The sales people are polite and helpful. But the products are outrageously priced. $1400 for three arch supports that are not custom molded but mass produced is borderline theft. They fact that they won’t even mention price till they’ve done the whole song and dance is shady as well. I’ll come back to the store when my mega millions lotto ticket hits. Not before.
Good technology but extravagantly overpriced. Be prepared to pay over 3x what you would expect. I would recommend exploring other options that arent quite so financially painful. Also, they have a no returns policy so every sale is final which is also a red flag.I appreciate the prompt response. If you were willing to offer a risk free 60 day trial period, I think your product offering would be much more reasonable. The price and no return policy puts far too much burden upon the customer. Simply not worth it.

I have worked on concrete floors in a production environment for 21 years and over time my feet/lower back have taken a beating. Just recently I must have really strained my feet so I decided to call the Good Feet Store here in Fargo and see what they are all about, Helena gave me a quick description and set me up with an appointment. I brought all of my footwear as she instructed. The appointment started out with her asking questions about what I do for work and what I like to do outside of work and what I would like to accomplish if they were fix my issues. She then explained each step of the way and how everything worked together and then took prints of my feet and explained how they should look and what their inserts will accomplish. Then she measured my feet and found the right size inserts and had me try each one in each pair of footwear I brought with and walked around with them in. I noticed a good difference right away so I decided to give it a shot. I paid with my HSA card and this was 1 hour after the store was to close. Helena took the time to answer any questions I had. Just few days past a week since the initial visit and I have had no pain in my feet or lower back, the calluses on my feet have gone down (using the foot cream they have also). I will say that the first couple days took a bit to get used to. The new feeling/pressure that the inserts inflicted was to be expected, so as Helena instructed I switched the Strengtheners out for a lesser insert, but by the 3rd day I was wearing the Strengtheners all shift at work and are now my favorite ones. Helena called me this evening to see how things were going as she said she would do. Basically I have Happy Feet! I would recommend this Investment/Process to anyone!

Expensive. The three set shoe inserts that they were selling to EVERYONE ARE $400 EACH!! That means for 3 it’s $1200 plus the two pairs of shoes they want you to get abs the two pads. I asked why she didn’t say something about the price and she said it was to avoid any appearance of discrimination.... ok how about avoiding humiliation? Spent 1.5 hours in the store only to have to take off the shoes and inserts because I couldn’t pay for them. Why on earth would you not bother to ask a customer what their looking to spend? Clearly their hoping you are sold and will buy it anyway. That or else maybe you’ll be to embarrassed to walk away.I didn’t get these inserts. I ordered a similar pair online for $7.00 (plus )$2 shipping) and they are very comparable
The sales person was very knowledgeable,listened to what my problem was,and found a solution for me to try! So far so good! She even called back like she said she would to follow up!

Went into a good feet store to inquire about arch supports. Was walked through an entire process of sizing, testing and how to wear and adjust to each prosthetic. Before I knew it i was at the register being presented with a bill for $1500+ for shoes I didn’t need or ask for, insurance and orthotics i had only come in to gather information about.Frankly, I was overwhelmed. When I had come in I explained that I was in short on time and then I was just looking. Prices had never been discussed, nor any other information offered About guarantees exchanges some service plan. I was just presented with a bill.Frankly, I was in a hurry. I believed I could return them once I got them home and had a chance to experiment with them. But boy was I wrong. After I presented my credit card, after I signed The sale slip. I was told that all sales are final and offered another piece of paper to sign to acknowledge that.So, no. I am not enjoying my product. I am rather resentful about the whole process. the prosthetics are still sitting in a box until I can find a store and have the time and energy to attempt to return them.

The only thing different is that I was told I would be called in one week to see how they were wokrking out, and no one called me. When I arrived at the good feet store the sales person ; Cassidy visited with and asked about what I did for work, how long I was standing and things I do for recreation.Then she walked me through the arch supports as I tried each one in various shoes.It was a pleasant experience overall.
The most high pressure sales people would never tell u the price$$$ until all done very rude we did not buy any and will let others know how bad you treat people. Especially older people

The customer support and service is good. There products helped my feet a little, but definitely not a cure. I had to quit using the supports because my back pain was immense from the foot inserts. Id much rather deal with the foot pain.

