I really wanted to give a positive review but unfortunately am not able to. Upon 1st meeting Gabriel Gonzales I was impressed. He worked well with us in the beginning as we were a brand new business. The price was reasonable & my sign looks fantastic. Why the bad review? Gabriel is a liar, did not complete my order with him, & has been MIA for 2 months.He had 90% of my money before installing my sign after contract says 50% to start & 50% due at completion. My price included sign & vinyl for my window. My sign doesnt light up, vinyl looks good from a distance but up close is awful, & he never finished the vinyl.He signed a promissory note to return, havent seen him in 2 months & wont return calls.Other tenants have moved into the shopping center & asked who did my sign & I had to be honest & tell them that though sign looks good its not worth it to work with Gabriel.The Music Grill next to me had their signs done by him as well & are very disappointed. He also wont respond to them. Its said becsuse the work on sign is great.We are moving to bigger space next fall & I will definitely be looking for someone to use

If I could give a negative star I would give 5! Worst experience ever. Spent thousands of dollars only to be left with a sign with a broken light, crooked interior sign and very poor customer service. I have called over 25 times to get the problems fixed only to leave message after message with no response or promises that someone will come out and no one shows up. Do not do business with this company they will take your money and not give you what they have promised!

Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job for my insurance agency. Prices were better than the competitors. While my sign was being made he installed a banner I purchased as well and then he replaced it with a beautiful led lit sign. Decordisplay also installed the window graphics and a nice set of decals on my vehicle. The vehicle decals had some discrepancies and Gabriel made it right and right away! also made it convenient for me. I can say that Decordisplay has kept every promise they have made to me and have backed their work with integrity. He explained their work and materials warranty very clearly. I have since referred business to them and will continue to do so. Thank you Gabriel and Decordisplay.
