I found good pieces of furniture at this location. I am loving this dining table. The price was very affordable. The customer service was very good, he was very attentive and came right at me once I walked in. We mentioned we were only looking and he did just that. We walked free around the place with no problems of making him feel we were waisting his time. From a distance he was attentive to any questions or help if we needed. The furniture selection was very broad and they had something for everyone. All types of styles to fit the them you are going for.

Great place to find that one piece of furniture at a good price

Lenny was a wonderful sales associate and my experience is not related to him. I purchased a sofa a few months back that was missing parts and already came damaged. I have spoken to their customer service manager and have yet to reach a solution. I have never had such a terrible experience with any other company. If I could rate this with zero stars I would.

Lenny is a wonderful guy. He helped me pick out a rug and was willing to come in and help my family do more shopping on his day off. The selection of items is just as good as many new items, most of what this outlet has are not damaged items. They are items that are discontinued for one reason or another and you get a chance to purchase at a greater value than when it was in one of their retail stores. At any time he receives goods from one of the retail stores that were pulled off their showroom to make way for something else, so the outlet furnishings change frequently. You can purchase something today that was higher in the showroom just a few days ago.Good luck and happy shopping!

I was highly disappointed. They had one Sales person for the entire store. Hence he was extremely busy, and never acknowledged we were in the store. In addition, the items were lack luster and pricey. My advice is to save your money and purchase from the main store.