BEWARE!!! There are a lot of FAKE reviews for items out there but this review is 100% REAL. Me and my wife went into the store on Saturday. When we came in the man (whom we found out later was the manager) told us to fill out the sign in sheet and we would be called. He told us that it would be about 45 minutes. So we filled out the form and went outside in our car. After about an hour I came in to find out what the status is. There was only one lady helping a customer, so I waited at the door. She looked over at me a couple times but said NOTHING. I waited for 10 mins and went back outside. I then decided to call the store in hopes I could talk with someone. I was only met with an answer machine. I now went back in the store. It now has been an about 75 minutes. Now there was a man (tall skinny) whom was helping a customer. I asked what is the status on the list. At which time he tells me they have NOT gotten to the list and the list is ONLY for people whom (when they get the time) will be called to schedule an appointment to be seen. This information was NOT relayed to use the first time FROM THE MANAGER. I told him we had been waiting about 75 minutes. Once again, he was kind of snippy saying that they would call to schedule an appointment. I then asked to speak with the manager. Then his guy went in the back and brought the manager out, which was the FIRST guy we talked with. He then had me and my wife sit down. He apologized for the wait and proceeded with his sales pitch. So we were there for my wife. She has knee pain, some times. But that day is was LOW about 1 out of a 10. This manager seemed to be knowledgeable BUT he was NOT listening to my wife. Example he put in inserts into her shoes and she walked around. He kept asking her how he knee felt. She told him that it was the same. She did NOT feel Any different with the inserts. As she put in the 3 different inserts he kept asking about the knee and my wife was getting annoyed with the same answer. NO THE INSERTS ARE NOT MAKING A DIFFERENCE, yet the manager kept asking the questions over and over thinking she will change her mind. So he just was NOT listening to her. I know he was fishing for an answer that the inserts fixed the pain immediately, well it is NOT, we didn’t think it would be he sure thought it would. BUT, this went on for about 40 minutes and then it came time to get the inserts. At which time the manager came and had me come to the register and showed the bill of close to $1,400.00. This is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. We just had enough at that point and walked out. The take away from this. The employees were snippy ( tall guy) the female employee was non professional by not even acknowledge me waiting to talk with her. Clearly there is confusing on what the sign in form is supposed to be. IF it is supposed to be appointments only then it should have been relayed to us immediately, which was NOT. Furthermore, the manager NO listening to the customer and fishing for a complement when these inserts are NOT miracles workers. I’m sure they will help people but for an immediate relief, maybe not so much.
The customer service was great! My son received his arch supports and what a difference it has made for him. I highly recommend this place for anyone with issues with flat feet. Helena was a great and has already checked to see how my son is doing.

First and foremost, I was treated dignity as Ruth went through the process and explained everything from taking the impression of my foot to showing me where I had issues. Ive already had surgery on my right foot for plantar fasciitis. So I understand pain. The left foot was starting to have problems too. I am very happy about the inserts at this time even though I am only up to one and a half hours on the cream-colored arch support. So far Im very pleased with all three arch supports, strengtheners, maintainers, and relaxers. Service at the Good Feet Store in Fargo, ND was excellent and will continue to be as I trust their judgment and their truthfulness.
My husband purchased a set 2 months ago with good results. So I thought I would check them out. After 1 week I was felt a difference. I was standing while washing dishes when I noticed my back didnt ache.While expensive, I spread the cost over a year on a daily basis of no backache and felt the pennies a day made them worth it.

Unfortunately my Husband and I were not able to purchase the supports and left the store feeling like we were deceived and wasted our time. The sales person was very nice and she was quite knowledgeable about the Good Feet System and tried hard to sell it to us as she obviously understands the need we both have and how having the supports would help us tremendously. But....yes there is always a but. She also needs to make money. Needs to make a sell. We had no idea the supports only come in a System if they are going to work correctly. You cant just buy one support because it wont help a damaged foot if your not going to fix it with the other two in the system. They completely avoid telling you how much they cost even when asked the direct question of cost. For a mid range set it is $499.00 . Yes, lifetime warranty and they offer Care Credit to make payments. But...I personally believe it is bad business to have a customer sit thru the entire presentation and get excited then be shot right down when they can not get a straight answer on the cost or another alternative than a payment plan. Ridiculous cost!!
Jenna was excellent and very helpful! I couldnt have asked for a better experience today. When I had the inserts Jenna recommended placed into my shoes, I did not have any pain while walking or standing for the first time in six months. My only regret is not coming in sooner!
Visited the store for the first time since I was looking for some pain relief. Staff was super helpful, happy and very attentive. Zachary helped me the entire time and he was amazing and super friendly. Since the prices were WAY more than I had anticipated, I have to save up $ but I do intend to go back. Honestly wish theyd offer a payment plan since its quite a hefty investment.

Getting the test fitting is fun, because you get to really see how you step and your foot pressure pattern. It is a fun learning experience.I feel they are ridiculous in the price they ask for their Arch supports. $400 a pair (1,200 if you do all three of their steps), if they did $50-100a pair with no warranty or conditions I would have no problem just buyingBut at current prices I have no plan of getting Arch supports here.
I purchased a pair of inserts and have never looked back. Extremely happy with the pair. The high cost of the insert is mitigated by the fact that they come with a lifetime warranty. The service is outstanding as well. Great people who want to help.

