Had one of the most unforgettable shopping trips here tonight. Victoria was super helpful and creative in helping us to find a piece of clothing for a party. Sorry I can’t share the details but after driving around Fargo and visiting 10+ stores, we found exactly what we were looking for here, in the right color, style and size. It would not had happened without the clerk thinking outside the box... We all had a blast, Lol! Mission accomplished! Bravo on excellent customer service! 😄

Long time customer of Romantix and Sam and Delilah. My husband loves the Movie selection from downtown and I love the larger selection of lingerie Sam and Delilah offers. My recent visits to Sam and Delilah I was shocked at how much cleaner and organized it was and more attentive the staff are, one day a guy was working and he was bouncing between customers making sure everyone was finding what they wanted and didn’t have any questions instead of just focusing on who had the most product in their hands or pushing his is favorite items. My last visit I had some questions on a new toy they offer and the girl working didn’t have the answer but called another person and got it for me.

Emily was so kind and helpful. I was super nervous about going in to the store to look for lingerie but she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She answered so many questions that I had regarding different products and their uses. I would recommend this store to anyone that has questions regarding their intimate needs and desires! I have loved coming here for some time! The staff, well most of them, know their stuff! They are super helpful and so sweet! I LOVE the guy that works there, the dilf with grey hair is excellent! the one girl with the face tattoo is AWFUL! she gave me wrong information about a lube I got, so she doesnt really know what shes doing and follows you around practically shoving the product up your... yeah. It is so uncomfortable! I wonder if they mainly make commission. Theres some new people that are there occasionally, so I think I will go there when anyone else is there because they are such nice people and dont mind the weird questions. Very professional!
