This is the only place that I have my prescriptions called into. I have never ever had a problem. The people at the window and inside are very nice and helpful. Not too long ago I was filling some prescriptions for my granddaughter, and they didn’t have one of the prescriptions. The young man at the window called and looked around To see who had that particular prescription. He was able to find that the Walmart on Trinity Mills had both of the prescriptions, so he forwarded our prescription over to them. Not only is this the closest pharmacy to me, but it is by FAR the best in the area! Super friendly and experienced staff. Been going here since it opened and haven’t had any bad experience.

I have been sick non-stop over the last few weeks so Ive had a couple scripts filled to pick-up and the pharmacy team was very helpful and I am already starting to feel a lot better, so I just wanted to say thank you! You are all rockstars! 🏅

If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 in rating I would! They always claim my doctor never got back to them. However, I have that same doctor send some of my scripts to other pharmacies and never have a problem. My doctors office gets super frustrated because every time they tell me they responded along with the date and time they did so. The pharmacy makes me call back and forth, back and forth playing the he said, she said game of no they didnt get it, doctor saying yes it was sent, etc. I have to beg the pharmacy to just call my doctor to work it out but I have to make multiple calls because they dont. I can spend up to 2 weeks just trying to get a refill!!!! Then they cant keep the same story twice about the cost of my prescriptions and quote me much higher than when I look online (without a coupon even). For $2 more (than its supposed to cost with Walmart) I can have Kroger fill the same prescription AND I dont have this nightmare. I have now asked my doctor to send ALL my scripts to Kroger instead. I dont know if its the Walmart processes and systems, or if its the people but either way I wouldnt go near their pharmacy now with a 10 foot pole!

All the Neighborhood Market Pharmacies are very good. And they have drive through service which many big Walmart stores do not have.

I i can give them -5 i will give to them bad customer service they never get my prescription raady on time if i have 4 medication they only give me 2 and after they see their mistake they make u wait 20 to 30 minutes worst pharmacy keepaway from this pharmacy.

Worst customer service. One star is over rating.