I purchased the whole works! New shoes, new slippers, 3 inserts, and the lifetime warranty or whatever, and my feet are much better, not 100%, but much better. However...Im not so sure a person needs the 3 inserts at $400 each! I have only used two of them so far. But anyway, feet that dont hurt are worth it!!
Im not going to lie, those shoe inserts felt amazing. I was not thrilled with a couple of people working in the store but the girl who was working me was very kind. If they werent so expensive I definitely would have left with them but $1300 is a little to rich for my blood

My feet and knees have bothered me for years, so on a whim I stopped at the Good Feet Store. Ruth was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in explaining why she felt the Good Feet Store options would help me.I have had the orthotics for almost two weeks. I am noticing less pain in my feet and knees. It is a bit of an adjustment but doable. I keep holding on to the thought of “pain free!” Their after sale service is great and continues for 3 years.
I had a very positive experience, I was treated well, Jen helped me by having me put my feet on a graph and measuring my feet to see what kind of supports and what sizing I needed for my shoes, the shoes I purchased are good leather ones and I love the wool slippers, I wear my supports every day and I’ve had less back, knee and foot pain, although the cost wasn’t cheap it’s well worth not having the burning hurting feet that I’ve been having, one would almost anything to be able to work without all that pain, I have flat feet and planterfacitis, and the shoes fit better than ever I think I’ve been buying them to big. Thank you I love the arch supports, shoes and the shoe liners have a clip wear my big toe was rubbing, keep up the good work.

I work a 12 hour factory job and by the 10 hours in or less my feet are killing me, so I finally gave into wanting quality insoles. I didnt want to get cheap Walmart ones any more, when I called The Good Feet Store I asked for a price range and was shocked. I walked in not expecting to be sold on thier supports especially at the price. But the wonderful worker Helena Hindes informed me of a special sale, measured my feet and figured out my main pressure areas. She found me a support that worked perfect and that I could afford, though it was still on the high end. After I tried them I was sold! Helena was so informative and helpful, I love that she wasnt trying to sell me on them but let them sell themselves. This place is all about correcting your feet so they feel better, its great; though I have fairly good feet these supports will help me not to hurt as much after work. Im excited to see how how much it improves my level of pain in my feet and my lower back! Thanks Helena!!!
Rudest manager I ever met. Spent good money ($1,363 & some change to be exact) & the inserts were working! My knees & hips have never felt better. I lost one insert. Their lifetime replacement & 3 year maintenance plan isn’t really explained well at all. They wanted to charge me $400+ to replace 1 insert but the manager who honestly needs to find a different profession gave me a discount & was being more then generous w/ the options she gave me. Which were, Either buy the replacement or come get a reimbursement but you still have to pay for the lost insert. Naturally, I was upset. I had already spent a good chunk of money & really was shocked at the replacement price & this woman’s lack of willingness to truly help me was dumbfounding. She Fought me every step of the way. Told me I was upset because I wasn’t “getting my way” when in reality I just wanted them to meet me in the middle. At this point after dealing w/ her & her inability to be empathetic I decided I wasn’t willing to give my money to a company who thinks it’s acceptable to treat their customers this way. I was especially shocked b/c I continued to tell her how much I loved the product. So again, my options, no matter what result in me losing. Losing out on more money & losing out on all the progress I made. I could workout again without searing knee pain but that didn’t matter anymore. I was terrified to go into the store & face her. For good reason. She was very aggressive. She instantly got upset with me. Continually pushed the box with the single insert in it across the counter at me & began to flail her hands while talking to me. Hard not to feel threatened. I was mortified. I ended up in tears & finally the sales man that sold me the inserts stepped in. As I had a conversation w/ him about my experience, she stood 5 feet away at the counter huffing & puffing & at one point even started to laugh at me. Almost antagonizing me. Zach went ahead & reimbursed me all but $50. I was perplexed but overall defeated. I have never been more thankful for someone in that moment. It was a terrible experience. She tried to intimidate me & it didn’t work. The really sad part about it all is that HER manager...JEFF...was in the back room the entire time & never once showed his face. Never once called me back after the initial complaint. I would hope he would find some backbone & take the time to call me after all has calmed down but I won’t hold my breath. Know what you’re going into if you do choose to visit the store. If you do go, request Zach, he is a great guy who dropped his facade as a salesman & treated me like the human being that I am.
I have been using with Good Feet orthotics for 11 years. They have really helped with hip pain. A good benefit is that you only purchase the orthotic one time, but can replace them for free for life if they start to flatten a little. I replace mine every one to two years.The orthotic is designed so it can be worn in sandals, which is nice.I was just in last week for a check up, and I was pleased with their social distancing protocols.If you are experiencing hip pain, I would definitely recommend checking with the Good Feet Store to see if they might help.

