I love this store! I am a kitchen gadget freak! If you love kitchen stuff this is the place for you for gadgets and good quality products! The employees are very nice for the most part. Most are always friendly and ready to dazzle you with product knowledge. Love it, stop in and check it out!

I hate shopping here because I always spend far too much. :-). Seriously though, helpful staff, and a very nice selection of cooking apparatus for just about any variety of specialty cooking you can imagine. Great new and innovative simple tools(complex ones also), fairly priced.

I really love all the cool kitchen gadgets in this place, plus they have spices, teas and flavor its difficult to find elsewhere. Snagged their last container of pumpkin spice tea tonight.

This store is like a guilty pleasure. I love browsing the isles and finding new things for my kitchen I have to get. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is a lot in this little store though, so be prepared to come up with some innovative maneuvers when there are a lot of customers.

I broke my French Press coffe maker last night 😲! Creative Kitchen was my first outing for the day because I knew they would have exactly what I needed. I am so glad they are surviving the pandemic because they are the only place I shop for my kitchen knives and gadgets.

I like going to creative kitchen when Im looking for those hard to cooking utensils. For a mall store they have a huge selection of merchandise. I like having a good quality knife . Nothing worse then a bad knife (I do all the cooking). Their knife selection IA second to none, and they have a cutting station, with knowledgeable people to help. The last knife I bought a 10 inch chefs knife. I tried out 4 different knives to find the one that felt the most comfortable. If your going to spend that mush its nice to be sure. A good store even if you just want to browse and see the latest gadgets.

If you want premium kitchen supplies, come here. They generally have good deals and sales also. They are ALWAYS worth taking a peek in.

Looking for something who loves to cook or bake, this is the place. Quality of products is good. Many things to chose from. A little pricy, but quality is better. Location is great, right by mall entrance.

Creative Kitchen Fargo has provided exemplary service! Their communication has been prompt & courteous. When I had an issue with a product, Douglas responded and issued a refund the same day. I highly recommend this business.

Creative Kitchen did a great job of getting a product in for me to give as a wedding present. I had trouble getting it online but they got it in well before the wedding and were very helpful.

Huge selection of anything you may need for your kitchen. Items are slightly on the higher priced side of the spectrum, but worth it to be able to see the items in person rather than a screen.

Have not been in the store in awhile, but its pretty great. Really cool kitchen items and accessories - some things you probably didnt know existed, but also Staples and tried and true products. They have flavored olive oil and balsamics now that are very reasonably priced, but more importantly, are delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I barely cook and couldnt spent all afternoon there!

During the time of Stay-at-Home, it is important to continue to support local businesses. I bought a Lodge Cast Iron Griddle and a few other items and was pleasantly surprised by same-day delivery directly to my home in Moorhead. I cannot be happier! I urge anyone who has been cooking more than usual to consider treating themselves to some new equipment from Creative Kitchen.

*UPDATE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED, I have called several times. I was promised a call from a manager, have never been contacted. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! I have shopped here often for kitchen utensils and appliances. However, the last few times I have gone in, Im pulling teeth to receive service. The cashiers would rather stand around talking to one another than pay attention to customers or answer questions. On top of that, I made a substantial purchase in order to get points back so that I could shop with x amount of dollars off. Yet, it wasnt added to my account and cannot get a manager to rectify the situation. I left my name and number (multiple times) and waited for a call that was never received.Also, I specifically asked about their nonstick cookware and if they knew if their diamond series pans had PFAS or PFOA. They claimed they were all trained on the items they sold yet couldnt answer this simple question for me. Im not going to buy something that is a known carcinogen! I appreciate this being a local business but when you cannot care for your customers, Im not interested in continuing to spend money here!

Buy it on Amazon- Same service, 30% lessI really try to buy local, but sometimes the merchants dont deserve it. I bought a Boos cutting board and it warped and cracked. No I didnt put it the dishwasher and yes I kept it oiled. When I want back to Creative Kitchens, their response was Call the manufacturer. Actually I think Amazons service is better.

I purchased a few items from Creative Kitchen and when I got home (Bismarck) I noticed I was missing a couple of items. I called the next day and Lisa, who was very helpful when I was in the store, was just as helpful after the sale. She apologized and sent my two items that were left out immediately! There was a hand written note along with a couple of extras, which I thought was above and beyond. I will be stopping there next time Im in Fargo!
