There was a salesman in the aisle telling customers about a 25% offer today only and he took the time to help several of us download and activate target circle. Such nice man. I didnt get his name but I purchased more than I intended to buy without any regrets.

This is my third time using Target pick-up. Because of some physical difficulties at the present I cannot shop in the store at this time. I use many of Targets up&up products. I order on line and then my husband goes and picks up my order. He said it is so easy to pick my order up. Every runs smoothly and they are so friendly and even recognize him now.

Items in stock. Quick and easy. Such a great service.

This was my first time using the Drive up and as I was waiting in the designated parking spot, a friendly attendant arrived and assisted me. I really like the promptness; my order was in stock and the attendant was friendly and had a good sense of humor! Great first time experience! Thanks Target!!

I’m giving this location five stars based solely off of the amazing customer service that I always receive! Throughout the pandemic, the extremely important art of providing good customer service seems to have been lost but I’ve had and witnessed nothing but five star customer service at this location. Awesome job!!

Timely pickup and convenient when you need items but dont have time to come in Store to shop.

I like coming here and the staff was friendly. I was shocked I was able to find a plus size legging.😮 Had to look hard didnt see a sign for plus size woman and getting to cash out waiting in one line. Self scan was open with 2 registers working and one cashier working. 🤔 Eventually 2 more registers open up but it seems to me this type of situation happens a lot at all retail stores even where I work at. Thanks for all you do. 😊👍🏾

This specific store - I wouldnt recommend at all. The manager was rude to his own associates (I overheard while passing by); then I saw the deal get $100 worth of baby items (diapers, wipes, food and formula), so I got all the items I needed, including baby food;, and at the cashier was told that Im mistaken, the deal was only for diapers and wipes. I had to go back to the isles with 2 little kids to take picture and bring the photo back to prove what I was promised. They didnt even apologize for making me go all the way back to the baby items isles. Its the worst target experience ever

Clean, Great Customer Service! They ran out of wipes for the carts, so I had to use paper towels and hand sanitizer. Overall, good store!

Today, 5-16-21 I visited the Target in Farmington Hills on Grand River. I left my wallet full of credit cards, including Target charge card! I also left my IPhone 12 in the bathroom. I went home for hours then discover they missing. I called the store and too much surprise someone had turned them both in. Their are still some honest people out here and I’m so grateful. Terrible experience I just left from there, but the service was terrible. I went to the cash register to ask a question about the valentine bears (if you buy 3 cards you get a free bear). But as I was explaining to the man he said “Let me check to make sure that is true” as if I where lying. And as I already had a bear in my cart he put another one in there and charged me for it. And as I was trying to explain to him I already had one the guy was not listening and still tried to charge me for it and I kept trying to explain to him. Terrible experience

Ridiculous! I had to be in a 15 people checkout line for a pickup I preordered. Not sure how to explain them checkout and pickups might/should work differently.

Shopping in store today, we needed to buy birthday presents. Signs all up and down the Lego isle showing this coupon. Wont honor this, why put signs up in an isle that is all Legos.

I like the items I get, but the online pick-up is frustrating! I still had to come in the store because a 4 pack of tissues is not something that you bring out to the car! Really? Now I just found out the best chips in the world are no longer carried at my Target in Farmington. Why discontinue something that customers really want? Lays Simply chips with sea salt are the only non-gmo chips that I can find. If Im going to snack, I want to at least snack something healthy!!!!

I called the store looking for storage totes. Gregg answered the phone when i pushed customer support (option 2). After calling the Waukegan Ill, and Oak Creek locations, where i jusg got transferred and ignored, Gregg not only immediately took control of the situation and looked for me, without transferring, but took the time to explain what might be happening. He told me it said 0 on hand, even though app said in stock, but also said the price shown was $0.00 meaning most likely its discontinued and if they even had it couldnt sell it, this saved me time not to have to keep calling others stores. Gregg deserves applause for going abive and beyond. Nice seeing customer service like this. Cant get it at Waukegan Illinois

Ray that works at the Starbucks at this location is an absolute doll!!! She always has a smile and makes sure you love your drink! She also makes the best drinks I’ve had and I’m a huge Starbucks fan so that says a lot! She’s amazing and makes my day everytime!!

I was looking for a different version of an album because it wasnt in any of the shelves and this amazing man name Jeffree who was working in that department helped me get what I was looking for. He did everything for me and I think he deserves a raise.The only thing that bothered me was when I was checking out, the cashier was on his phone while helping me. Customer service for this guy was sad...

Dont buy the burger, its not burger. It looks like burger but after cooking it seems more like a chicken meatloaf. Something is wrong with the consistency and taste. I cant put my finger on it but its very wrong..... very wrong.... maybe breaded meat

Went in about a month ago and it’s a guy and his daughter ahead of me, a toy that he was buying was 30 bucks and he told the lady it was on sale. He asked her did she want him to go back and she said no and gave him the toy for 22 bucks which is what he told her it was. So I’m next in line and she is ringing up my things and my paper towel was a little higher than expected I told her and she stop the line just to get a manager for some paper towel but you let the other customer go without a problem and I told her I would go get the sign,. Never shopping at this place again because that was totally unfair! Definitely filing a complaint!