Great service from Zack, a little overwhelmed with the variety and prices of everything and a little sceptical as well.The insoles didnt take long to get used to and by second day needed them in as my feet missed them.Would recommend a package price for everything, not $32 for this and $25 for that and on and on... Sell the whole system for a set price.Great product!! Definitely will return!!

My job requires me to spend a lot of time on my feet. By mid morning my feet were in pain as well as my hips and lower back. I have had my arch supports from the Good Feet Store for just over a week now and my feet are feeling a lot better, still have a little pain but I am thinking thats just my feet getting back into shape..I am very impressed so far and looking forward to the next 2 weeks to see how much better things get.

Sales person was friendly and seemed concerned about me. When I heard the price I did a doubletake. $1300 is a lot of money. Did some research and found many sites saying you can get comparable insoles much much cheaper. Thats what Im doing. No refund policy also tells me they mostly just want your money.
I went into the good feet store desperate for help I have planters fasciitis on my left foot I let it go way too long. It did take at least a good month like she told me to get my foot feeling better I wore the inserts a couple hours a day building myself up to a 12 hour day I have to say the inserts that I wear in my shoes I wouldnt wear a pair shoes without them! they are comfortable my pain is completely gone I am so impressed. it saved me lots of money not having to go to a specialist!!!
It has only been 4 days since I got them. So far so good. Peace was a very pleasant and knowledgeable clerk at the store. She explained everything very well.
I called the good foot store and talked Jenna she stated the orthotic cost $399. I thought that was alot of money for orthotic. Few weeks later I thought a I would check them out. I just happened to get Jenna, In the middle of her demonstration I asked her the direct question what if I dont like these she stated that we have a 98 percent success rate and you have a 30 day money back guarantee. Then I asked her how much these orthotic would cost she never gave my an answer. When her demo was over and I said I take them a she came with the price I was in shock. I feel if you have good product and stand behind your product you shouldnt be ashamed of the price. I bought your product and the left foot was fine, the right foot got a blister so I went back to the maintainers let it settle down. I went back to the strengthened and I noticed that the orthotic kept moving around when I walked. I called Jenna she stated we could try to velcro it in your shoe. I am not paying $1367.42 for an orthotic you dont even have the right size for my foot. Now I have a big bleeding blister in a totally different place on my foot from the orthotic moving around. I cant even do my job at the hospital with out limping around. So as soon as you are open I am coming in and getting my money back like Jenna said its been way under 30 days Curt

I just got your message and forgot I had them in my shoes although today is day a 2.5 hr day. They must be comfirtable! Yes, they feel better every day and my toes float and my heels hit the floor. So far they are great.

I am Sooo impressed with the service I received with Jenna at this Good Feet store here in Fargo. Jenna was Sooo kind and delivered her message very well. She explained everything just excellent and has a wonderful mannerism about her. Jenna feels like a friend now!
I found it to be a very comfortable experience. My questions regarding the use of the inserts were answered. I wish I had talked to my diabetic doctor before I had stopped in. I will make that phone call now and then possibly stop back in.
Lots of sell but little actual knowledge. Asked for explanation as to how the product would correct my problem. Couldnt explain it, just knew it would. For that price I would expect a solid medical explanation. Pressure to buy and as I understand its a no refunds policy. I would recommend staying away.

The products are very helpful for foot back and leg pain.That said the products are very expensive.$399 for each pair the only saving grace there is they are guaranteed for life. The sales person in the Fargo store was very reluctant to disclose the price to me during his sales pitch. He reminded me of a used car salesman. After only 3 days the inserts seem to be helping me with my back pain. Hoping this continues, over $1300.00 is a lot to pay for shoe inserts if they dont help in the long run.
Informative, eye opener, soothing on the feet, helped with ankle issues I was having. Hoping it continues getting better. Foot massager feels great!!! I bought one of those too.

I was not happy with my purchase at your store.I wore my new shoes for five days and was having alot of discomfort in both feet issues that Ild never had before wearing these new shoes.I called and talked to someone at your store and was told I couldnt exchange them for a different shoe I understand that you dont give refunds but I just wanted to try another shoe style to see if they were better for my feet. I guess Im stuck with these shoes that hurt my feet I will never buy from your store again or will I recommend your place to anyone. I ve never heard of a business that doesnt stand behind their products and if your not happy once you walk out the door your stuck with your purchase happy or not.There are no guarantees when you buy something that its what you like until your able to give it a try first..VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

The staff was very kind and attentive. She spent a long time with me and my husband. Unfortunately, the staff were not upfront with the cost associated with their product. I felt like the prices were being purposefully omitted until the cash register. We were not pleased being left in the dark on the costs.
