CVS Corporate seriously needs to upgrade or replace this pharmacys computer systems/hardware/software. Incoming 1) Scripts are delayed EVERY single time, by hours, if not an entire day. 2) Using the prepay option on app makes this pharmacy create duplicate scripts and not keep record of your prepaid pickup. 3) It takes any pharmacy worker 5-10min to find my account EVERY time, in person or on phone. Im on hold with corporate to report this now. PLEASE fix this, it wastes my time and stresses me out & delays my treatments, over and over again.
This is the 2nd time Michael has told me something & cant back it up. First it was about an item in the store some months ago. I came back & found the same item he said they dont carry. Now its about my Care card. I will not come back here. Its plenty more CVS to go to.
This CVS location has been very helpful for me. Sometimes I hv issues finding a store that carries my meds but this location does. The post ofc lost a delivery from this CVS and the pharmacist Indreeka followed up on it and kept in contact with me. She also offered to give me 2 days of the rx until it gets resolved. I trust this location with my rx needs! The Senior pharmacist is always helpful too!
Omg this pharmacy i have had a lot of problems on refills have a son with adhd and cant get his medicine refill on time its allways different dates ima have to look for another pharmacy
Poor customer service. Very rude cashier. Pharmacy not helpful . Third visit same problem. I do not recommend. Need to change people and managers.
Looking at the reviews the issues seems to stem mainly from the pharmacy and not the store. Had no issues finding my products and staff was friendly. Will update review if I end up going there.
False advertising Allergy medicine during allergy season. 30ct 10mg Liquid Soft Gels Claritin advertised at 19.99 but they are selling it for 27.99 there was another discrepancy on other items! Claritin and a laxative medicine.How many people have fallen victim to their false advertisement?
Christopher was the best sales associate i’ve ever met. He was friendly, greeted me promptly, and made sure I felt at home, from the moment I walked in the door. Love seeing a friendly smile, when entering the store. Other associates didn’t seem as happy or as friendly, but Christopher really stood out to me. Just came in to grab a few drinks, and he promptly checked me out and made sure to tell me “have a lovely day!”. Definitely will return, thanks to Christopher.
Horrible service. No Courtesy. Worst customer service especially in the pharmacy. Please lead ur way to this pharmacy only if you have hope u get all junked prescriped products and blame you in return. Go and ask Jackie you will be enlightened the way CVS works and its policies. I have been in this country for more than a decade and never been to this kind of experience. Welcome to the world of worst experience by CVS folks
For a brand new CVS, this one is gross. I got asked for money in the parking lot at 4 in the afternoon. There are always homeless people here. They also keep ‘family planning’ locked up in a case, which discourages safety and creates a barrier to personal responsibility. Who wants to ask for assistance with this??
Bad experience with the pharmacy. Not a good service. No policy on paper just making fool of people with prescription. Aged old products

I went to return a cream that i did not need anymore, return was so easy, took less than a minute. Friendly customer service.