When i was doing a store pickup, when I showed the store associate my barcode to scan for pick up they had a hard time with it. And the Sales associate stated that sometimes it doesnt work all the time. So i am hoping that gets ironed out in the future for easier customer convenience.I feel all Target Stores need to seperate the pickup and returns area.Have a separate counter for pick up orders only and a returns/Exchange counter only. Would make the shopping experience flow a lot quicker especially during the holidays.

A good mid-sized Target. Its clean and well-maintained. The check-out lines here are shorter than at other Targets nearby. The only time I can think of when I even had to wait was the day before Thanksgiving: perfect storm of few employees and many customers. My only real complaint: For the entire time Ive shopped here, the parking lot has had an excessive number of potholes.

Weint on line to find n item...found it..liked the price.. ordered went to store item was ready for pickup...the ease of the process--the friendly staff made my first time doing it very enjoyable..i dont drive, but there are several T i can reach easily by bus. on line i can search the stock of stores.. and order and get an item same day .

Nice location, always not too busy, good costumer service. Store is a little run down compared to their newer stores.

I have a gluten sensitivity and they have tons of gluten free items in stock. Store is clean and well stocked throughout. Great customer service.

I’m at this location on almost a weekly basis. They usually are very well stocked but the one thing that always annoys me is that the Starbucks there is never open?

This Target is underwhelming. For starters, youre not going to find products that are in other Target stores, which is frustrating. The store overall is very clean and organized. The employees are helpful and will make sure that youre finding products that youre looking for.One thing to note about Starbucks at this location: There is not a trained barista working at the Starbucks (Target just has employees read manuals on how to make Starbucks drinks), so if youre looking to get coffee, go to an actual Starbucks location.This particular store has potential but, sadly, it just not live up to expectations.

Everyone was so nice and the service was great. It seemed like we all wanted to check out at once and there was only uscan open but within minutes they a registers open. There was a lot of people who did not want to scan their own. So thanks for the great sevice. The only thing the bathrooms toilets are not very clean.

One is too big of a number. Starbucks counter person served us like a first day trainee left on her own with no idea of the concept of customer service. Food court wasnt any better. All they had to eat was 5 hour old stale popcorn and refused to make anything.

Lost my debt before Ieft and they werent interested in finding it for me, claimed security saw me put it in my purse. Checked my purse nope, nor in my car. Someone stole it for sure and had to cancle it. No one seems to care about customer care and service.

The cashier, Janice, at this store was very accommodating and even when other shoppers needed her assistance whilst she was ringing my purchases(only 2) she acknowledged them without an attitude. Give her a raise!

One Employee went and above his expectation to help me. This young man, Raymond Fella took great care of me when I had a major surgery. I didnt know he worked at Target in Farmington. Please give him his job back, I am doing much better now. He wants to work. Please let him come back. He really misses working there.

My merchandise was waiting at guest services. I was in and out. But, I do think there should be signage indicating package pick-up at the service desk. I had to ask an associate where pick up was.

In a previous shopping experience, one of your associates explained how I could save money on a purchase of activewear with Cartwheel. While I had seen the signs in the store, I assumed it was for online purchases only. Since signing up for Cartwheel, I now receive notifications letting me know when things are on sale. I currently buy all of my activewear from Target and love the fact of now knowing when I can purchase my favorite brand Champion C9 on sale.

Needs more security way to much going on at this location did not feel safe with my kids

This location is convenient, but not stocked like other larger locations, its usually clean but they NEVER have enough registers open. I dont like that the pharmacy is now cvs because now in order to use the rewards program you have to go to a completely different store. But the pharmacy staff is amazing!!!!

An associate went BEYOND and Above to HELP me save by helping me with the Cartwheel App..I LOVE this location because I always find shoes in size 11.And I always buy more than I came for😁

Close to home, but smaller than normal target. Great for everyday needs. They seem to have the eatery and Starbucks open all the time.I beg to differ with the ghetto comment below., I shop here at least once a week and have no issues with guests or team members everyone minds their own business with the exception of some employees asking if you need any help. All the employees are really nice. I do go to the Northville / Livonia one only when this store doesnt have what I need or I am already out there.

I came here yesterday with a friend to grab some pizza from the Pizza Hut inside the store. The person behind the counter, her name was Tina, informed us that it would be a few minutes before the pizzas would be ready. Neither of us thought much of it and we got our drinks and sat down. While waiting I heard Tina greet every customer with a professional and friendly tone. Our food was done in a very timely manner and Tina thanked us for our patience with some free popcorn. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate good service when I encounter it. Sadly it is becoming more and more rare, but I can truly say that Tina made what was a very routine encounter a truly good experience. Thats what customer service is supposed to be.

I love the competition this location holds up with its neighbors Walmart and Kmart. The overall prices are lower, except for the groceries and electronics. But today I came for the Pepsi on sale $.88!! So I bought a dozen. They also had my Watermelon Extra and Panda fudge bites.The staff is usually vacant except for electronics and the registers
