We ordered tile from here and had to wait 2 weeks for them to come in and it was the wrong tile they messed up one letter in the serial # so we had to wait another 2 weeks for the right tiles to come in ... but despite all that happened Im very happy with the tile we got and their staff is great and very helpful.
