I bought a tub 3 years ago from Dakota spas. They claimed they had the best service and best quality tubs. Come 3 years later my mother board went out luckily it was covered by warranty. It took over 3 months to get fixed after calling multiple times and going in and asking about when it was gonna get fixed. After it was fixed my Bluetooth never worked afterwords. So I called again and again and again and stopped in and asked 3 times when it was gonna get fixed. 5 months later they say it’s a warranty issues and not covered. No communication anybody stopped at my house to tell me they were coming by. Now I’m stuck with a $400 bill to fix something they screwed up. Do your research on tubs before you try and save money.

They helped me find a filter I was as looking for. Good customer service. They have cleaned up their look since my last visit.

Bought a hottub. Great sales staff. Was told they wire, fill, check the over the hittub. . Well we were charged $520 for delivery and thats it. We called our electrician to wire and we get to check the tub ourselves. Really poor delivery. Wont do that again.

The $8K tub we bought has jets that just trickle out on the lower back. No power at all. The worst hot tub Ive ever been in. Weve had it for a week. Bill at the store says - tough luck.
