but regular price items are a bit high.

This was my first time here and it was so cute inside. I didnt know where anything was obviously but they had this nifty little chart on their carts that tells where to find everything in alphabetical order. Loved it!

Crooked management fired me for going to my childs birth. 30 MN from close, WITH an empty store and some1 to cover at said store, for me. Tried to hem me up ona theft charge when I WENT THROUGH THE CHECKOUT LINE (Card issues) and was waived through with a smile by worker at checkout.Not guilty charges never filed but this is where you want to shop? Btw... The loss management coughs secret shopper is a middle eastern man around early 30s now. Have a good time!

I love this little store. Friendly staff and good selection despite being small. Benefits of a full size grocery store without being so huge. Hope they never close it. Also very convenient if you live on or near the NDSU campus.

If an employee is going to ask me to wear a mask as if theyre about to perform surgery on me for our 30 second interaction for one item.....I would appreciate A LOT MORE if I couldnt SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the employees who havent showered in days if not a week quite OBVIOUSLY. Mask or not, Ill smell it, go to bath and body works and test it for yourself, I sure have and my mask didnt help a bit. It still smelled grrrrrreatttt and from the same distance I could smell the employee which was not great.Use common sense when speaking to those of us who are actually taking care of ourselves and know what an immune system is let alone what a shower is.

Lost a customer. Parked in the parking lot, ran across the street, came back and went shopping. Once I was done came out with my groceries to find my vehicle getting towed. I lost $180 dollars, you lost a customer.

Like the fruits and vegetables here are very fresh. However wish they had more variety of rice with them.

They had most of their products in stock during my visit, good variety of products and a very easy to navigate layout

Great store for grab and go items. as a college kid its nice to grab some things there quickly.Only grip is that i have to check my bag in at the front desk. I get why they do it but sometimes the desk is busy and i have to wait in line for the bag i put my groceries in to wait in line to check out my groceries. but I get it love the place still

I moved to area in September and am so pleased with the customer service here. They have the best sales on meat and delicious deli chicken(all their deli food is awesome). Very clean and friendly staff.

I am new graduate student in NDSU. 1st time I went to family fare supermarket. And I was struggling in finding the stuffs. One of the staff came to me and help me with all my quarry. It is a good place to buy your daily use stuffs. One can travel by bus or taxi or by own vehicle. The bus stop and the parking is just outside.

Family Fare is a nice little supermarket. I enjoy shopping here after work.

Staff arent too helpful seem kinda suspect of everyone. Grill shuts down early some days, sometimes they dont have enough hot foods prepared to make it through lunch. Boot they do keep the store as clean and safe as possible

Formerly sunmart, this chain of grocery stores offer your basic standard of depts. (Deli, Meat dept, Bakery) as well as grocery however its not the cheapest even with the yes card... Building is small but its in a good location close to both DT Fargo and NDSU

Its clean and well organized, definitely a more limited selection than the larger grocery stores so I dont do my main grocery shopping here but theres always a Family Fare close by and its great for picking up a few things in between full shopping trips. Very small selection of natural / organic goods. I also appreciate the recycling, used books, and thrift store donation bins all in the same parking lot so its handy for doing a few errands at once.

For a smaller supermarket it was clean,well stocked, friendly staff

A bit more expensive than the other grocery stores in town, and they dont have a large selection of items to choose from. But what they do have is well laid out and easy to find, and staff is friendly and helpful. A bit hard to get deli workers attention sometimes.

Great place for a quick stop and has most things I would need. but is a little run down and can attract some sketchy people at night. That just comes with down town fargo.

Medium sized grocery store. Like Pamida to Walmart. Little bit of everything. Excellent lunch at the deli.

Family fare on University and 7th avenue North definitely has a classic feel to it. Its like you step back Into time there, and you feel like youre at the Piggly wiggly again. Im way too young to know how the Piggly wiggly was, but i know a classic feel to a store, and this is a good one
