This company came highly recommended by a friend.i at first went into one of the other locations for a simple screen repair on my Samsung s10+. The whole front screen was damaged.The gentleman who serviced my phone was polite and seemed quite knowledgeable.He then went on to repair it in less than an hour which is crutial for me because i conduct business from my cell phone.Then i asked if he had any phones for sale because i was looking to upgrade my daughters phone. He went on to explain to me that phones are in high demand right now and they are hard to keep in stock without selling so fast. however.... The other location on orchard lake road in Farmington hills (this location) has a few phones in.He gave me their card and i headed over immediately.I came in and the young guy already knew i was coming and had the phones charging and cleaned with alcohol.He gave me a $600 phone for $400!$400! I saved $200 because i was sent here from the other store.I left with a huge savings and a huge smile and i just wanted everyone to know my experience.Word of mouth is the best advertising and this place has that method down pact.Thank you to both employees and both locations for outstanding customer service.

Would not go here. Good luck if you think you have a “90 day warranty”. I got my screen replaced about a month ago, then connection issues started happening to where it wouldn’t sense any touch on the screen. I brought it in a couple weeks ago and they told me they have nothing in the system regarding my repair and that I needed an invoice that they emailed me, but never got an invoice. So I had to pull out my bank statement, then he “fixed” the repair. Then a week later the same issue continued to happen. So I went in today and the guy told me I needed an invoice from the first time I was in order to fix the repair that he didn’t do correctly because he couldn’t find the repair in their UNORGANIZED system. I was never emailed any invoices and they had the correct email on file. Keep in mind it was the same employee I dealt with each time.

I shattered the screen on my iPad and I took it to Cellular Repair Service on Orchard Lake Rd in Farmington Hills. I dealt with Tony who was very friendly and professional and fixed my problem. Really frustrating experience with them. I called explained my situation that I needed them to fix a broken camera and flash for the iphone xs max. I brought it up there for them to look at, they told me they didnt have the part and it would be there tomorrow and I let them know I would come up there by 6:15 pm. I get there at that time and was told the service tech that I talked to(MIND YOU HE ALREADY KNEW I WAS COMING) wasnt there and the guy told me he didnt feel comfortable fixing my phone because it was tedious and to come back tomorrow when Miles was working. The next day I called again to make sure the part was in before I came back, I was told they werent sure and would contact Miles again and they would call me back but of course they didnt. I call back the next day and they say its not in and they would call me at the latest this morning. Its now 1:42 still nothing. I will gladly take my business else where they obviously dont need the money they quoted me. A serious waste of time.

Company claims they sell OEM glass for phones but does not. Uses low quality aftermarket glass and charges a premium for it. Refused to refund money when I confronted about fake glass. Does not stand behind their product. Below is how my phone has been for a week now shortly after they worked on my phone. Please call their main number and press 0 for the corporate office. It will always go straight to voicemail and you will never get called back. Once they get paid, they don’t value you as a customer. Don’t let them steal your money too.

Great repair shop.I brought my Moto Z3 (not a very common phone) with a cracked screen in on Friday afternoon and by Saturday at 5:00 it was fixed. Even with the expedited shipping I paid for the screen to arrive early it was only 150 bucks total well worth it. It might just be me but I also believe the picture quality of this new screen to be better than the OEM screen. Very friendly staff and the store was very clean and had clearly marked social distancing guidelines. I hope to not break my phone again but if I do I know exactly where Im going.Thanks guys .

I am still a Blackberry user. My phone is no longer made. First my keyboard failed, then the whole thing died. I had no hope but stopped in anyways. Less than 24 hours later they had it running like new! Highly recommend!

