Horrible store. They overcharge you for everything! They are always trying to upsell you stuff and add a bunch of unnecessary things. I have gone there twice and every time it turns out to be about 4 times more expensive than other places.They were trying to charge me $13 to send an envelope... Went to USPS around the corner and they charged me $3 to send the same envelope. Outrageous!!!Please consider other places when mailing or do your research before hand.

I use this store occasionally when i need documents notarized. Every time I go they give great, courteous service. Theres actually another UPS store closer to my house but I prefer this one for the great service.

I have been a customer at this store for years and they are WONDERFUL. Staff is great and owner is a hard worker. Where do I start?...... by far the best customer service I’ve ever got at a UPS Store. I will always come here for all of my shipping and business needs. Alex went above and beyond to help me package my rug to ship safety and protected. While in the store I heard all of the staff including the owner addressing guest by name and being very personable. I would recommend to family and friends.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been. Sundeep and his staff are always very helpful and courteous. I have brought them some shipping challenges and they have always had a great solution. I have been going to this UPS for several years and would never go to any other UPS store.

Ive had a mailbox with them for over 5 years. The service is always with a smile, and they go above and beyond to take care of my printing and mailing needs. Can you call the other mail box services and ask them if you have mail in your box? You can here!

Following my mothers death, I took a standing clock to be shipped to me in Seattle, WA. The clock had small glass shelves, a pendulum and other small pieces on and in it. Mr. Patel and his staff clearly took the utmost care in taking off some of the parts which was necessary in order to properly pack every inch of it for delivery. It arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. Given its sentimental value, I was concerned about leaving the clock in their hands. I was beyond pleased. I am so very grateful. Terrific people, terrific work. Kudos!

I went to this UPS store because I was returning a package to Adidas, I kept the box where my items came in and used it to return the unwanted items (based on instructions). I was told that the box was not going to hold and the man that was there tried to up sell me a new box for 7.00 or 8.00 dollars. I told him no that I just needed some tape, then he told me “my guess is that you are going to need a lot of tape so it will be 3.00 dollars for the tape” needles to say, I laughed and went to another UPS location where they helped me and not tried to rip me off. (The package made back to Adidas with no issues)

BRIAN IS AMAZING AND A BLESSING!!!!! ITS like 90° today and i have my 11 month old baby with me and two boxes i needed to bring in. I called the store and he picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he was more than helpful! He even let me stay in the car and brought me the receipt so the baby didnt have to get out! As a mom that was super great for me! My UPS hero, Brian!!!!!!

Walked in and was expecting an overwhelming amount of options and having to navigate my way through various stations like I experienced at a FedEx location recently. I was taken aback by how clean and simple this UPS store is, and the employee was proactively helpful in getting me what exactly need. Definitely recommend!

This is a great store. 1st rate customer service.

Was in a bind with my internet down. Would not charge to my companys corporate account so I had to pay for the shipping myself. Good thing I had just paid my credit card. They need to post signs that they only have limited service as well as put it on the web site. Total BS in my opinion.

Stopped by today and the staff (Brian and Spencer) was very attentive and courteous. Brian could not have been more helpful and expeditious. I will definitely do business here again.

Ive used this location on three different occasions now- and each time has been really awesome. The team here is super friendly and helpful, and I sent important documents, had something notarized, and sent a weird-shaped package absolutely stress free!

Jennifer was of no help to me today. She was either not trained probably in customer service or just simply doesnt care and it would be too hard to go out of her way to help a customer.

Walked thru the door and the manager was very friendly, even helping another customer, acknowledged me and greeted me. Very professional and fast and provided great customer service. Alot better than the UPS store at NW hwy/Midway.

Brought in a package to be delivered. The contents did not fill up the box so I asked for bubble wrap to be used. When the person who I sent the package to received it, they did not have bubble wrap in the box. Instead the workers at the store cut down the box and sent it. I asked for that not to be done and for bubble wrap to be used instead. They completely ignored what I wanted to be done with MY PACKAGE that I paid to be shipped a certain way. I will be not coming back here.

The OWNER (Mr. Patel) was rude to me. He wouldnt ship my package!!! Unbelievable.Had to take my business to FedEx (about a mile) down on Midway, which treat me greatly.
