Ive been to Bobs now multiple time and I keep going back because they always get me in right away and I can actually trust them to be honest with me about my car! I had a tire issue and they realized they couldnt help so they called the tire place, told them I was coming and they also got me right in!

So, Ive been to RTO countless times and they consistently, reliably, do their absolute best to get my car in good shape. I have terrible luck with cars. Things tend to die on me at the worst times. Every single time, Abraham and his crew get me back on the road. Theyre friendly, professional, and always help me stay on top of whats going on. Theyre great at communicating with me on the jobs where theyve had to take the car and keep it for a little bit. Its a great business run by legitimately great people and I cant recommend them enough.

Abe & his nephew saved my day!! On Wednesday, I was driving home from clinicals and my steering wheel locked up. My car was overheating and driving weird. I freaked out and pulled into the first car place I saw. Abe had a whole lot full of cars waiting to be repaired, but he ran up to me and had me pull into his shop right away. Turns out my belt snapped which was causing the issues. 2 hours & a great price later, they had me on the road back to Ann Arbor. If it wasn’t for them, I would have been stranded with no way of getting home for hours and I would have missed clinicals the next day. I seriously cannot thank them enough. Thank you!!!!

Uncle Abe saved my day! I apparently had a stripped drain plug and he changed my oil, drain plug, and topped off my washer fluid for a very good price! A good, honest shop. Highly recommend!

Bob’s Total Car Care will definitely be the only shop I’ll be taking any of my vehicles too!I came across Bob’s shop when I was moving into the area, my car at the time was already in horrible shape but being low on cash after buying my first home and having two small children. My car needed to be fixed and fast!Bob himself took my car right in. Had it looked at and even personally showed me everything that was wrong with my car lifted into the air. The parts on my car that had to be fixed! They could of broke completely and that would of ended up in a disaster if not deadly. With my two small children in mind, plus with what I could afford bob and his mechanic made sure my car didn’t leave the lot until it was completely safe.Affordable,caring,treated like family,hard working, knowledgeable,and honestI highly recommend!

Took my Mother in Law here to get here transmission leak checked out. They were really patient with all her questions and put her mind at ease! They completed the repair in just under an hour and we on our way back home in time for dinner!!

Staff was friendly and knowledgable. They changed my brakes out quickly and efficiently which i appreciated. The price was solid compared to other places that tried to over quote me and sell me on more repairs i didnt necessarily need. Thanks guys!

Took my car to the dealership for an oil change, was told it was a 2 hour wait... pass!Stumbled upon this place en route home, and was glad I did. Oil change on a brand new car in less that 15 minutes, and for a fraction of the price of the dealership. The two men operating it were friendly and extremely competent. Will definitely be returning.

My favorite place for auto repair. its a small mom and pops shop that does almost everything and has great prices. I came here the first time the other day after the Meineke next door tried to charge me double for the same brake job, man i am glad i went here!!

I went in to have my car serviced with an oil change and to have it diagnosed by another mechanic because A different shop told me I needed something and when they got to looking at my car they told me that with the other shop he told me was completely wrong and save me over $900 And my car is running beautifully thank you RTL quick lube

Honest and exemplary service. The first time I came here, I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. He measured my treads and told me a didn’t need a rotation but he would do it anyway if I wanted. With honesty like that, I will never go anywhere else for vehicle service. They have since squeezed me in for services I’ve desperately needed (the day before a holiday weekend) when other places would have turned me away. Great guys who deserve your business.

These guys know what theyre doing and they do it at an affordable price. The manager Bob went well beyond everything I asked to see that I was getting a good price and driving safely, he saw to my every need like some kind of Persian butler. I have only had great service by owner Bob and his staff at RTO quick lube. I stopped in for a quick look at a problem I was having and he went above and beyond to take care of my problem even staying open late to take care of me. Another time he even opened up real quick after closing just to check my wifes tires and give her some air and flatly refused any payment. They dont try to sell you a ton off stuff you dont need, and the prices are very fair. I would highly recommend RTO,not only for their prices, but also on their great customer service. I was so happy with the way RTO treated me that I now have my wife go to RTO instead of the dealership after the way way they took care of me. I now go to RTO for all of my needs and feel comfortable knowing I will be taken care of fairly and reasonably.

I had a blow out on freeway(1/18/2019) pulled in asked if they sold used tires I told them I only had $50 dollars they sold me a used tire an removed the old one, replaced it. Was on my way next morning when I had to leave for work find the tire was flat! I put air in it went to work, called left message Never heard back! Called again left message still did not hear from these guys well I had planned on taking my other truck to them to work on, but after this I know their work is not Quality by any means! Well its a little to late the tire you sold me blew out on my way home tonight

I only go here. You get your oil changed along with filters and they check to make sure tire presure is where it need to be on all.

Horrible owner of this place speaks broken English and will charge you for services you didnt ask, then will threaten to confiscate your vehicle if you dont pay up. I had to call police on this jerk just to settle his ripp off tactics. Warning!!! Dont go there for oil change or anything else. You will be sorry.
