Beyond satisfied with this company. Not only were they HALF of what big Carpet companies were trying to charge us but they did a whole house carpet job in less than 2 days. I have a toddler so moving furniture beforehand was sporadic and they helped me with that AND hauled all the old carpet away. Everything was back to exactly the way it was when the job was done. I cant say enough about this company!!

After seeing the job they did for my daughters home last year we called Richard at Beckwith floors this spring. They did an excellent job of answering our questions and helped us make the decision for installing 3 rooms of new carpeting, as well as ripping out all of our tiling throughout the balance of the house to install all new 3/4 hardwood flooring. I’m totally sold on the service Beckwith floors provides throughout purchasing and installation. We were committed to keeping the office flow uninterrupted and multiple doctors happy, and they were flexible and accommodating with the installation of both our carpet and tile. Then there was a multi-month delay for wallpaper to be completed (hampered by a pandemic quarantine). The installers again worked around our schedules and were courteous and competent. The patients love the finished product; I loved the detailed awareness of the customer’s needs. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs to renovate a busy workplace.

Had a really great experience, start to finish, with Beckwith Flooring. We had our entire house re carpeted, and they did a really nice job. The owner was responsive and the person who actually installed the carpet was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (and strong...wow, he did so much by himself it was crazy!). Definitely would recommend (certainly over Home Depot who takes no accountability for the quality of their sub-contractors work).

We utilized Beckwith Floors services after we had flooding. Everything about our experience was 5 stars, from the pricing to the selection to the installation. We installed luxury vinyl on our 2nd storey and we absolutely love it. Its so easy to clean and looks beautiful. I researched quite a few places, but ended up with Beckwith Floor - primarily for two reasons - selection and price. Others had the selection but the cost was quite a bit and vice-versa. Beckwith Floors was a sweetpoint for cost and selection. Richard - the owner - was very patient with our multiple visits to his store and helped us with the pricing combinations that worked for us. His crew was very good at doing the installation and left the place clean and tidy after the work was done. Entire flooring was done in day and a half which left us the weekend to rearrange the stuff which was ideal. I am definitely considering Beckwith floors for my future project even if it is a DIY.

Beckwith did wall-to-wall berber carpeting several years ago. It was a nice job. Dont know how it holds up because the condo is now rented out and I havent been there in a long time.

Richard helped me a lot for carpet and hardwood floor selections. He provided me samples to share with my family for making selections. However, quality of hardwood floor installations were extremely poor. My house is a year old and the floor squeaks all over. Large gaps ( 2-3 mm) between floor panels opened up that accumulate dirt, Not sure if the gaps could be filled to reduce squeak.-----------------------------------------------After getting a 2-star for my hardwood floor installation issues, Richard Beckwith personally visited my home to inspect and fixed the problem with full part and labor cost. He truly stands behind his work and takes care of his customers. I am very satisfied with his customer care and ordering more carpets from his store.