My Samsung Galaxy S8 just had some lines going through the screen but theyve been there as long as I can remember so I didnt really think twice about it. Well while washing my car, the sun must have made the screen explode on the inside and the whole screen went out! Or so I thought... I requested a quote from this place and got an immediate response. On arrival I realized you had to have a mask to walk in due to COVID-19... Strike 2 for the day... Finally when I returned for the second time now, I was welcomed by the guy working but he seemed urgently concerned. After doing a diagnostic on my phone he showed me my battery and it was starting to expand! Thats what had caused my screen to go out! By looking at the phone he was able to see the issue and immediately took the steps necessary to prevent further damage to my device. Within 30 minutes I had a new screen and battery and my phone looks completely brand new. The timing was amazing and the work is very nice. To say the least theyve impressed me and it was worth the double trip. Thank you again!

DONT GO HERE. Not 1,2,but 3 screens in less than a month, I went to Cellular repair center based on the recommendations. They were very nice and service was quick. However, in less than 2 weeks the screen cracked. The clerks response was that it was my fault and there was damage. Had I paid an additional amount and had them put on a screen protector it wouldnt have happened. The best they could do was discount the next one. Take in the fact that I have had my phone for 2 years, never requiring a new screen. I replaced it again, and 2 days later it broke again. Needless to say I went to a different repair place and found out that they use a very low grade screen that is much thinner than what the factor uses. For different price points I was offered that same cheap screen, an equivalent to the apple screen, or an apple screen. Going with the apple equivalent, I havent had a problem since. Much less than the two cheap ones I had to pay at Cellular Repair.

I am proud to say that my experience at the Cellular Repair Center was nothing short of top-notch!!! The store manager Miles effectively repaired my iPad Air 2 screen after it was poorly serviced by a different repair company. I was beyond amazed at his quick turn-around, professionalism and excellent service. Im very thankful that our paths crossed and will be utilizing his services again soon. Thank you! 🤗

I had my iPhone 6s+ dipped in sea water while vacationing in Mexico during Christmas. The touch screen became unresponsive. Checked Google and found this store near me that has extremely good reviews. So I decided to give it a try. Miles, the owner of the store (?), fixed it on the same day including replacing the touch screen and another part, all at a very reasonable price. This morning, the phone became dead for no reason. So I went back to the store. Miles was there. He inspected it for about 40 minutes and eventually found its a little corrosion that has caused the new issue. He cleaned it up while I waited. There is no cost to me this time since its under warranty, he said, while he could have made up a reason to charge me. This is my true experience. I do strongly recommend this store.

Great experience with these guys. Originally visited to have iPhone 7 glass replaced. They suggested screen protector and heavier case. Work was done quickly and I was on my way. Today my screen protector failed and I returned. Jacob and Andrew worked with me, replaced the protector and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. Ill be back!

This place is the best. My LG G4 was completely dead, I had nothing backed up and needed my pictures/contacts. These guys were my last resort after stopping at SEVERAL OTHER repair stores! They were able to get my data onto a disc for me when everyone else told me it was impossible. They gave me a decent price, but I couldnt put a value on my precious memories anyway. I dropped off my ipad for an easy screen repair, the screen was cracked but definitely usable. It has been over two months, My husband and I have both been to the store several times and still no ipad. I’m convinced that they’ve lost it, but they have refused to replace it and have offered no solution. Completely unprofessional, I would not recommend this business.

I had broke the bottom of my screen and it led to my phone not working once so ever.... I decided to stop into the Cellular Repair Center to get it fixed and it was the best decision I made!!!! The customer service was AMAZING, they were so helpful and fast with fixing my phone (which is working like brand new), and their pricing is the cheapest around. DO NOT USE. Would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped an iPad off with a cracked screen, all it needed was a screen replaced. They had the iPad for two months, constantly gave me the run around about when it would be done. Finally got the iPad back, and it is completely broken and does not turn on. They are now non responsive, dodging calls and have said they will not repair or replace. Absolute disregard for the customer and their property. Use at your own risk, they are a liability.

Had a great experience here with Dillon. I took my work phone in to have the charging port replaced (iPhone 5s) and he said no problem, stop back on by after you run your errands and Ill have it ready for you. Sure enough I stop back up there maybe an hour later and and Dillon tells me he changed the port and and that there was also a bad capacitor inside that he swapped out while he had it opened up for FREE because he had a used one right there at the time. Thats how you get life-long customers who recommend you to everyone! Best of all- cost $80, thats a ton better than having to buy a new phone!

