This Cold Stone location in South Fargo is perfect. I like to pick up a half gallon to take home to share.

Edited my rating because this company apparently has no regard for the pandemic going on. The workers had visitors hanging out, no masks for the employees, no guidelines for guests to distance themselves. It was just a free-for-all other than the tables being out of commission. Did not feel safe at all picking up my order. Staff was pleasant, as always, though, which is why I put 2 stars instead of 1.

Cold Stone is always very reliable. You know just what you are getting, and its very good. Today at this particular cold Stone there was only one girl working when my crew of mine came in for ice creams. She did an excellent job accommodating all or different requests. I tried a new creation, banana ice cream with brownie, pecans, caramel, and peanut butter. Highly recommended.

Awesome ice cream! We went on a Wednesday night and Wyatt and his fantastic coworker were super wonderful! They helped us out and let us know what would be the best ice cream for the money! We will definitely be back!

Went tonight and had the best experience! These two workers (Wyatt and curly haired gal) really blessed us. Gave them all the money in my wallet for a tip! Would give 6 stars if I could!!💛💕

Same yummy ice cream options as other ColdStones but this particular store was a bit dirty (see pictures below) with goo on the glass case and crumbs on the glass counter and the counter behind the employees. Also always seems that there isnt enough staff. Only one serving, then someone comes back from a break I assume, only for first dude to go on break. Friendly staff though.

I would have to say this is the sketchier of the two Cold Stones in town.. There was only one person working, and when I went in there seemed to be a swarm of people following me. They didnt really have anything available? I know I originally asked for something like a strawberry cheesecake, easy enough, right? I thought it would just consist of cheesecake flavored custard, some strawberries and graham crackers. She listed something off for a cherry cheesecake and that she would just replace it with strawberries.. It had chocolate and all sorts of other things I didnt want. I told her I just wanted the three things but she didnt seem to grasp on to the concept.. I then asked for a mocha frappe which they had advertised on their menu board, supposedly that wasnt available yet, I ended up just getting a Oreo shake.. Then there was problems with the register.. It was one of those experiences where it was one thing after another. I usually have patience for these sort of things, and it was likely the employee not the company as a whole, but I was super annoyed. I will likely not be going back to this one.

Love this place. Easily my favorite ice cream in the area. The staff is always extremely professional and helpful. Never very busy for how great of a little shop it is.Just a personal note, those little tubs hold a ton of ice cream. If you have kids the small Like it size is probably too much.

Great experience. I came with a big group and there was only one employee processing the orders but he was very efficient and was continually cheerful as he served. I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

The employees were little more than warm bodies occupying a space and somewhat trying to complete orders in a manner that was able to be defended against fraud claims. I almost wonder if it would be better off having the customer make their own stuff and then just weigh it like at Tutti Frutti. At least then you dont have to worry about your employees not being able to make even the most simple menu item.

Went friday night, good ice cream and the lady helping us was super personal and friendly.

Yummy variety of ice creams and toppings. Staff was kind and helpful. Was able to go in, get what I wanted, and leave in less than 10 minutes.

It has amazing ice cream options. I personally love their birthday cake remix & their chocolate devotion specials.

My family and I went in last night, Friday, February 2, 2018. Simon was the only one working and the place was packed. He was as quick as could be and did an excellent job, good attitude and hard worker. Ice cream was excellent, of course!

I go at least once a week and the crew always seem like they hate being there. They dont really put any speed into making the treats, BUT I must say Cold Stone has the best ice cream around. The owner seem like a good guy

This is a decent Cold Stone, and a good place to get ice cream. They make it fresh every day and you choose the toppings you want mixed in. They mix it up on a frozen slab and put it in a cup for you. The employees are a little clueless and there is often only one working.

Who doesnt like coldstone? This one is very nice. Employees are very polite!

Great ice cream of course; staff can be hit and miss due to it mostly consisting of teenage workers. The variability in quality isnt diminished, just the customer service. I will always return here because the ice cream is great no matter who is making it.

It was ok but really overpriced and didnt give us appropriate amount of ice cream cuz the waffle cone bowl makes for a real shallow bottom

Went there for a caramel frappe, paid for a large and they only had enough mix for a small. Thats fine I get that but they still charged for a large. Then after leaving I noticed that over half my drink was giant shards and chunks of ice. If I could rate 0 out of 5 I would. Used to like this place, out anymore. Waste of $5.

They allowed me to call in an order while I was driving to their location. They were amazing, incredibly sweet and went beyond what I expected. They have definitely won my service over from the one on 15th ave.

Good desert, incredible wait times. I was a bit disappointed That the 2nd employee was more intrested and sweeping the floors and wiping down the counters then helping us while we sat in line for 10 minutes.

Worst experience I have ever had with a ice cream shop. Not big on ice cream but my wife wanted me to go, I ordered the churro Carmel crave. The churros were hard as a rock and very stale. I asked for a refund and they told me that they couldnt because I used my debit card. How can you accept debit cards and not refund to a card? I can truthfully say I will never return nor will I ever recommend a friend

Lame...hours online say open Friday night until 11pm, hours listed on the door say open 11am-11pm and we go to their door at 10:15...locked. Called and inquired about the hours posted on the door with the employee that answered the phone. He said “we close at 10pm” and then we told him about the hours posted on the door and he says “What?” *long pause* “Well we close at 10.” So us and about 5 other cars that showed up shortly after we did, did not get ice cream.

When its almost 90 degrees, one person serving a line of 14 doesnt cut it. Manager/owner get a clue. Poor service, not employees fault!!!
