They also followed up when my car wasnt delivered as promised by the towing company. They made the process so easy! They also helped me file a separate claim for a dent when my car was hit in a parking lot. I was so pleased with the work when I pick up my car last night. I am so happy to be back in my Honda. Ive had both of my cars involved in collisions in the past year -- with the only silver lining being that I wasnt at fault on either occasion -- and they did such a good job restoring them that I barely even remember where the impacts, dents and scratches were. The car body was restored to a pristine state in each case, with the new paint jobs blending in perfectly.Both the East and West locations employ consummate professionals; highly recommended.

Great customer service and exquisite painting. Took two vehicles to be fixed and could not be happier. Black150 repair and paint job is outstanding. In and out in 3 days. Another repair was for a 2016 Jeep. Couple dings and chip repairs. Pricing for both was very fair. Jeep had two dings in front quarter panels and they forgot to fix one of them. Got home and noticed on the invoice they never charged for second ding although they didn’t do the work they honored it and did not charged us. Unbelievable. One of our managers knew of Farmington Hills Collision Center, and when one of our ProMaster trucks experienced some body damage, we reached out to them for a quote.Their quote was very competitive in terms of price, and we had heard that their quality was excellent.Let me tell you, this was a good decision. This place went above and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. From the moment my husband and I entered it was like talking to an old friend. They focus on your worries first then the car. Excellent Service, first class repair to my Nissan Murano ( bumper headlight fender ) finished repair was identical to manufacturers finish. Great experience from start to finish. They are also a progressive insurance approved center so their repair estimate was accepted quickly without a delay for an agent to visit and approve. I highly recommend these guys.

He completed a seemingly thorough estimate on my car, however did not even attempt to help reduce any costs by alternatives. (He said he may be able to clean up a scratch on my light but estimated that hed be replacing it anyway). The estimate was ridiculous and I went somewhere else for a 3rd of that.

I had a decent size dent in our Ford Flex and it was unfortunately on the driver rear quarter panel and at a seem.I took it to Farmington Hills Collision and they quoted me what was a way better price than I was expecting since it wouldnt be a simple pop out due to the size and the seem.They said it would be done in four days, and it was. They were extremely pleasant from start to finish and even looking close I cant tell it was there which is amazing.I checked around at a few other shops and most seemed to want to have me pay for replacement parts or a full repaint of several parts, which from my previous experience doing bodywork should have been unnecessary.Anyway, I love this place and while I hope to never need a collision center again, I will definitely be back if I do.

I gave this place a 5 star at first for my repair, but took my car back twice to get a issue with the repair fixed and the people there gave off the impression that they could care less about my issue and brushed me off and didnt fix the issue and made it clear that they are done trying to help me.I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to get my issue fixed, no thanks to farmington hills.

I took my dister in laws 2013 Ford Fusion for an estimate. The rear panel was pulled away (she parks by sound !.). I was greeted by the two most pleasant young ladies at the front desk. I told them what I wanted and a gentlemen appeared within three minutes. We went out to the car for review. He made doctor like moans and said he would be right back. He returned with a little prodding tool much like you would see at a dentists office. He poked once, pushed once, and pop the unit was back in place. He recommended a good rubbing compound and a tube of touch up from the dealer ($20) and said the car would sell just fine.I asked what I owed him and he replied : How about a hand shake ?I would never consider another choice than Farmington Hills Collision !!Pure class !

(I am not an employee of this place nor am I paid to write this review). So Ive been to several car repair shops in the Farmington Hills/Novi/Troy area and found this one to be the BEST so far. A week ago some idiot rear-ended me and I needed to get my car fixed at a shop. I visited 4 different repair centers to get estimates and found Farmington Hills Collision Center to offer the best price and fastest repair time. Ive been to Suburban Collision before and found their customer service to be GOD AWFUL; the final repair cost to be $2,000 more than their initial estimate; and the repair time extended to 2 more weeks. In stark comparison, Farmington Hills Collision Center is run by honest, friendly and accommodating folks. The initial and final estimate remained THE SAME and their repair costs were $500-$1,500 cheaper than their local competitors. Unlike other repair centers/shops, the crew @ Farmington Hills Collision didnt scam me into paying for unnecessary repairs. Plus my car got fixed within 5 business days, whereas other local shops required @ least 2 weeks and Surburban Collision 2.5+ weeks. I have to say, for the repair costs being comparatively low the service quality was A+. They did a fantastic paint job and my car now looks brand new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!

I began with what I thought a foot forward was recommended by a friend of the owner. Upon arriving to Farmington Hills collision the lobby was not completely set up in a mess, there was no staff member there to greet me even though I had an appointment. Upon retrieving my vehicle after completion of work within hours the front clips started to come apart and the work they had looked so great no longer does. I drove the car back up to the shop two times, on which I was told them knew what they needed to do and would call me when the parts were in. Two weeks later I called up to the shop where they told me they would have someone call me back but never did.I don’t think the service I received was a fluke incident, I believe this is the culture for this business and would not leave a bad rating unless I truly felt so.I’m used to dealing with City Body out of Ypsilanti and would recommend them to anyone needing their car repaired from an accident. We had an accident in a parking structure few weeks ago right before Thanks Giving. The door of passenger side was basically scraped off and there were other minor scratches in the other areas on the same side. We called AAA on 11/24 and dropped the car at Hertz rental on 11/25 and the car was picked up by this company on the same day. I was told they were waiting for parts to arrive and it would take about 1 week work for them to finish the job after parts arrived. What a surprise that they called me on 12/2 and told me my car was ready for pick-up. The job was done well and the car just looked like new. Considering there were only 3 business days in between I have to say I am very impressed

Someone opened their door rather hard I to my car, and left a noticeable 18 long scratch with a bit of a dent in my door. I had a Ford Excursion, that, after a front end accident in late June, a certain Ford dealer in Wayne said it could not be fixed due to frame damage. Even my untrained eye could see that the damage was not that bad, so I had it shipped to FHCC and almost immediately they began to strip parts and assess the damage. It was determined that the truck could be fixed using their own frame straightening equipment. I was kept up to date on their progress and the approximate cost of the repairs. Most important, Scott, the owner returned the truck himself to our home in North Carolina! Needless to say, the truck looks like new and I have put about 200 miles on it and it feels and drives just as before. I highly recommend FHCC for your vehicle repairs!