This the Best repair center to go to. They dont mess around and they play by the books. I called one up the street and they were rude and unprofessional. They made me feel low about not wanting to spend $120 to fix my phone and basically called me cheap. This place is way better and I wont go anywhere else from now On. Walked into the repair center on Saturday near closing time. I thought i would give it a try. Usually the employees will tell you come back on Monday or leave your phone. Miles helped me out. I had gotten my screen fixed at another repair store earlier in the week. My phone was pocket dialing after locking. Very bad. Miles fixed my phone is less than 30 mins. He was great and phone is working just like the first day. Dont waste your time at other repair centers. This is place is busy which means they are taking care of customers.I had to return because my earpiece volume was very low. Miles was there and took my phone into back. Returned and swapped the earpiece on the house. He said we stand behind our repairs. This is customer service and building trust.

This place was great! my iphone wasnt charging because the port was loose and the charger would only work at a certain angle held in place... They put a new charger port in the phone and I am now able to use my phone to message clients etc. and do whatever i want! Very fast, professional, great atmosphere to chill at while they are servicing your device and the guys are really great guys!

I went in to buy a used IPhone. The customer service was incredible. The counter help was so patient and helpful, as I had only previously owned Samsung phones. I had to go back several times because the phone didnt seem to be charging. He helped adjust the phone casing so the charger would engage fully. This will be our new place for all things phone related. Absolutely would recommend them.

These guys at the cellular repair center are absolutely amazing Friday I came in there frantic because the note 8 I accidentally jacked up, I inserted my SIM card into the wrong phone port and it ended up get stuck. I was leaving for Florida on Saturday and I had less than 5 hours to get my phone fixed, the guys at the cellular repair center were absolutely amazing specifically Wally, his expertise with Android phones were simply extraordinary. Yesterday i dropped my phone in a pool my friend told me to go to sprint. Sprint offered me a few different options all of which would include large amounts of money on a new phone/replacement. Then the guy there handed me a card and told me to see if they could help. So my boyfriend and i get there and the guy john tells me he will check it out and give a price. We sit and 10 minutes later he tells me 1 hour and $75...... I was a bit skeptical at first but i said yes instantly. Long story short, they fixed my phone and i did not have to spend hundreds on a new one. I had no idea there was even a place to get your phone fixed like this. I took my Acer tablet here because it wasnt charging or holding a charge. They determined it was the battery and had to order a replacement. The price was reasonable and so far its working great.My only complaint is their lack of communication. I had to call them myself to followup on the repair when I hadnt heard anything back in more than a week (part shipping took longer). I asked them to call again when the repair was finished, and they failed to do that. I stopped in on my own time hoping it was ready to pick up (it was).

Please everyone take a minute to read what i am about to say. This cell phone repair shop is not just a repair store.. They are a life saver. I came in after my screen broke and there were lines and big cracks in my screen and my phone was turning off and on... I went to apple in 12 oaks mall and they told me i needed a new phone. I considered it and they showed me phones for $500 and up.... I am currently leasing my iPhone 8 and if i got a new one id have to pay the full amount of this one. As i was standing in the apple store someone leans over to me and tells me to check this place out. They showed me their google page and i quickly googled it too and navigated myself there. I got there in 20 minutes and showed the guy my phone and he told me to have a seat while he diagnoses it for me free of charge. I sat patiently and 10 minutes later he told me he can fix it for $120 and he only needs an hour...I said yes with no hesitation and i waited in the store. 40 minutes go by and he brings my phone to me and says its done. This place exceeded my expectations. They amazed me in every way possible. The staff was incredibly friendly and generous. They helped me calm down from my panic attack. My iphone is my life. I would be lost in a ditch without it! They saved me time and money and they are and will be my only go to place for mine and my family and friends cell phone needs.
